<p>In cazul in care nu ai observat deja <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> , noua ne plac mult tartele si ne place sa incercam tot mai multe variante in functie de legumele pe care le avem prin frigider. Ca in definitiv, toate tartele astea sunt cam la fel, smantana si ou combinate cu ceva legume si condimente. Le servim fie pe post de garnitura, fie servite ca fel principal sau insotite de salate. Zilele trecute am incercat tarta cu morcovi si am fost extrem de incantati. Sper sa iti placa si tie.</p>

<p>Ai nevoie de:</p>

<p>2 cepe mari</p>
<p>2-3 linguri unt + 1 lingura ulei</p>
<p>500 g morcovi</p>
<p>jumate lingurita zahar</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>2 oua + 1 galbenus</p>
<p>350 ml smantana</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de nucsoara</p>
<p>200 g cascaval Emmenthaler ras</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Pregateste-ti alualtul si coace-l.</p>

<p><a href="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/aluat-de-baza-pentru-tarte-sarate11.jpg"></a>2. Curata morcovii si taie-i rondele. Aseaza intr-o oala cu apa sare si acea jumate de lingurita de zahar. Fierbe-i pe jumatate, sa nu fie foarte moi. Strecoara si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Pune untul si uleiul intr-o tigaie incinsa, cand acestea s-au infierbantat adauga ceapa tocata marunt. Sareaza, pipereaza si caleste cateva minute pana cand ceapa devine transparenta.</p>

<p>4. Adauga morcovii la ceapa, amesteca si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>5. Intr-un bol, amesteca ouale, galbenusul, smantana si nucsoara pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>6. Presara o parte din cascavalul ras pe aluatul copt si apoi toarna amestecul de morcovi si ceapa. Toarna smantana cu ou peste si apoi aseaza cascavalul ramas deasupra.</p>

<p>7. Pune in cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 20-30 minute sau pana cand se rumeneste deasupra. Scoate din cuptor si lasa sa se aseze cateva minute inainte de a o servi.</p>

<p>Azi am facut o reteta noua, o tarta cu cartofi dulci. A fost o incantare sa o gust si abia astept s-o servesc la cina insotita de peste.  Sa stii ca n-a fost greu de facut si nici nu mi-a luat mult timp. Zic ca merita incercata. Eu am trecut-o intre retetele pe care le voi repeta.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>

<p>2 cartofi dulci (aprox 300 g)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>un sfert de lingurita de nucsoara</p>
<p>1 lingurita cimbru</p>
<p>1 ou mare</p>
<p>3 linguri unt + 1 lingura ulei</p>
<p>2 cepe medii (eu am pus una rosie, una alba, dar n-are importanta)</p>
<p>250 ml smantana grasa</p>
<p>150 g cascaval ras (eu am folosit Moeciu)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pregateste aluatul conform retetei de <a title="Aluat de baza pentru tarte sarate" href="http://rozealb.com/tarte/aluat-de-baza-pentru-tarte-sarate/" target="_blank">aici</a>.</p>

<p>2.Pune cei doi cartofi dulci (in coaja) la fiert in apa cu sare. Lasa-i sa fiarba 30 minute. Strecoara-i si lasa-i sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>3. Curata si taie marunt ceapa. Pune untul si uleiul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu. Cand s-au incins adauga ceapa si caleste 2-3 minute. Adauga si cimbrul.</p>

<p>4. Curata cartofii de coaja si taie-i marunt. Adauga-i la ceapa si amesteca.</p>

<p>5. Sparge oul intr-un bol si bate-l bine impreuna cu smantana. Adauga si jumate de lingurita de sare, piper dupa gust si nucsoara.</p>

<p>6. Asambleaza tarta. Toarna amestecul de cartofi si ceapa peste aluatul de tarta precopt.</p>

<p>7. Presara cascavalul.</p>

<p>8. Toarna amestecul de smantana si ou.</p>

<p>9. Introdu in cuptorul incins la 190 grade C pentru 15-20 minute. Scoate din cuptor si lasa sa se odihneasca minin 15 minute inainte de a servi.</p>

<p>Daca ti-e pofta de paste si nu ai prea mult timp la dispozitie, iti propun fettuccine alfredo. Se fac repede si au un gust bogat. Sunt si putin costisitoare, lucru nu deloc de neglijat <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>250 g paste fettuccine (sau tagliatele)</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>1 ceapa rosie mica</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>180 g parmezan (eu am folosit cascaval Moeciu)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>2-3 linguri frunze de patrunjel tocat (optional)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Fierbe pastele in apa cu sare conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj.</p>

<p>2. In timp ce pastele fierb, fa sosul. Taie ceapa si usturoiul cat mai marunt. Razuieste parmezanul sau cascavalul.</p>

<p>3. Incalzeste tigaia, adauga untul. Cand acesta s-a topit, adauga ceapa si usturoiul si caleste 2 minute amestecand.</p>

<p>4. Toarna smantana dulce, sareaza si pipereaza. Adauga jumatate din branza si ia de pe foc. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>5. Strecoara pastele si adauga-le peste sos. Amesteca bine. Daca ai optat pentru patrunjel, adauga-l si pe acesta. Pune si restul de branza.</p>

<p>Cateodata poti fi creativ cu ingrediente simple si nepretentioase pe care de multe ori le servesti separat. Punandu-le impreuna insa, iti iese ceva surprinzator si delicios. Am pregatit acest fel la un mic dejun pentru niste prieteni, incercand sa transformam putin clasicele ochiuri de ou in ceva mai interesant. De atunci le facem mereu cu mult entuziasm, in mod special in diminetile de weekend.</p>

<p>1. Prajeste feliile de paine.</p>

<p>2. Unge feliile de paine cu unt. Incalzeste putin ulei intr-o tigaie si fa ouale ochiuri. Nu uita sa le sarezi. Lasa oul sa se faca pe jumatate, cat sa prinda o crusta ca sa poti sa le scoti din tigaie.</p>

<p>3. Pune ochiul pe felia de paine. Presara cascaval razuit din belsug. Pipereaza. Introdu la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pana se rumeneste cascavalul.</p>

<p>4. Scoate tava din cuptor, presara oregano uscat peste tartine si razuieste niste parmezan pentru o aroma mai intensa.</p>

<p>Mi-am cumparat &#8216;Cartea regala de bucate&#8217; a Pricipesei Margareta a Romaniei. Cand am inceput s-o rasfoiesc am apreciat imediat simplitatea ingredientelor. Asa ca m-am decis pe loc. Aceasta va fi o carte de retete care va trece des prin bucataria mea, le voi incerca pe toate mi-am zis. Este putin probabil sa se intample asa, recunosc, dar cel putin am inceput cu ceva, cu sufleul de branza propus in carte de Arhiducele Georg si Arhiducesa Eilika ai Austriei.</p>

<p><strong>Sufleu de branza:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>100 g faina alba</p>
<p>50 g amidon de porumb</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>60 g unt topit si lasat la racit</p>
<p>200 g cascaval sau svaiter mai uscat</p>
<p>6 oua</p>
<p>sare si piper dupa gust</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 200 grade C si razuieste cascavalul.</p>

<p>2. Amesteca laptele cu amidonul si pune la foc mic pana aproape de fierbere. Ia de pe foc si asezoneaza cu sare si piper.</p>

<p>3. Intr-o oala, la foc mic, topeste untul si adauga faina toata odata, amestecand energic pana cand untul se incorporeaza. Fierbe in continuare pana ce faina devine aurie.</p>

<p>4. Adauga laptele fiert cu amidon peste sosul de faina. Amesteca bine pana ce faina si laptele devin ca un sos foarte gros.</p>

<p>6. Bate albusurile spuma cu putin sare si incorporeaza-le in compozitia de mai sus, cu o lingura de lemn, amestecand prin rasturnare. Eu pun mai intai o lingura de albus, il incorporez si apoi adaug restul de albus.</p>

<p>7. Compozitia obtinuta trebuie folosita imediat. Unge cu unt s tapeteaza cu faina bolul pentru sufleu. Introdu la cuptorul incalzit  pentru 30-35 de minute. Eu am folosit un bol mare, daca folosesti boluri din alea mici de sufleu, atunci lasa la cuptor 20 de minute.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 praz</p>
<p>400 g porumb boabe (din conserva)</p>
<p>6 oua</p>
<p>200 ml smantana (sau jumate smantana dulce si jumate smantana normala)</p>
<p>200 g bucatele de sunca</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>1 pachet de aluat de foietaj (eu folosesc Linco)</p>
<p>150 g cascaval</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intinde aluatul cu un sucitor pana se subtiaza aluatul la jumate din cat era de gros. Taie forme rotunde cat sa acoperi formele din tava pentru briose.</p>

<p>2. Bate ouale cu ajutorul unui tel. Adauga smantana si sarea. Taie marunt prazul si adauga-l la ou. Apoi adauga si porumbul.</p>

<p>4. Toarna aluat cu lingura in fiecare forma de briosa, in &#8216;paharelele&#8217; de aluat. Eu am impartit mai intai porumbul si sunca in fiecare briosa si apoi am turnat restul de aluat, asta sa ma asigur ca fiecare portie e aproximativ la fel.</p>

<p>Daca esti in cautare de retete de post sau daca ai chef de alt fel de paste, sau poate pur si simplu daca nu mai stii ce sa faci de mancare (pentru ca ai un sot care refuza carnea, ca al meu mai nou <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), iata o reteta de gnochi cu sos de rosii. A fost foarte gustos si rapid. Cred ca mi-a luat aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>2 pungi de 500 g de paste gnochi (pemtru 4-5 persoane)</p>
<p>50 g unt + 1 lingura de ulei</p>
<p>3-4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>250-300 ml sos de rosii (depinde cat de imbibat in sos vrei sa fie)</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de oregano uscat</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de busuioc uscat</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>150 g de cascaval (de care doresti)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune apa cu sare la fiert intr-o oala, cand fierbe adauga gnochi. Imediat ce se ridica la suprafata scote-i si pune-i deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Intre timp, incalzeste uleiul si untul, adauga usturoiul pe care l-ai tocat marunt. Porneste si cuptorul ca sa incalzeaca la 180 grade C.</p>

<p>3. Adauga gnochi la usturoi si invarte-i putin in tigaie. Toarna-i intr-un vas termorezistent.</p>

<p>6 cartofi medii</p>
<p>4 linguri smantana</p>
<p>1 lingura unt</p>
<p>5 buc ceapa verde</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>Cascaval ras</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Speli bine cartofii. Ii pui la fiert pentru 20 minute. Srecoara-i (pastrand coaja pe ei) si lasa-i sa se raceasca putin. Taie fiecare cartofi in doua si cu o lingura scobeste interiorul fiecarei jumatati. Ideea e sa formezi niste mici farfurioare.</p>

Pune interiorul cartofilor intr-un bol si fa-l piure cu ajutorul untului si a smantanii. Adauga ceapa verde taiata marunt, sare si piper.</p>

<p>1. Se potrivesc de minune cu peste sau cu diverse salate.</p>
<p>2. Daca doresti poti pune in piure verdeturi sau chiar bucati de sunca. Cele cu sunca sunt bune si de servit la petreceri (calculeaza doua jumatati de cartof de persoana).</p>
