<p>Aceasta garnitura merge foarte bine cu cartofi piure si friptura. Este dulce-acrisoara si merita incercata. Iar daca doresti sa servesti o masa aniversara sau mai mai deosebita serveste garnitura de varza rosie calita impreuna cu fructe de padure si rata la cuptor.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>1 varza rosie mica</p>
<p>jumate de varza alba mica</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>4-5 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>4 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>6-7 linguri otet</p>
<p>50 ml apa</p>
<p>jumate lingurita de sare de mare</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie varza fasii subtiri si lungi. Toaca ceapa marunt.</p>

<p>2. Incalzeste uleiul la foc mic. Cand acesta e incins adauga ceapa si caleste-o pana devine transparenta.</p>

<p>3. Adauga varza impreuna cu sarea si lasa pe foc amestecand din cand in cand (destul de des), cam 10 minute sau pana cand varza se inmoaie.</p>

<p>4. Ia de pe foc si adauga otetul (vei vedea ca varza se va schimba la culoare), apa si zaharul. Amesteca bine si gusta, poti ajusta cantitatea de otet si zahar pana cand esti multumit/a de rezultat.</p>

<p>Azi am facut o reteta noua, o tarta cu cartofi dulci. A fost o incantare sa o gust si abia astept s-o servesc la cina insotita de peste.  Sa stii ca n-a fost greu de facut si nici nu mi-a luat mult timp. Zic ca merita incercata. Eu am trecut-o intre retetele pe care le voi repeta.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>

<p>2 cartofi dulci (aprox 300 g)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>un sfert de lingurita de nucsoara</p>
<p>1 lingurita cimbru</p>
<p>1 ou mare</p>
<p>3 linguri unt + 1 lingura ulei</p>
<p>2 cepe medii (eu am pus una rosie, una alba, dar n-are importanta)</p>
<p>250 ml smantana grasa</p>
<p>150 g cascaval ras (eu am folosit Moeciu)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pregateste aluatul conform retetei de <a title="Aluat de baza pentru tarte sarate" href="http://rozealb.com/tarte/aluat-de-baza-pentru-tarte-sarate/" target="_blank">aici</a>.</p>

<p>2.Pune cei doi cartofi dulci (in coaja) la fiert in apa cu sare. Lasa-i sa fiarba 30 minute. Strecoara-i si lasa-i sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>3. Curata si taie marunt ceapa. Pune untul si uleiul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu. Cand s-au incins adauga ceapa si caleste 2-3 minute. Adauga si cimbrul.</p>

<p>4. Curata cartofii de coaja si taie-i marunt. Adauga-i la ceapa si amesteca.</p>

<p>5. Sparge oul intr-un bol si bate-l bine impreuna cu smantana. Adauga si jumate de lingurita de sare, piper dupa gust si nucsoara.</p>

<p>6. Asambleaza tarta. Toarna amestecul de cartofi si ceapa peste aluatul de tarta precopt.</p>

<p>7. Presara cascavalul.</p>

<p>8. Toarna amestecul de smantana si ou.</p>

<p>9. Introdu in cuptorul incins la 190 grade C pentru 15-20 minute. Scoate din cuptor si lasa sa se odihneasca minin 15 minute inainte de a servi.</p>

<p>Cand eram mica, din cand in cand mama facea supa de gulii. Poate pentru ca se intampla rar, ni se parea mai buna. Am inceput s-o prepar si eu cand m-am casatorit, tot foarte rar, dar ne place mult.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>4 gulii</p>
<p>1 ceapa medie</p>
<p>1 morcov</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>muult piper proaspat macinat (e secretul unei supe de gulii gustoase <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> )</p>
<p>1 lingura rasa de vegeta</p>
<p>optional: bucatele de piept de pui</p>
<p>2 linguri faina</p>
<p>4-5 linguri ulei</p>
<p>1 lingurita boia</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata guliile, morcovul si ceapa. Taie guliile cuburi sau felii lungi subtiri sau chiar razuieste daca doresti. Eu le-am taiat cuburi mici. Morcovul da-l pe razatoarea mare. Ceapa tai-o cat de marunt poti. Daca ai optat pentru bucatele de pui, atunci prajeste mai intai putin bucatelele de pui in oala cu putin ulei (cat sa formeze o crusta alba). Apoi procedeaza mai departe.</p>

<p>2. Pune totul intr-0 oala si adauga apa, cam 2,5 l. Pune si vegeta, sare si piper proaspat macinat, eu am pus aproape o lingura rasa. Lasa sa fiarba la foc mic aproximativ 10-15 minute sau pana se inmoaie guliile.</p>

Intr-o oala mai mica incalzeste uleiul. Adauga toate faina odata si amesteca energic. Gateste amestecand continuu cam 2 minute apoi adauga boiaua. Ia de pe foc si adauga 2 cani apa rece. Amesteca bine si toarna peste supa.</p>

<p>4. Lasa sa mai dea in clocot de cateva ori. Gusta, mai asezoneaza daca e nevoie si e gata.</p>

Tin minte pe vremuri, cand vedeam in filme sushi ce ne mai strambam si ce ne mai minunam cum pot manca oamenii aia peste crud si alge si cine mai stie ce. Iata-ne acum incantati si de sushi si de pestele crud, marinat sau afumat si de tot soiul de ciudatenii asiatice. Ne-am facut chiar un stoc de sosuri si ingrediente chinezesti (rare pe la noi) si ne gatim &#8216;chinezeasca&#8217; cum ii zicem noi, destul de des.</p>
<p>Intr-adevar ingredientele astea-s scumpe si le gasesti greu, dar iti vor ajunge jumatate de an. Daca te ajuta sa iti faci stocul, ca sa dai gustul asiatic mancarurilor, iti fac o lista scurta cu ingredientele de baza: sos de peste, sos de stridii, ulei de susan, sos chilli, sos de soia, amidon de porumb, otet din orez, muguri de bambus si ciuperci chinezesti. Daca nu stii de unde sa le procuri, eu le-am gasit o parte la Cora si o alta la Careffour.</p>
<p>Dar sa revenim la reteta de azi: pui cu sos dulce-acrisor. E o reteta rapida, satioasa fara sa fie grea si poate fi transformata usor in reteta vegetariana scotind pur si simplu pieptul de pui din ecuatie. De asemenea, e foarte  buna si a doua zi la temperatura camerei. De aceea e foarte potrivita ca pachet la serviciu <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>1 ardei iute</p>
<p>2 ardei capia rosii</p>
<p>2 morcovi</p>
<p>1 ceapa alba mare</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>un jumate de piept de pui</p>
<p>sos Uncle Ben&#8217;s dulce-acrisor</p>
<p>1 lingura sos de peste</p>
<p>1 lingurita sos de stridii</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de fulgi de chilli</p>
<p>sare dupa gust</p>
<p>100 ml apa</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei</p>
<p>orez fiert pentru servire</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Toaca marunt usturoiul, ardeiul iute si ceapa.</p>

<p>2. De asemenea taie morcovii julienne (ca niste betigase de chibrit), ardeii capia tot asa in felii subtiri.</p>

<p>3. Taie si pieptul de pui in bucati mici. Incalzeste tigaia (wokul daca ai unul <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), adauga uleiul si cand acesta s-a infierbantat adauga puiul. Intoarce de cateva ori pana se albeste pe toate partile. Adauga sosul de stridii si sosul de peste, gateste in continuare 3-5 minute pana cand este facut puiul. Scoate carnea si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>4. In sosul ramas in tigaie adauga ardeiul iute, ceapa, usturoiul si fulgii de chilli. Amesteca bine. Adauga si ardeii impreuna cu morcovii. Toarna apa si lasa la foc mic amestecand din cand in cand pana cand se inmoaie putin morcovii.</p>

<p>5. Reintrodu pieptul de pui pe l-ai pus mai devreme deoparte. De asemenea, toarna sosul dulce-acrisor. Lasa sa dea de cateva ori in clocot. Gusta si mai adauga sare daca e necesar.</p>

<p>6. Serveste cu orez. Eu am fiert orez cu bob lung, l-am strecurat, am presarat sare si piper proaspat macinat impreuna cu 2 linguri de ulei.</p>

<p><strong>Pentru 4-6 portii ai nevoie de:</strong><br />
3 morcovi medii/mari<br />
2 ardei capia rosu mari (sau merge cu orice ardei ai la indemana)<br />
2 cepe mari (eu am folosit rosie, dar merge si cu alba)<br />
1 floreta de brocoli (optional, eu am folosit pt ca aveam acasa)<br />
1 piept de pui<br />
1 sos Uncle Ben&#8217;s Sweet&amp;Sour<br />
1 cutie de ananas mica sau jumatate dintr-una mare.<br />
2 cani de orez de 200 gr.<br />
2 linguri ulei<br />
sare si piper pentru gust<br />
sos de soia (optional, merge foarte bine si fara)</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong><br />
1. Tai in fasii lungi toate legumele. Eu am dat morcovii prin robotul de bucatarie ca a fost mai simplu, dar ardeiul si ceapa le-am taiat fasii mari.</p>

2. Pieptul de pui il tai in bucati mici, il condimentezi bine cu sare si piper, si-l prajesti in putin ulei. Eu am avut pieptul de pui prajit deja, pentru ca l-am facut cu o zi inainte, dar ideal este sa prajesti puiul tot atunci, il scoti dupa ce e gata si calesti legumele in aceeasi cratita/ulei in care ai facut puiul ca sa ia din gust.<br />
3. Intr-o cratita cu capac pui putin ulei (merge de oricare, eu am folosit de samburi de struguri) si pui mai intai morcovul la calit la foc mediu-mare. Daca folosesti si brocolli, pune-l tot acum. Dupa 2-3 minute dupa ce ai pus morcovul, fierbe putina apa (100 grame)  si toarna peste morcov. Acopera. In acest fel legumele nu se vor praji  ci se vor face la abur. Dupa alte 2 minute, adauga ardeii si amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Dupa 3 minute, adauga si ceapa si condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Lasa totul cam 5 minute sa se caleasca impreuna, pana legumele s-au inmuiat.</p>

5. Adauga pieptul de pui preparat dinainte si amesteca bine. Apoi adauga sosul Uncle Bens si mai da-i un clocot.</p>

6. La sfarsit de tot adauga bucatile de ananas, amesteca si mai da-i un ultim clocot.</p>

<p>Observatii:<br />
1. poti pune sos de soia (1 lingura), dar aceasta continand sare multa trebuie redusa cantitatea de sare pusa in mancare.<br />
2. daca iti place carnea, poti sa dublezi cantitatea de piept de pui si sa pui 800 gr &#8211; 1 kg.<br />
3. pentru o varianta mai sanatoasa, poti folosi orez integral. Pregatirea lui dureaza mai mult pentru ca trebuie sa stea cateva ore la inmuiat.</p>

<p>7 linguri ulei (de preferat ulei de măsline)</p>
<p>1 ceapă mare</p>
<p>3 căţei de usturoi</p>
<p>½ lămâie</p>
<p>2 linguri sos de soia</p>
<p>2 linguri zahăr brun</p>
<p>Sare, piper (eu am pus atât piper alb cât şi negru), boia (eu am folosit mai multe tipuri de boia)</p>
<p>7 mandarine</p>
<p>5 linguri apă</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Într-un bol se pune uleiul, apa, sosul de soia, sarea, sucul de lămâie, zahărul, boiaua, ceapa şi usturoiul tăiate mărunt. Nu se pun piperul şi mandarinele!</p>

<p>3. Se toarnă totul în tavă şi se dă la cuptor pentru 60 minute la 180°C.</p>

<p>Eu sunt fun lucskos, sotul meu de asemenea. El zice chiar ca supa de varza e mai buna a doua zi, dupa ce sta peste noapte la frigider. Nu stiu ce sa zic, s-ar putea sa aiba dreptate, ca doar numai bine se amesteca mai bine ingredientele intre ele, are logica <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Vara fac mai rar supe din astea grele, dar cum vine iarna nu ma pot abtine. Aveti mai jos reteta de lucskos varianta mea, de la mama de-acasa.</p>

<p>1. Pune afumatura la fiert in apa cu sare. Mie imi place s-o las bucati mari, dar daca doresti o poti taia cuburi cat de mici doresti.</p>

<p>2. Pana da in clocot curata ceapa si taie-o marunt. Taie si varza felii lungi si subtiri sau jilueste-o (v-am prins! ati uitat cuvantul asta sau nici nu l-ati stiut <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  inseamna acelasi lucru doar ca se foloseste un instrument anume in locul cutitului). Presara sare peste varza si lasa sa stea astfel 20 minute.</p>

<p>3. Pune varza si ceapa in apa care fierbe si lasa la foc mic pana se inmoaie bine varza si afumatura e facuta. Adauga si cimbrul si mararul.</p>

<p>4. Fa rantasul. Pune uleiul intr-o cratita, cand acesta e fierbinte, adauga faina si boiaua. Amestecand bine caleste 2 minute, sa se gateasca faina. Ia de pe foc, adauga 1 cana jumate de apa rece. Apa trebuie adaugata putin cate putin. Toarna si bulionul peste rantas.</p>

<p>5. Adauga supei rantasul, amesteca si gusta, s-ar putea sa mai aiba nevoie de sare. Lasa sa mai fiarba 15-20 minute.</p>

<p>O servesti cu smantana sau nu, dar e extrem de buna cu smantana. Eu de multe ori o fac fara afumatura si iese la fel de gustoasa.</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Taie ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul iute marunt si caleste in uleiul incins cam 2-3 minute.</p>

<p>2. Adauga morcovii razuiti, sare, piper.</p>

<p>3. Spala bine carnea si taie in felii mai mici.</p>

<p>4. Impinge amestecul de morcovi si ceapa intr-o parte a tigaii si adauga carnea pe care ai condimentat-o putin. Prajeste-o pana se albeste pe ambele parti. Adauga vinul, apa si boiaua. Fierbe sub capac pana se face carnea, cam 20 minute.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Cartofii intregi si nedecojiti ii speli si ii puni la fiert in apa cu sare. In acelasi timp, fierbe ouale in apa cu sare, ccam 10 minute ca sa fie tari. Strecoara si pune deoparte sa se raceasca putin.</p>

<p>2. Decojeste cartofii si taie-i bucati mici. Curata si taie ceapa in solzi si ardeii bucati mici.</p>

<p>Cand eram mici, sora mea si cu mine, eram duse de tata pe dealuri, la padure, colindam mult imprejurimile. De multe ori dupa ploaie, adunam bureti, iar mama facea din ei o tocanita absolut delicioasa. Eu de data asta am avut galbiori, am pus si vreo 3  buc de champinion doar pentru ca asa am avut chef, am facut o combinatie si a iesit absolut delicios, de lins pe degete <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Am servit cu mamaliguta si neaparat frunze de patrunjel (bunicul sotului meu spunea ca daca ciupercile sunt otravitoare patrunjelul se ingalbeneste, nu stiu daca e adevarat, dar eu asa &#8216;probez&#8217; ciupercile:))</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600-800 g  galbiori</p>
<p>2 cepe galbene</p>
<p>4-5 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>2-3 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>1 lingura boia de ardei dulce</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>400 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>1 legatura de frunze de patrunjel</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine ciupercile. Pune-le sa se opareasca 2-3 minute in apa fiarta cu sare. Strecoara, taie-le la ce dimensiune doresti si pune-le deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Curata usturoiul si ceapa. Toaca-le cat mai marunt. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie, adauga usturoiul si ceapa si caleste pana ceapa devine transparenta. Adauga si boiaua.</p>

<p>3. Toarna ciupercile deasupra si pune din nou la foc. Condimenteaza si lasa la foc mic, sub capac 10 minute.</p>
