<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 pui intreg</p>
<p>2 morcovi</p>
<p>150 gr. ciuperci</p>
<p>1 praz</p>
<p>1 bota de telina</p>
<p>100 gr. unt</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita piper</p>
<p>2 lingurite boia dulce</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>50 ml apa</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pregateste legumele: taie-le bucati mai mici. Pregateste si condimentele pe o farfurie: sarea, piperul, usturoi, boiaua.</p>

Dupa ce ai spalat si curatat puiul, usca-l cu ajutorul unor servetele. Foloseste-ti degetele sa indepartezi pielea de pui.</p>

Unge puiul pe sub piele si la exterior cu untul condimentat.</p>

Pune in tava (eu am folosit vas roman, dar e buna orice tava mai adanca) o parte din legume. Apoi aseaza puiul, umple-l cu legume si la interior. Deasupra aseaza cateva bucatele de bacon. Le vei indeparta la final, dupa ce si-au lasat aroma peste pui. Acopera cu folie.</p>

<p>6. Pune la cuptorul incins la 200 grade celsius pentru 1 ora si inca 10 minute fara folie pentru a se rumeni frumos.</p>
