<p>Ciorba aceasta chiar nu are nevoie nici de vegeta, nici de cuburi concentrate. Combinatia de legume da un gust fooooarte bun.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>1 ceapa mare galbena</p>
<p>2 gulii</p>
<p>1 ardei capia rosu mare</p>
<p>2 bote de telina</p>
<p>jumatate de conopida</p>
<p>4 morcovi mari</p>
<p>3 bucati patrunjel radacina</p>
<p>piper si sare</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Toaca ceapa cat mai marunt. Procedeaza la fel si cu ardeiul. Taie guliile, telina, morcovii si patrunjelul patratele mici. Desfa conopida in buchetele mici.</p>

<p>2. Intr-o oala de 5 l incalzeste uleiul, adauga ceapa si ardeiul si caleste pana cand se inmoaie putin.</p>

<p>3. Adauga morcovii, patrunjelul si telina si continua sa calesti 3-4 minute.</p>

<p>4. Toarna 2 l apa rece peste legume si lasa la foc mediu spre mic. Adauga sare si piper dupa gust, noua ne place cu muult piper.</p>

<p>5. Cand supa da in clocot adauga conopida si guliile. Lasa din nou la fiert aproximativ 20 minute sau pana cand toate legumele s-au inmuiat.</p>

<p>In cazul in care nu ai observat deja <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> , noua ne plac mult tartele si ne place sa incercam tot mai multe variante in functie de legumele pe care le avem prin frigider. Ca in definitiv, toate tartele astea sunt cam la fel, smantana si ou combinate cu ceva legume si condimente. Le servim fie pe post de garnitura, fie servite ca fel principal sau insotite de salate. Zilele trecute am incercat tarta cu morcovi si am fost extrem de incantati. Sper sa iti placa si tie.</p>

<p>2-3 linguri unt + 1 lingura ulei</p>
<p>500 g morcovi</p>
<p>jumate lingurita zahar</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>2 oua + 1 galbenus</p>
<p>350 ml smantana</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de nucsoara</p>
<p>200 g cascaval Emmenthaler ras</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Pregateste-ti alualtul si coace-l.</p>

<p><a href="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/aluat-de-baza-pentru-tarte-sarate11.jpg"></a>2. Curata morcovii si taie-i rondele. Aseaza intr-o oala cu apa sare si acea jumate de lingurita de zahar. Fierbe-i pe jumatate, sa nu fie foarte moi. Strecoara si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Pune untul si uleiul intr-o tigaie incinsa, cand acestea s-au infierbantat adauga ceapa tocata marunt. Sareaza, pipereaza si caleste cateva minute pana cand ceapa devine transparenta.</p>

<p>4. Adauga morcovii la ceapa, amesteca si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>5. Intr-un bol, amesteca ouale, galbenusul, smantana si nucsoara pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>6. Presara o parte din cascavalul ras pe aluatul copt si apoi toarna amestecul de morcovi si ceapa. Toarna smantana cu ou peste si apoi aseaza cascavalul ramas deasupra.</p>

<p>7. Pune in cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 20-30 minute sau pana cand se rumeneste deasupra. Scoate din cuptor si lasa sa se aseze cateva minute inainte de a o servi.</p>

<p>Cand eram mica, din cand in cand mama facea supa de gulii. Poate pentru ca se intampla rar, ni se parea mai buna. Am inceput s-o prepar si eu cand m-am casatorit, tot foarte rar, dar ne place mult.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>4 gulii</p>
<p>1 ceapa medie</p>
<p>1 morcov</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>muult piper proaspat macinat (e secretul unei supe de gulii gustoase <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> )</p>
<p>1 lingura rasa de vegeta</p>
<p>optional: bucatele de piept de pui</p>
<p>2 linguri faina</p>
<p>4-5 linguri ulei</p>
<p>1 lingurita boia</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata guliile, morcovul si ceapa. Taie guliile cuburi sau felii lungi subtiri sau chiar razuieste daca doresti. Eu le-am taiat cuburi mici. Morcovul da-l pe razatoarea mare. Ceapa tai-o cat de marunt poti. Daca ai optat pentru bucatele de pui, atunci prajeste mai intai putin bucatelele de pui in oala cu putin ulei (cat sa formeze o crusta alba). Apoi procedeaza mai departe.</p>

<p>2. Pune totul intr-0 oala si adauga apa, cam 2,5 l. Pune si vegeta, sare si piper proaspat macinat, eu am pus aproape o lingura rasa. Lasa sa fiarba la foc mic aproximativ 10-15 minute sau pana se inmoaie guliile.</p>

Intr-o oala mai mica incalzeste uleiul. Adauga toate faina odata si amesteca energic. Gateste amestecand continuu cam 2 minute apoi adauga boiaua. Ia de pe foc si adauga 2 cani apa rece. Amesteca bine si toarna peste supa.</p>

<p>4. Lasa sa mai dea in clocot de cateva ori. Gusta, mai asezoneaza daca e nevoie si e gata.</p>

Tin minte pe vremuri, cand vedeam in filme sushi ce ne mai strambam si ce ne mai minunam cum pot manca oamenii aia peste crud si alge si cine mai stie ce. Iata-ne acum incantati si de sushi si de pestele crud, marinat sau afumat si de tot soiul de ciudatenii asiatice. Ne-am facut chiar un stoc de sosuri si ingrediente chinezesti (rare pe la noi) si ne gatim &#8216;chinezeasca&#8217; cum ii zicem noi, destul de des.</p>
<p>Intr-adevar ingredientele astea-s scumpe si le gasesti greu, dar iti vor ajunge jumatate de an. Daca te ajuta sa iti faci stocul, ca sa dai gustul asiatic mancarurilor, iti fac o lista scurta cu ingredientele de baza: sos de peste, sos de stridii, ulei de susan, sos chilli, sos de soia, amidon de porumb, otet din orez, muguri de bambus si ciuperci chinezesti. Daca nu stii de unde sa le procuri, eu le-am gasit o parte la Cora si o alta la Careffour.</p>
<p>Dar sa revenim la reteta de azi: pui cu sos dulce-acrisor. E o reteta rapida, satioasa fara sa fie grea si poate fi transformata usor in reteta vegetariana scotind pur si simplu pieptul de pui din ecuatie. De asemenea, e foarte  buna si a doua zi la temperatura camerei. De aceea e foarte potrivita ca pachet la serviciu <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>2. De asemenea taie morcovii julienne (ca niste betigase de chibrit), ardeii capia tot asa in felii subtiri.</p>

<p>3. Taie si pieptul de pui in bucati mici. Incalzeste tigaia (wokul daca ai unul <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), adauga uleiul si cand acesta s-a infierbantat adauga puiul. Intoarce de cateva ori pana se albeste pe toate partile. Adauga sosul de stridii si sosul de peste, gateste in continuare 3-5 minute pana cand este facut puiul. Scoate carnea si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>4. In sosul ramas in tigaie adauga ardeiul iute, ceapa, usturoiul si fulgii de chilli. Amesteca bine. Adauga si ardeii impreuna cu morcovii. Toarna apa si lasa la foc mic amestecand din cand in cand pana cand se inmoaie putin morcovii.</p>

<p>5. Reintrodu pieptul de pui pe l-ai pus mai devreme deoparte. De asemenea, toarna sosul dulce-acrisor. Lasa sa dea de cateva ori in clocot. Gusta si mai adauga sare daca e necesar.</p>

<p>6. Serveste cu orez. Eu am fiert orez cu bob lung, l-am strecurat, am presarat sare si piper proaspat macinat impreuna cu 2 linguri de ulei.</p>

2 ardei capia rosu mari (sau merge cu orice ardei ai la indemana)<br />
2 cepe mari (eu am folosit rosie, dar merge si cu alba)<br />
1 floreta de brocoli (optional, eu am folosit pt ca aveam acasa)<br />
1 piept de pui<br />
1 sos Uncle Ben&#8217;s Sweet&amp;Sour<br />
1 cutie de ananas mica sau jumatate dintr-una mare.<br />
2 cani de orez de 200 gr.<br />
2 linguri ulei<br />
sare si piper pentru gust<br />
sos de soia (optional, merge foarte bine si fara)</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>

1. Tai in fasii lungi toate legumele. Eu am dat morcovii prin robotul de bucatarie ca a fost mai simplu, dar ardeiul si ceapa le-am taiat fasii mari.</p>

2. Pieptul de pui il tai in bucati mici, il condimentezi bine cu sare si piper, si-l prajesti in putin ulei. Eu am avut pieptul de pui prajit deja, pentru ca l-am facut cu o zi inainte, dar ideal este sa prajesti puiul tot atunci, il scoti dupa ce e gata si calesti legumele in aceeasi cratita/ulei in care ai facut puiul ca sa ia din gust.<br />
3. Intr-o cratita cu capac pui putin ulei (merge de oricare, eu am folosit de samburi de struguri) si pui mai intai morcovul la calit la foc mediu-mare. Daca folosesti si brocolli, pune-l tot acum. Dupa 2-3 minute dupa ce ai pus morcovul, fierbe putina apa (100 grame)  si toarna peste morcov. Acopera. In acest fel legumele nu se vor praji  ci se vor face la abur. Dupa alte 2 minute, adauga ardeii si amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Dupa 3 minute, adauga si ceapa si condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Lasa totul cam 5 minute sa se caleasca impreuna, pana legumele s-au inmuiat.</p>

5. Adauga pieptul de pui preparat dinainte si amesteca bine. Apoi adauga sosul Uncle Bens si mai da-i un clocot.</p>

6. La sfarsit de tot adauga bucatile de ananas, amesteca si mai da-i un ultim clocot.</p>

Se serveste cu orez.</p>
<p>Observatii:<br />
1. poti pune sos de soia (1 lingura), dar aceasta continand sare multa trebuie redusa cantitatea de sare pusa in mancare.<br />
2. daca iti place carnea, poti sa dublezi cantitatea de piept de pui si sa pui 800 gr &#8211; 1 kg.<br />
3. pentru o varianta mai sanatoasa, poti folosi orez integral. Pregatirea lui dureaza mai mult pentru ca trebuie sa stea cateva ore la inmuiat.</p>

Acest chec nu e deloc plictisitor, e plin de aroma, nu e uscat si e plin textura, iar de miros nu mai vorbesc, scortisoara si portocala, nuca si morcovii iti trezesc sentimentul ca e Craciun <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>450 g faina alba</p>
<p>200 g unt moale</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de scortisoara</p>

<p>250 g zahar brun</p>
<p>100-120 g zahar alb</p>
<p>2 linguri zeama de lamaie+ 2 linguri coaja</p>
<p>2 linguri zeama de portocala + 2 linguri coaja</p>
<p>500 g morcovi razuiti marunt</p>
<p>150 g nuca taiata bucati</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, sarea, praful de copt, scortisoara.</p>

<p>4. Pune si nuca pe care ai taiat-o bucati cat de marunt doresti.</p>

<p>5. Toarna jumate din amestecul uscat peste aluat si amesteca cu o  lingura mare. Toarna si zeama de portocale si lamaie, amesteca.  Adauga  si restul de faina.</p>

<p>6. Unge cu unt si tapeteaza cu faina o tava. Toarna aluatul in ea si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 50 minute.</p>

<p>7. Scoate tava din cuptor si rastoarna checul pe un platou de servit. Daca doresti, poti pune deasupra un amestec de zeama de lamaie si portocala amestecat cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>Ce-ar fi o sarbatoare la noi la romani fara o salata de boeuf buna? E o reteta extrem de populara care nu mai are nimic de-a face cu reteta originala, bineinteles. Salata de boeuf, sau salata Oivier la origine, a fost prima dată preparată în 1860 de catre bucătarul italian Lucien Olivier la restaurantul Ermitaj (Эрмитаж) din Moscova. Originar, rețeta cuprindea delicatese scumpe, carne de vânat, raci etc. Am gustat multe variante de-a lungul timpului pe la unii pe la altii, eu insa tot la varianta mamei raman. Am insa mereu grija ca maioneza sa fie in cantitati cat mai mici si neaparat facuta in casa dupa reteta pe care o gasiti <a title="Maioneza" href="http://rozealb.com/meniu-principal/maioneza/" target="_blank">aici.</a></p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600-700 g piept de pui</p>
<p>1 kg morcovi</p>
<p>400 g patrunjel radacina</p>
<p>(Daca vrei sa folosesti zeama in care vor fierbe legumele si carnea pentru a face supa vei avea nevoie si de: 1 ceapa mica, un patrat de vreo 5 cm de telina radacina si 1 lingura piper boabe)</p>
<p>200 g mazare</p>
<p>5 cartofi (medii ca marime)</p>
<p>7-8 castraveciori murati (daca sunt mari pune mai putini)</p>
<p>300 g maioneza</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata morcovii si patrunjelul (telina si ceapa daca ai optat sa faci supa, asa cum am procedat si eu). Spala bine carnea din 2-3 ape.</p>

<p>2. Pune intr-o oala morcovii, patrunjelul (telina, ceapa, piperul), 2 linguri de sare, carnea si apa cat sa acopere bine toate acestea. Fierbe la foc foarte mic pana cand e facuta carnea si legumele. Va dura probabil cam 1 h.</p>
<p>3. Strecoara totul, pune supa deoparte, o vei putea consuma mai tarziu si lasa carnea si legumele sa se raceasca. Arunca ceapa, si-a terminat &#8216;misiunea&#8217;. Fierbe cartofii, apoi lasa-i sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>4.Toaca cat de marunt doresti toate legumele si carnea.</p>

<p>5. Intre timp pregateste-ti maioneza.</p>

<p>6. Pune toate ingredientele intr-un bol mare, insa nu adauga maioneza decat cand toate inredientele sunt reci. Sareaza. Daca doresti, poti chiar sa mai adaugi zeama de lamaie.</p>

<p>1. incearca sa adaugi mere.</p>
<p>2. inlocuieste castravetii murati cu gogonele.</p>
<p>3. foloseste carne de vita sau de porc in locul puiului.</p>
<p>4. adauga frunze de marar.</p>
<p>5. pentru varianta de post inlocuieste carnea cu soia si adauga si ciuperci.</p>
<p>6. daca doresti o varianta vegetariana, scoate carnea si foloseste maioneza din soia.</p>
<p>6. poti inlocui patrunjelul radacina cu pastarnac.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata morcovii si patrunjelul si taie bucati. Eu am taiat legumele rondele, dar poti taia cubulete sau cum doresti.</p>

<p>2. Pune uleiul in oala si incalzeste-l. Cand e incins, adauga legumele si caleste pentru 3-4 minute.</p>

<p>3. Toarna apa rece peste legume, asezoneaza cu sare si piper si lasa sa fiarba la foc mic 15-10 minute.</p>

<p>4. Fa aluatul de galuste. Pune galbenusurile intr-o farufurie adanca impreuna cu apa si amesteca bine. Condimenteaza cu sare si piper, adauga faina treptat si amesteca facand cercuri cu o furculita.</p>

<p>5. Folosind o lingurita pune cate putin din aluat in supa care fierbe la foc mic. Lasa sa mai fiarba 10 minute. Gusta si mai asezoneaza daca e necesar.</p>

200 ml smantana dulce<br />
1 lingurita boia de ardei dulce</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Taie ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul iute marunt si caleste in uleiul incins cam 2-3 minute.</p>

<p>2. Adauga morcovii razuiti, sare, piper.</p>

<p>3. Spala bine carnea si taie in felii mai mici.</p>

<p>4. Impinge amestecul de morcovi si ceapa intr-o parte a tigaii si adauga carnea pe care ai condimentat-o putin. Prajeste-o pana se albeste pe ambele parti. Adauga vinul, apa si boiaua. Fierbe sub capac pana se face carnea, cam 20 minute.</p>
