<p>1 lamaie</p>
<p>1 lingura de unt</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala fileul de peste si usuca cu ajutorul servetelelor.</p>

Sareaza, pipereaza si toarna peste fileuri zeama de la jumatate de lamaie. Lasa la marinat 5-10 minute.</p>

Unge cu unt un vas termorezistent. Aseaza fileurile. Eu le impatur in trei, astfel capetele mai subtiri nu se vor usca.</p>

Toarna si zeama in care s-a marinat pestele. Taie rondele cealalta jumatate de lamaie si aseaza deasupra.</p>

Acopera cu folie de aluminiu si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 30 minute.</p>

<p>300 ml zeama de lamaie (cam 4 lamai zemoase)</p>
<p>1 l apa</p>
<p>10 linguri zahar</p>
<p>2 crengute de menta</p>
<p>1 lamaie felii</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Stoarce lamaile, pune zeama intr-o carafa.</p>

<p>Adauga zaharul si amesteca pana se topeste zaharul. Zdrobeste putin in palme menta si adaug-o. Adauga si feliile de lamaie.</p>

<p><strong>Daca vrei niste variatii, ca doar vara e lunga <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </strong></p>
<p>1. Incearca sa adaugi un baton de vanilie la limonada, taie in doua batonul si curata semintele adaugandu-le la limonada preparata.</p>
<p>2. Incearca cu ghimbir. Taie felii de ghimbir, cam 4 felii si lasa-le in limonada 10 minute inainte de a incepe sa consumi.</p>
<p>3. Limonda cu capsuni e foarte buna, de asemenea. Inclocuieste jumatate din cantitatea de lamaie din reteta de mai sus cu capsuni facute piure si scoate menta din reteta.</p>
