<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 kg carne de vita</p>
<p>3 linguri ulei</p>
<p>2 cepe mari</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>400 ml vin</p>
<p>2 cani apa + 1 cub concentrat de supa (daca ai supa de legume sau pui e si mai bine)</p>
<p>3 linguri faina</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine carnea si taie-o in fisii subtiri si lungi.</p>

<p>2. Da carnea prin faina. Scutura bine de exces.</p>

<p>3. Incinge o tigaie si pune carnea sa se prajesca pe toate partile. Cand s-a prajit, scoate pe o farfurie si pune deoparte deocamdata.</p>

<p>4. Toaca marunt ceapa. In tigaia in care ai prajit carnea, adauga uleiul. Cand uleiul e incins caleste ceapa 2-3 minute.</p>

<p>5. Adauga usturoiul tocat si mai caleste 1 minut. Toarna vinul si supa. Adauga carnea, condimenteaza si acopera cu un capac. Da focul la minim si lasa sa fiarba o ora jumate (verifica din cand in cand, s-ar putea sa trebuiasca sa mai adaugi apa, din cauza fainii de pe carne sosul se va ingrosa).</p>

Carnea de vita devine atat de frageda si e atat de gustoasa incat cred ca te va surprinde.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>600 gr. carne de vita feliata (eu am folosit pulpa)</p>
<p>5-6 linguri  de ulei</p>
<p>1 morcov</p>
<p>1 ceapa mica</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 cub knorr (concentrat de supa de pui)</p>
<p>apa</p>
<p>piper</p>
<p>1 cana jumate de vin rosu (eu am avut demidulce, dar sec e mai potrivit)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie pana e fierbinte.</p>

Prajeste carnea pe ambele parti, doar cat sa &#8216;sigileazi sucurile&#8217; in interiorul carnii.</p>

Adauga ceapa, usturoiul, piperul, morcovul si cubul concentrat de pui. Adauga apa fierbinte (foarte fierbinte) cat sa acopere bine carnea.</p>

Lasa sa fiarba sub capac o ora. Dupa o ora adauga vinul si lasa in continuare sub capac la foc mic pret de 1 ora sau pana se evapora aproape tot lichidul.</p>

<p>Facand parte dintr-o familie mixta, e evident ca de la noi din casa nu putea lipsi gulasul unguresc. Ai mai joi varianta mea de gulas, putin modificata de cea originala facuta de mama si bunica. Uneori eu inlocuiesc carnea de vita cu carne de porc scotand de asemenea vinul din reteta, alteori il fac chiar fara carne si atunci alaturi de ceapa adaug si 1 praz intreg si 2 ardei dulci.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600 gr carne de vita</p>
<p>3 linguri boia dulce</p>
<p>3 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>3 cepe albe mari</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 ardei iute</p>
<p>1/2 cana vin rosu</p>
<p>2 kg cartofi</p>
<p>4 linguri frunze de patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>apa fierbinte</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata ceapa si usturoiul. Toaca marunt: ardeiul iute, ceapa si usturoiul. Intr-o tigaie pe foc, pune uleiul, cand acesta s-a infierbantat adauga ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul iute.</p>

Adauga carnea si mai prajeste pe foc timp de 5 minute, pana carnea isi schimba culoarea pe ambele parti.</p>

Adauga 2 cani de apa fierbinte si jumatatea de cana de vin, condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Intre timp, curata cartofii de coaja, spala-i bine si taie-i in bucati mici. Nu uita sa-i tii in apa rece tot timpul dupa ce i-ai curatat, eu aici am aruncat apa de pe ei pentru ca nu-mi iesea poza <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .<a href="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/gulas-6.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-512" title="gulas-6" src="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/gulas-6-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>6.Cand au trecut cele 30-40 de minute, adauga cartofii si apa fierbinte cat sa acopere cartofii, mai adauga sare, cartofii vor atrage mult din sarea mancarii.<a href="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/gulas-7.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-513" title="gulas-7" src="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/gulas-7-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>7. Fierbi fara capac la foc mic pana cand cartofii sunt atat de fierti incat se sfarama.
