<p>Mereu am crezut ca aceasta este o reteta ungureasca, nu demult am aflat ca reteta aceasta se face prin Austria si cine stie unde o s-o mai intalnesc in viata asta <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Oricum mie imi place mult, mai ales insotita de o ceapa rosie taiata marunt si batuta cu putina sare si cu ulei.</p>
<p>Mai jos am pus reteta de supa de cartofi cu rantas. Daca vrei sa faci o varianta mai usoara, procedeaza in felul urmator: incepe cu 2-3 linguri de unt (sau ulei) in care prajeste o ceapa tocata marunt si adauga boiaua. Pune afumatura la fiert, apoi cartofii si telina, scotand rantasul din reteta. Cand toate sunt fierte bine, fa piure un polonic plin de cartofi si putina supa, dupa care adauga inapoi in oala.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1,5 kg cartofi</p>
<p>2,5 l apa</p>
<p>1 ceapa medie</p>
<p>4-5 fire de telina frunze</p>
<p>350 afumatura (eu am folosit kaizer afumat)</p>
<p>1 lingurita de sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita cu varf de boia de ardei dulce</p>
<p>40-50 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 lingura mare plina de faina alba</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune la fiert afumatura in 2 l de apa. Curata cartofii si taie-i bucatele. Spala frunzele de telina.</p>

<p>2. Cand afumatura e fiarta, adauga cartofii, telina si sarea. Fierbe pana cand se inmoaie cartofii.</p>

<p>3. Curata si taie ceapa felii groase. Pune uleiul intr-o cratita pe foc. Cand acesta este fierbinte adauga ceapa si caleste 1-2 minute.</p>

<p>4. Ia de pe foc. Adauga boiaua si faina. Amesteca bine si pune din nou la foc amestecand continuu cam 2-3 minute. Apoi toarna 500 ml apa rece si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>5. Aseaza o sita desupra oalei cu supa si strecoara rantasul. Ceapa ramasa se arunca.</p>

<p>6. Lasa sa mai dea cateva clocote si inchide focul. Serveste cu smantana. Alaturi de paine si ceapa batuta cu sare si ulei e absolut delicios.</p>

<p>Ce-ar fi o sarbatoare la noi la romani fara o salata de boeuf buna? E o reteta extrem de populara care nu mai are nimic de-a face cu reteta originala, bineinteles. Salata de boeuf, sau salata Oivier la origine, a fost prima dată preparată în 1860 de catre bucătarul italian Lucien Olivier la restaurantul Ermitaj (Эрмитаж) din Moscova. Originar, rețeta cuprindea delicatese scumpe, carne de vânat, raci etc. Am gustat multe variante de-a lungul timpului pe la unii pe la altii, eu insa tot la varianta mamei raman. Am insa mereu grija ca maioneza sa fie in cantitati cat mai mici si neaparat facuta in casa dupa reteta pe care o gasiti <a title="Maioneza" href="http://rozealb.com/meniu-principal/maioneza/" target="_blank">aici.</a></p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600-700 g piept de pui</p>
<p>1 kg morcovi</p>
<p>400 g patrunjel radacina</p>
<p>(Daca vrei sa folosesti zeama in care vor fierbe legumele si carnea pentru a face supa vei avea nevoie si de: 1 ceapa mica, un patrat de vreo 5 cm de telina radacina si 1 lingura piper boabe)</p>
<p>200 g mazare</p>
<p>5 cartofi (medii ca marime)</p>
<p>7-8 castraveciori murati (daca sunt mari pune mai putini)</p>
<p>300 g maioneza</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata morcovii si patrunjelul (telina si ceapa daca ai optat sa faci supa, asa cum am procedat si eu). Spala bine carnea din 2-3 ape.</p>

<p>2. Pune intr-o oala morcovii, patrunjelul (telina, ceapa, piperul), 2 linguri de sare, carnea si apa cat sa acopere bine toate acestea. Fierbe la foc foarte mic pana cand e facuta carnea si legumele. Va dura probabil cam 1 h.</p>
<p>3. Strecoara totul, pune supa deoparte, o vei putea consuma mai tarziu si lasa carnea si legumele sa se raceasca. Arunca ceapa, si-a terminat &#8216;misiunea&#8217;. Fierbe cartofii, apoi lasa-i sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>4.Toaca cat de marunt doresti toate legumele si carnea.</p>

<p>5. Intre timp pregateste-ti maioneza.</p>

<p>6. Pune toate ingredientele intr-un bol mare, insa nu adauga maioneza decat cand toate inredientele sunt reci. Sareaza. Daca doresti, poti chiar sa mai adaugi zeama de lamaie.</p>

<p>Decoreaza cu felii de morcovi, de castraveti, lamaie sau cu mazare.</p>

<p><strong>Variante: </strong></p>
<p>1. incearca sa adaugi mere.</p>
<p>2. inlocuieste castravetii murati cu gogonele.</p>
<p>3. foloseste carne de vita sau de porc in locul puiului.</p>
<p>4. adauga frunze de marar.</p>
<p>5. pentru varianta de post inlocuieste carnea cu soia si adauga si ciuperci.</p>
<p>6. daca doresti o varianta vegetariana, scoate carnea si foloseste maioneza din soia.</p>
<p>6. poti inlocui patrunjelul radacina cu pastarnac.</p>

Cartofii astia sunt absolut surprinzatori, foarte simplu de facut, sunt o varianta mai sanatoasa a cartofilor prajiti si desi sunt foarte crocanti la exterior, interiorul e moale si gustos. &#8220;Mniam&#8221;, cum zice nepotelul nostru <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>ulei de floarea soarelui</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata si taie cartofii cubulete sau feliute, sub ce forma doresti sa ii servesti. Spala bine cartofii taiati si curatati, din 2-3 ape, ca sa scapi de o parte din amidonul pe care acestia il lasa. Adauga sare si fierbe-i pana sunt aproape facuti. Ai grija sa nu fie prea fierti pentru ca se vor zdrobi tare.</p>

<p>2. Cand sunt fierti, strecoara-i si pune-i intr-un bol. Adauga cateva linguri de ulei. Amesteca. Ideea e sa fie acoperiti pe toate partile cu ulei, in felul asta folosesc mult mai putin pentru ca nu pun in tava cat sa se scalde cartofii. Presara-i intr-o tava mare. Da-i la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pana se rumenesc pe toate partile, amesteca de 2-3 ori daca e nevoie.. NU acoperi cu folie!</p>

<p>Aceasta este o reteta vegetariana extrem de adaptabila in functie de legumele pe care le ai la indemana in ziua in care ai chef sa faci aceasta reteta. Poti varia legumele: brocoli, gulii, vinete, etc.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>300 gr morcovi, rondele</p>
<p>300 gr. cartofi cuburi (eu am folosit de data asta cartofi pitici intregi)</p>
<p>300 gr. conopida buchetele</p>
<p>300 gr. dovlecel cuburi</p>
<p>un fir de praz taiat rondele</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare tocata marunt</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>25 gr. unt</p>
<p>25 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>1 lingura mustar cu bobul intreg</p>
<p>300 ml lapte</p>
<p>150 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200 grade C.</p>
<p>2. Pune legumele (morcovii, conopida, cartofii) la fiert, fierbe-le doar cat sa se inmoaie putin. Strecoara si pune deoparte intr-un bol mare. Adauga si prazul si dovlecelul.</p>

<p>3. Incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie, adauga untul. Cand acesta s-a topit adauga ceapa si caleste 3-4 minute. Adauga faina si tine tigaia pe foc 2-3 minute amestecand. Toarna laptele, smantana si mustarul, amestecand bine. Condimenteaza.</p>

<p>4. Toarna sosul peste legume si amesteca cu grija. Rastoarna intr-un vas termorezistent.</p>

<p>5. Deasupra pune biscuiti cu verdeturi si da la cuptorul incins 30 minute sau pana se rumenesc biscuitii.</p>

<p>1. Toaca carnea si pune-o intr-un bol. Cea mai buna carne de chiftele este ceafa de porc.</p>

<p>2. Toaca ceapa si caleste-o in putin ulei. Cand e gata tranfera peste carne.</p>

Adauga de asemenea patrunjelul tocat si cartofii fierti pe care i-ai zdrobit. Adauga si ouale, usturoiul tocat, sarea si piperul. Amesteca bine cu ajutorul mainilor pana se omogenizeaza toata compozitia.</p>

<p>2,5 kg cartofi</p>
<p>3-4 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>sare de mare</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine cartofii intregi, cu coaja cu tot, nu-i curata. Pune-i intr-o tigaie, acopera-i cu apa rece si o lingura rasa de sare de mare. Lasa-i sa fiarba la foc mic pana cand sunt gatiti. Timpul de fierbere depinde de felul cartofilor, asa ca nu iti pot spune nici macar aproximativ, dar poti verifica infigand un cutit intr-unul din cartofi, iar daca cutitul intra usor in el inseamna ca sunt gatiti. Strecoara cartofii si lasa-i sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Daca doresti sa adaugi ceapa, tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa tai marunt o ceapa mare si sa o calesti bine in ulei inainte sa adaugi cartofii taiati marunt, in rest respecti reteta de mai sus.</p>

<p>Facand parte dintr-o familie mixta, e evident ca de la noi din casa nu putea lipsi gulasul unguresc. Ai mai joi varianta mea de gulas, putin modificata de cea originala facuta de mama si bunica. Uneori eu inlocuiesc carnea de vita cu carne de porc scotand de asemenea vinul din reteta, alteori il fac chiar fara carne si atunci alaturi de ceapa adaug si 1 praz intreg si 2 ardei dulci.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600 gr carne de vita</p>
<p>3 linguri boia dulce</p>
<p>3 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>3 cepe albe mari</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 ardei iute</p>
<p>1/2 cana vin rosu</p>
<p>2 kg cartofi</p>
<p>4 linguri frunze de patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>apa fierbinte</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata ceapa si usturoiul. Toaca marunt: ardeiul iute, ceapa si usturoiul. Intr-o tigaie pe foc, pune uleiul, cand acesta s-a infierbantat adauga ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul iute.</p>

Adauga carnea si mai prajeste pe foc timp de 5 minute, pana carnea isi schimba culoarea pe ambele parti.</p>

Adauga 2 cani de apa fierbinte si jumatatea de cana de vin, condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Intre timp, curata cartofii de coaja, spala-i bine si taie-i in bucati mici. Nu uita sa-i tii in apa rece tot timpul dupa ce i-ai curatat, eu aici am aruncat apa de pe ei pentru ca nu-mi iesea poza <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .<a href="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/gulas-6.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-512" title="gulas-6" src="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/gulas-6-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>6.Cand au trecut cele 30-40 de minute, adauga cartofii si apa fierbinte cat sa acopere cartofii, mai adauga sare, cartofii vor atrage mult din sarea mancarii.<a href="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/gulas-7.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-513" title="gulas-7" src="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/gulas-7-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>7. Fierbi fara capac la foc mic pana cand cartofii sunt atat de fierti incat se sfarama. <p>3-4 cartofi mari</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>2 linguri de faina</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Cureti ceapa si o tai felii fasii subtiri. Cureti morcovii si cartofii si ii dai pe razatoarea mare.</p>

<p>2. Adauga 1 ou batut, asezoneaza cu sare si piper si amesteca bine.</p>

Pune cele 2 linguri de faina si amesteca din nou.</p>

Tapeteaza tava cu hartie de copt, toarna cateva linguri de ulei si da la cuptorul incins.</p>
<p>5.Scoate tava cu uleiul infierbantat si formeaza placintute din aluat pe care le turtesti cat poti si le pui in uleiul incins.</p>

Din acest aluat iti ies cam 25- 30 de bucatele in functie de cat de mari sau mici le faci.</p>
