<p>Compot de mere seara, compot de mere dimineata, compot de mere la amiaz, iar intre suc de la compot de mere. De asta a avut parte sotul meu vreo 2 zile pentru ca nu s-a simtit bine si era unul din alimentele recomandate pe care le suporta. Astfel incat am ajuns sa fac muuulte variante, dar tot cea simpla e cea mai buna.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>4 mere</p>
<p>1,5 l apa</p>
<p>2-3 felii de lamaie curatata de coaja</p>
<p>8 linguri rase de zahar (daca vrei mai dulce poti adauga mai mult)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune zaharul in oala. Toarna apa deasupra si pune la foc mic.</p>

<p>2. Curata merele de coaja si samburi si taie cubulete. Cand apa fierbe, adauga merele si lamaia.</p>

<p>3. Lasa sa fiarba 2-3 minute (daca ai vreun soi de mere mai tari s-ar putea sa fie nevoie de mai mult de 3 minute), merele se vor mai inmuia si dupa ce inchizi focul.</p>

<p>Nu eram eu mare fan checuri, pentru ca imi pareau plictisitoare, am scris &#8216;pareau&#8217; pentru ca mi-a trecut intre timp <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Acest chec nu e deloc plictisitor, e plin de aroma, nu e uscat si e plin textura, iar de miros nu mai vorbesc, scortisoara si portocala, nuca si morcovii iti trezesc sentimentul ca e Craciun <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>450 g faina alba</p>
<p>200 g unt moale</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de scortisoara</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de sare</p>
<p>250 g zahar brun</p>
<p>100-120 g zahar alb</p>
<p>2 linguri zeama de lamaie+ 2 linguri coaja</p>
<p>2 linguri zeama de portocala + 2 linguri coaja</p>
<p>500 g morcovi razuiti marunt</p>
<p>150 g nuca taiata bucati</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, sarea, praful de copt, scortisoara.</p>

<p>2. Intr-un alt bol mixeaza untul moale cu zaharul. Adauga 2 oua intregi, amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza, apoi adauga celelalte 2 oua si procedeaza la fel. Adauga coaja de lamaie.</p>

<p>3. Adauga morcovii razuiti marunt.</p>

<p>4. Pune si nuca pe care ai taiat-o bucati cat de marunt doresti.</p>

<p>5. Toarna jumate din amestecul uscat peste aluat si amesteca cu o  lingura mare. Toarna si zeama de portocale si lamaie, amesteca.  Adauga  si restul de faina.</p>

<p>6. Unge cu unt si tapeteaza cu faina o tava. Toarna aluatul in ea si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 50 minute.</p>

<p>7. Scoate tava din cuptor si rastoarna checul pe un platou de servit. Daca doresti, poti pune deasupra un amestec de zeama de lamaie si portocala amestecat cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>160 g zahar (daca iti plac prajiturile dulci va trebui sa folosesti mai mult zahar)</p>
<p>300 g faina alba</p>
<p><strong>Pentru finisare:</strong></p>
<p>zeama de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>4-5 linguri zahar pudra</p>
<p>100 g gem de caise</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata merele de coaja si de casuta samburilor. Taie in patratele de 2 cm. Razuieste coaja de lamaie si pune-o deoparte. Stoarce lamaia si stropeste merele cu zeama.</p>

<p>2. Adauga la mere ghimbirul si nuca tocata bucatele cat de mici sau mari doresti.</p>

<p>3. Bate cu mixerul untul impreuna cu zaharul si coaja de lamaie. Adauga ouale (cate unul pe rand, de abea cand se inglobeaza bine il adaugam pe urmatorul).</p>

<p>4. Cerne faina impreuna cu praful de copt peste si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>5. Tapeteaza tava cu unt si faina (intinde bine untul pe toata suprafata tavii, pune o lingura de faina si scutura tava ca faina sa imbrace bine toate marginile, scapa de excesul de faina).</p>

<p>6. Toarna aluatul in tava, niveleaza si da la cuptorul incins la 200 grade C pentru 30 minute. Dupa cele 30 min scade temperatura la 180 si coace inca 30 minute.</p>

<p>7. Scoate checul pe un platou si unge-l cu gemul de caise.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intr-un bol amesteca pesmetul, parmezanul ras, coaja de lamaie, patrunjelul tocat, sare si piper. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>2. Spala pestele. Usuca-l cu servetele de bucatarie. Condimenteaza-l. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie si prajeste pestele pe ambele parti, cam 2 minute pe fiecare parte.</p>

<p>3. Muta fileurile prajite intr-o tava in care ai pus zeama de lamaie si untul.</p>

<p>4. Pune cu lingura din amestecul de pesmet peste fileuri. Da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 20 minute.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<p>Pentru foi:</p>
<p>1 ou intreg</p>
<p>2 linguri miere de albine</p>
<p>7 linguri lapte</p>
<p>70 gr. unt/margarina</p>
<p>1 lingurita bicarbonat</p>
<p>7 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>aprox 450 gr. faina</p>
<p>gem de caise</p>
<p>optional: 150 gr. ciocolata pentru glazura</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>5 linguri faina</p>
<p>6 linguri zahar</p>
<p>200 gr. unt moale</p>
<p>zeama de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca intr-o cratita oul batut, mierea, zaharul, laptele, untul si bicarbonatul. Pune la foc mic si amesteca in continuu. Cand ajunge ca o spuma ia de pe foc. Adauga faina treptat pana se formeaza un aluat bun de intins.</p>

Imparte aluatul in 4 si intinde 4 foi subtiri (va trebui sa te misti repede cu aluatul, pe masura ce se raceste se intareste si iti va fi mai greu sa-l intinzi). Eu folosesc hartie de copt ca sa nu se lipeasca aluatul de tava. Coc foile pe fundul tavii la 170 grade C pentru 4 minute. Pune foile deoparte. (eu le cladesc una peste alta cu tot cu hartia pe ele)</p>

Pentru crema, pune laptele, faina si zaharul (eu adaug mai intai o parte din faina, amestec si pe urma pun restul fainii, astfel evit cocoloasele) in tigaie si incalzeste pe foc amestecand in continuu pana incepe sa se intareasca (ca la budinca). Ia de pe foc si lasa sa se raceasca. Daca doresti sa nu faca pojghita, pune pe suprafata cremei o folie de plastic. In poza 4 din colajul de mai jos vezi cum arata crema dupa ce s-a racit, s-a intarit.</p>

<p>4. Cand s-a racit de tot adauga untul moale (e important ca untul sa fie  moale pentru ca astfel se va incorpora uniform in crema). Amesteca bine,  apoi toarna cate putin din zeama de lamaie si gusta crema, adaugand  lamaie pana cand ti se pare suficient.</p>

Aseaza o foaie pe care toarna o parte din crema de lamaie, intinde crema si aseaza urmatoarea foaie. Intinde gem de caise, un alt rand de foie si apoi inca unul de crema de lamaie. Incheie cu o alta foaie.</p>

Daca ai optat pentru glazura, topeste ciocolata impreuna cu 3 linguri de lapte. Toarna deasupra praiturii si pune la frigider.</p>

<p>1. Intr-un bol amesteca faina, zaharul, praful copt, semintele de mac si coaja de lamaie.</p>

<p>2. Bate ouale si amesteca-le cu iaurtul.</p>

<p>3. Topeste untul si adauga-l la ingredientele uscate. Toarna apoi si ouale cu iaurtul in compozitie. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>Daca vrei sa le servesti dichisite cu crema deasupra: amesteca 200 gr. unt moale cu 350 gr. zahar pudra si zeama de la 1 lamaie. Cu ajutorul unui cutit sau cu seringa de ornat, cum alegi, imbraca partea de deasupra a fiecarei briose.</p>

<p>400 gr. orez cu bobul rotund</p>
<p>1,3 l lapte</p>
<p>1 baton de vanilie sau 2 plicuri vanilie</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>6 linguri zahar alb</p>
<p>coaja de la 2 lamai</p>
<p>optional: 200 ml frisca lichida</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune orezul, zaharul, batonul de vanilie (sau zaharul vaniliat), sarea si laptele intr-o oala la foc mic. Lasa sa fiarba pana cand orezul e facut, cam 25-30 minute. Amesteca mereu.</p>

Opreste focul si lasa sa se odihneasca sub capac 5-10 minute pana absoarbe tot laptele.</p>

Scoate batonul de vanilie si adauga coaja de lamaie. Lasa sa se raceasca sau serveste cald.</p>

<p>4. Daca ai optat pentru a folosi si frisca, bate frisca si incorporeaza-o in orezul cu lapte, cand acesta s-a racit. Adaugarea a 200 ml de frisca batuta, va faca budinca mai pufoasa si nu o va lasa sa se intareasca, plus ii da si o aroma deosebita. Azi am facut compot, e grozav cu orez cu lapte sau turnat fierbinte peste inghetata de vanilie sau peste clatite si pancakes.</p>
<p>Ai nevoie de:</p>
<p>3 cani de rubarba taiata feliute cam de 1-2 cm (asta inseamna aprox. 5 bote)</p>
<p>1 cana zahar</p>
<p>zeama de la jumate de lamaie</p>
<p>(pentru o aroma deosebita, poti inlocui zeama de lamaie cu zeama de la 1 portocala sau chiar 2 daca sunt mai mici)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>Pune rubarba pe care ai spalat-o bine si ai taiat-o intr-o tigaie (nu folosi niciodata frunzele, sunt toxice). Adauga zaharul si lamaia si pune la foc mic pentru 20-25 minute, amestecand din cand in cand. Serveste-o calda sau rece, cum preferi. Cand se raceste se intareste putin, devine de consistenta gemului.</p>
