<p>Revin dupa o pauza luunga cu o reteta simpla si sanatoasa, dar extrem de gustoasa. Lintea nu se regaseste prea mult in bucataria romaneasca, desi se pare ca dacii o foloseau destul de mult. In zilele noastre insa, se pare ca fasolea e regina <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Mie lintea mi se pare extrem de versatila, usor de gatit, potrivita pentru vegetarieni dar si pentru cei care sunt mereu in cautare de garnituri langa o friptura buna si-o salata <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Iar lintea rosie ma amuza pentru ca de fapt, cand o gatesti nu mai este rosie, e mai mult portocalie <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Azi, eu am s-o servesc impreuna cu friptura de vita.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>1 ceapa rosie medie</p>
<p>1 ardei iute (chilli)</p>
<p>1 cub knor supa de legume (optional)</p>
<p>1 pumn de muguri de pin</p>
<p>apa</p>
<p>250 g linte rosie</p>
<p>1 pumn frunze de patrunjel</p>
<p>3-4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine lintea, apoi pune-o la fiert in apa, daca doresti adauga si un cub de supa de legume. Fierbe pana cand e moale, dar totusi ferma. Daca o fierbi prea mult se zdrobeste toata.</p>

<p>2.Incalzeste o tigaie si adauga mugurii de pin. Prajeste-i putin la foc mic miscandu-i in tigaie tot timpul pana cand prind putina culoare. Ia de pe foc si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Curata si toaca marunt ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul iute. Pune uleiul la incalzit intr-o tigaie. Cand acesta s-a incins adauga ceapa si caleste pana se inmoaie. Adauga usturoiul si ardeiul iute si ia de pe foc.</p>

<p>4. Spala si toaca patrunjelul.</p>

<p>5. In timpul asta, probabil lintea este fiarta. Strecoara si pune deoarte intr-un bol.</p>

<p>6. Acum pune impreuna toate ingredientele intr-un bol mai mare.</p>

<p>Eu sunt mereu in cautare de retete noi de salate, combin si combin pana imi place ce iese. Alteori ma inspir din carti de bucate (din care am o colectie intreaga <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) sau modific retete vechi &#8216;modernizandu-le&#8217;. Salata asta nu pare cine stie ce grozavie, dar sa stii ca e fooooarte buna. Desi e cu maioneza, e usoara si se potriveste de minune cu pui sau carne de porc la gratar sau cu lipii prajite in cuptor.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>jumate de varza alba (nu foarte mare)</p>
<p>3 morcovi marisori</p>
<p>6 cepe verzi</p>
<p>1 ardei capia rosu</p>
<p>2 linguri de otet de vin alb</p>
<p>200 ml maioneza light</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie varza felii subtiri si lungi. Curata morcovii si da-i pe razatoarea mare. Adauga otetul si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>2. Taie ardeiul in felii subtiri si ceapa verde rondele. Adauga la restul legumelor si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>4-5 linguri frunze de patrunjel tocate</p>

<p>o lingura de zeama de lamaie</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie. Adauga usturoiul si ardeiul iute tocate marunt. Caleste 1 minut, ai grija sa nu se rumeneasca usturoiul.</p>

<p>2. Adauga nautul pe care l-ai scurs bine de zeama din conserva si l-ai spalat bine.</p>

<p>3. Cand nautul s-a incalzit bine ia tigaia de pe foc si adauga rosiile pe care le-ai taiat cat de marunt doresti. Adauga si patrunjelul si amesteca. Condimenteaza si adauga lamaia.</p>

<p>Aceasta garnitura merge foarte bine cu cartofi piure si friptura. Este dulce-acrisoara si merita incercata. Iar daca doresti sa servesti o masa aniversara sau mai mai deosebita serveste garnitura de varza rosie calita impreuna cu fructe de padure si rata la cuptor.</p>

<p>1 varza rosie mica</p>
<p>jumate de varza alba mica</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>4-5 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>4 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>6-7 linguri otet</p>
<p>50 ml apa</p>
<p>jumate lingurita de sare de mare</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie varza fasii subtiri si lungi. Toaca ceapa marunt.</p>

<p>2. Incalzeste uleiul la foc mic. Cand acesta e incins adauga ceapa si caleste-o pana devine transparenta.</p>

<p>3. Adauga varza impreuna cu sarea si lasa pe foc amestecand din cand in cand (destul de des), cam 10 minute sau pana cand varza se inmoaie.</p>

<p>4. Ia de pe foc si adauga otetul (vei vedea ca varza se va schimba la culoare), apa si zaharul. Amesteca bine si gusta, poti ajusta cantitatea de otet si zahar pana cand esti multumit/a de rezultat.</p>

<p>Daca vrei sa mananci mai light, daca incerci sa dai jos cateva kilograme, daca poate doresti sa te faci lacto-vegetarian/a sau doar iti place spanacul la fel de mult cum imi place mie <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> &#8230; oricare ar fi cazul tau, salata de mai jos ti se potriveste. Eu am servit-o la cina, langa peste facut la cuptor. Combinatia de frunze proaspete de spanac cu nuca si cu branza de capra e una foarte reusita.</p>

<p><strong>Salata de spanac cu nuca</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>500 gr. spanac tanar (gasesti la metro ambalat in pungi)</p>
<p>150 gr. telemea de capra</p>
<p>100 gr. miez de nuca</p>
<p>zeama de lamaie</p>
<p>ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine salata si usuc-o in prosoape de hartie (sau daca ai o chestiune smechera de uscat salata foloseste-o pe aceea). Aseaza salata pe o farfurie mare intinsa.</p>

<p>Uneori ai nevoie de un aperitiv care sa deschida masa intr-un mod simplu dar de efect. Sau de ce nu? Vrei sa mai shimbi sandwichul care ti-l duci la serviciu cu altceva. Aseaza-l intr-o cutie de plastic si pune-l cu tine la serviciu (asta daca ai frigider la locul de munca <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ). Eu am facut o portie mai mica de data asta, dar tu poti pune mai mult din fiecare ingredient daca doresti sa servesti mai mult de doua persoane. Mama mea a cumparat zilele trecute o sunca extrem de buna si extrem de scumpa, asta nu pentru ca asa a intentionat, ci din greseala, s-a uitat pe raft la alt produs care era muuult mai ieftin <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Cand a venit acasa de la magazin si a constatat cat a dat pe 200 de g s-a hotarat sa mi-o faca mie cadou, ca cica ei nu i-ar cadea bine stiind cat a costat. M-am tot gandit cum s-o servim s-o punem in valoare, asa ca am facut un platou cu mozzarelle si smochine. Dar stii ceva? Am gustat prosciuto mult mai bun si nu era asa de scump <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>200 g proscuito sau orice alta sunca taiata foarte subtire</p>
<p>un pachetel de mozzarella cu 20 de mingiute de branza in el sau poti folosi bucati mai mari pe care sa le rupi bucati (va arata mai rustic)</p>
<p>3-4 smochine proaspete</p>
<p>2-3 linguri miere</p>
<p>daca doresti poti adauga si miez de nuca</p>

<p>1. Mai simplu nu se poate. Aseaza bucatile de prosciuto pe farfurie, dupa cum ochiul tau decide ca e mai frumos <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>2. Aseaza mingiutele de mozzarella pe care le-ai scurs de zeama.</p>

<p>3. Smochinelor spalate bine fa-le o taietura in cruce pana, dar nu chiar cat sa le tai de tot. Apoi strange-le intre degete pana se deschid ca niste flori. Aseaza-le si pe acestea pe platou.</p>

<p>Ce-ar fi o sarbatoare la noi la romani fara o salata de boeuf buna? E o reteta extrem de populara care nu mai are nimic de-a face cu reteta originala, bineinteles. Salata de boeuf, sau salata Oivier la origine, a fost prima dată preparată în 1860 de catre bucătarul italian Lucien Olivier la restaurantul Ermitaj (Эрмитаж) din Moscova. Originar, rețeta cuprindea delicatese scumpe, carne de vânat, raci etc. Am gustat multe variante de-a lungul timpului pe la unii pe la altii, eu insa tot la varianta mamei raman. Am insa mereu grija ca maioneza sa fie in cantitati cat mai mici si neaparat facuta in casa dupa reteta pe care o gasiti <a title="Maioneza" href="http://rozealb.com/meniu-principal/maioneza/" target="_blank">aici.</a></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600-700 g piept de pui</p>
<p>1 kg morcovi</p>
<p>400 g patrunjel radacina</p>
<p>(Daca vrei sa folosesti zeama in care vor fierbe legumele si carnea pentru a face supa vei avea nevoie si de: 1 ceapa mica, un patrat de vreo 5 cm de telina radacina si 1 lingura piper boabe)</p>
<p>200 g mazare</p>
<p>5 cartofi (medii ca marime)</p>
<p>7-8 castraveciori murati (daca sunt mari pune mai putini)</p>
<p>300 g maioneza</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata morcovii si patrunjelul (telina si ceapa daca ai optat sa faci supa, asa cum am procedat si eu). Spala bine carnea din 2-3 ape.</p>

<p>2. Pune intr-o oala morcovii, patrunjelul (telina, ceapa, piperul), 2 linguri de sare, carnea si apa cat sa acopere bine toate acestea. Fierbe la foc foarte mic pana cand e facuta carnea si legumele. Va dura probabil cam 1 h.</p>
<p>3. Strecoara totul, pune supa deoparte, o vei putea consuma mai tarziu si lasa carnea si legumele sa se raceasca. Arunca ceapa, si-a terminat &#8216;misiunea&#8217;. Fierbe cartofii, apoi lasa-i sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>4.Toaca cat de marunt doresti toate legumele si carnea.</p>

<p>5. Intre timp pregateste-ti maioneza.</p>

<p>6. Pune toate ingredientele intr-un bol mare, insa nu adauga maioneza decat cand toate inredientele sunt reci. Sareaza. Daca doresti, poti chiar sa mai adaugi zeama de lamaie.</p>

<p>1. incearca sa adaugi mere.</p>
<p>2. inlocuieste castravetii murati cu gogonele.</p>
<p>3. foloseste carne de vita sau de porc in locul puiului.</p>
<p>4. adauga frunze de marar.</p>
<p>5. pentru varianta de post inlocuieste carnea cu soia si adauga si ciuperci.</p>
<p>6. daca doresti o varianta vegetariana, scoate carnea si foloseste maioneza din soia.</p>
<p>6. poti inlocui patrunjelul radacina cu pastarnac.</p>

<p>1,5 kg cartofi</p>
<p>2 ardei kapia rosii</p>
<p>2 cepe galbene</p>
<p>4-5 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>6 oua</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Cartofii intregi si nedecojiti ii speli si ii puni la fiert in apa cu sare. In acelasi timp, fierbe ouale in apa cu sare, ccam 10 minute ca sa fie tari. Strecoara si pune deoparte sa se raceasca putin.</p>

<p>2. Decojeste cartofii si taie-i bucati mici. Curata si taie ceapa in solzi si ardeii bucati mici.</p>

<p>3. Adauga cartofii peste ceapa si ardei. Toarna uleiul, sarea si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>Este salata preferata a surorii mele si nu numai a ei, se pare ca si sotul meu e mare fan. Cand pregatesc salata asta, mereu imi amintesc de o iesire la gratar cu prietenii cand am facut si ardei copti pe langa carne si carnaciori. Si tot atunci, intorcand ardeii pe gratar, ni se parea noua ca se auzea cantand o pasare pe care insa nu reuseam sa o vedem nicaieri. Unul din prieteni cu o atitudine inteleapta, ne-a luminat: &#8216;stiti ce? pasarea asta se-aude din vazduh&#8217;</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>18-20 ardei (eu am folosit ardei grasi galbeni si ardei kapia rosii, dar poti folosi oridecare)</p>
<p>1 cana apa</p>
<p>4 linguri otet</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>2 lingurite de zahar</p>
<p>2 lingurite de sare (depinde cat e de tare sarea, s-ar putea sa ajunga si 1 lingurita jumate)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Mai intai pui la copt ardeii, eu i-am facut pe gratar in gradina, dar ii poti face si la cuptor. Pune-i intr-o tava.  Intoarce-i cat e nevoie ca sa se rumeneasca bine pe toate partile. Pune-i intr-un bol si sareaza-i din belsug, astfel se vor curata mai usor (nu-ti fa griji ca vor fi prea sarati, sarea se va spala in apa in care vei curata ardeii). Intr-un alt bol, pune-ti apa rece si scufunda cate un ardei pe rand, apoi curata-i de coaja arsa. Pune-i deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Amesteca apa cu zaharul, sarea, uleiul si otetul.</p>

<p>3. Pune ardeii curatati in acest sos, nu uita sa adaugi si sosul care l-au lasat ardeii. Pune la rece pentru cel putin 1 ora inainte de a servi.</p>
