<p>½ kg carne porc (eu am folosit spată de porc)</p>
<p>7 linguri ulei (de preferat ulei de măsline)</p>
<p>1 ceapă mare</p>
<p>3 căţei de usturoi</p>
<p>½ lămâie</p>
<p>2 linguri sos de soia</p>
<p>2 linguri zahăr brun</p>
<p>Sare, piper (eu am pus atât piper alb cât şi negru), boia (eu am folosit mai multe tipuri de boia)</p>
<p>7 mandarine</p>
<p>5 linguri apă</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Într-un bol se pune uleiul, apa, sosul de soia, sarea, sucul de lămâie, zahărul, boiaua, ceapa şi usturoiul tăiate mărunt. Nu se pun piperul şi mandarinele!</p>

<p>2. Se adaugă carnea feliată şi se amestecă bine.</p>

<p>3. Se toarnă totul în tavă şi se dă la cuptor pentru 60 minute la 180°C.</p>

<p>4. Se adaugă piperul şi mandarinele şi se mai lasă 15 minute.</p>

<p>3 cartofi medii fierti</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>ulei pentru prajit</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Toaca carnea si pune-o intr-un bol. Cea mai buna carne de chiftele este ceafa de porc.</p>

<p>2. Toaca ceapa si caleste-o in putin ulei. Cand e gata tranfera peste carne.</p>

Adauga de asemenea patrunjelul tocat si cartofii fierti pe care i-ai zdrobit. Adauga si ouale, usturoiul tocat, sarea si piperul. Amesteca bine cu ajutorul mainilor pana se omogenizeaza toata compozitia.</p>

Formeaza chiftelele in palmele date cu faina ca sa nu se lipeasca.</p>

<p>Aveam azi in frigider o bucata de cotlet de porc. Chiar aveam pofta de cotlet, dar in sos asa cum mi-l imaginam eu. Mi-am rasfoit caietele cu retete si cartile de bucate, dar n-am gasit nimic care sa ma convinga. Asa ca m-am lasat in voia poftei mele si am inceput sa adaug ingrediente unul dupa altul. A iesit ceva absolut delicios.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 kg cotlet de porc</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare taiata marunt</p>
<p>3 morcovi mari razuiti mare</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>2 fire de rozmarin</p>
<p>1 pahar de vin rosu</p>
<p>1 pahar apa</p>
<p>1 cana faina</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>1 lingura unt</p>
<p>sa/piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Sterge carnea cu un servetel ca sa fie uscata inainte sa o tai. Taie cotletul in patratele de 2&#215;2 cm. Da bucatelele prin faina, scuturand excesul.</p>

<p>2. Pune o tigaie pe foc, toarna uleiul de masline si lasa sa se incalzeasca. Adauga carnea si prajeste timp de 3-5 minute. Nu trebuie sa se faca, ci doar sa formeze o crusta. Scoate si pune-le deoparte.</p>

<p>3. In uleiul in care s-a prajit carnea, pune untul si apoi ceapa usturoiul tocat si morcovii razuiti. Caleste totul timp de 5-6 min.</p>

<p>4. Adauga vinul si apa, rozmarinul, sare si piper, adaugi carnea.</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:<br />
1. Pune feliile de carne intr-un bol cu apa rece pentru jumatate de ora. Astfel va iesi tot sangele. Spala carnea si fa taieturi mici de cativa milimetri pe marginea feliilor, astfel vor ramane plate, nu se vor incovoia.</p>

2. Condimenteaza cu Kotany pentru pui.</p>

3. Pune totul intr-o tava incare ai pus untul. Felia de ceafa este importanta, din cauza grasimii nu va lasa carnea sa se usuce, iar osul va lasa aroma.</p>

4.Acopera cu folie si pune la cuptorul incins la 180 grade pentru 30 minute. Inlatura folia si pune la cuptor pt inca 20-30 minute (in functie de cat de bine facuta iti place), intorcandu-le odata.</p>
