Reteta aceasta e rezultatul unui pranz luat impreuna cu cel mai bun prieten al meu la un restaurant cunoscut din Dublin. Imediat ce am gustat din ceea ce mi s-a asezat in farfurie, am stiut ca o sa merg acasa si o sa incerc sa fac ceva asemanator. Asta se intampla primavara trecuta, de atunci cred ca cel putin o data pe luna mancam tortellini cu spanac si ricotta, invelite intr-un sos de rosii cherry, busuioc, muguri de pin, usturoi si parmezan peste care asezam o mana de rucolla proaspata. Yummmy&#8230;.. De fiecare data fac portie dubla, pentru ca ce ramane dupa cina e perfect de pranz a doua zi la serviciu.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>100 g muguri de pin</p>
<p>600 g rosii cherry</p>
<p>100 g parmezan</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>3 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>2-3 linguri busuioc proaspat tocat</p>
<p>400 g tortellini cu spanac si ricotta</p>
<p>rucola pentru servire</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie. Adauga usturoiul pe care l-ai curatat si l-ai tocat marunt.</p>

<p>2. Taie rosiile cherry in doua sau chiar in 3 daca sunt putin mai maricele.</p>

<p>3. Torna-le peste uleiul cu usturoi. Adauga si busuiocul si lasa pe foc mediu pana cand rosiile incep sa lase zeama.</p>

Nu numai ca se face rapid, dar e bun si cald si rece. Merge bine ca aperitiv. Noi am inceput sa mancam destul de des creveti in felul asta. Orezul capata un gust incredibil de la sucul crevetilor, unt si usturoi. Incearca si tu crevetii cu orez si mazare, prepararea dureaza mai putin de 15 minute cu tot cu fiertul orezului <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>150 grame orez cu bob lung (eu folosesc basmati)</p>
<p>300 g creveti (gata curatati)</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>4-5 linguri de unt</p>
<p>1 lingura ulei de masline</p>
<p>un pumn de mazare (eu am folosit congelata)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Mai inainte de toate, pune orezul la fiert in apa cu sare.</p>
<p>2. Pune untul si uleiul de masline in tigaie la foc mediu. Cand untul s-a topit adauga usturoiul pe care l-ai taiat marunt.</p>

<p>3. Usturoiul nu are nevoie de mai mult de un minut. Asa ca pe cand ai spalat crevetii deja e vremea sa-i adaugi in tigaie. Condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare si piper. Crevetii se fac destul de repede, iti dai seama ca sunt facuti cand devin rozalii. Toarna mazarea si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>Am promis acum cateva saptamani o reteta de humus si iata, ma tin de cuvant. Am vazut ca multi il numesc humus libanez, desi originea lui nu s-a lamurit inca. Oricum, asta nu e asa de important. Ce conteaza este gustul si faptul ca este un fel de mancare versatil. Poate fi folosit ca sos pentru legume, chipsuri si alte rontaieli sau poate fi servit impreuna cu alte delicatese orientale formand o masa consistenta.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 conserve de naut de 400 g (fara zeama au cam 500 g naut ambele)</p>
<p>zeama de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>2 linguri cu varf pasta de susan (tahini)</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>100-150 ml apa (sau zeama din coservele cu naut)</p>
<p>sare si piper dupa gust</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Strecoara nautul din conserve (pastrand o parte din apa). Poti folosi si naut uscat. In acest caz, prepararea va dura mai mult. Va trebui sa inmoi boabele de naut (ca la fasolea uscata) peste noapte apoi fierbi, strecori si lasi sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Pune nautul intr-un blender, adauga usturoiul facut pasta sau dat pe razatoarea mica.</p>

<p>Toarna putin din apa, 3-4 linguri si zeama de lamaie. Mixeaza pana se formeaza un piure, mai adauga apa daca este nevoie si blenderul nu face fata.</p>

<p>Condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Mie imi place si cu piper, dar il poti lasa afara din reteta daca nu iti place.</p>

<p>Adauga pasta de susan (pe care o poti pregati si acasa daca nu gasesti la supermarket. Ai nevoie de susan si ulei vegetal sau de masline. Cam 2 linguri de ulei la 200 g de susan. Prajeste intr-o tigaie susanul, doar atat cat sa devina crocant, nu lasa sa se rumeneasca. Gaseste o modalitate sa zdrobesti semintele impreuna cu susanul, fie in mojar, fie cu blenderul, fie in robotul de bucatarie si gata tahini-ul). Mixeaza impreuna cu pasta de susan.</p>

<p>Toarna si uleiul de masline. Pune compozitia pe o farfurie si decoreaza dupa preferinte cu: ulei de masline, boia de ardei dulce sau picanta, seminte de susan, seminte de pin, patrunjel, coriandru&#8230;</p>

<p>Noi mancam humus de obicei cu lipii prajite (le tai felii, le stropesc cu putin ulei de masline si le pun in tava la cuptor cateva minute pana devin crocante) si cu salata de rosii, castreveti si frunze de patrunjel. Combinatia e delicioasa, satioasa si racoritoare.</p>

<p>Cand mi se aduna multe rosii in frigider, ceea ce se intampla destul de des vara cu grozavele rosii de gradina pe care le primesc de la soacra mea, trec rapid in meniul zilei un ghiveci gros si savuros. Nici nu stiu cand a inceput sa-mi placa, pentru ca, tin minte in copilarie nu eram fan. De obicei ne place sa-l savuram simplu cu felii de paine inmuiate in el, dar ieri l-am incercat cu peste alaturi si a fost delicios.</p>

<p>5 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>3 ardei capia</p>
<p>10 rosii de gradina mari</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>4 linguri de ulei</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata si taie ceapa, usturoiul si ardeii. Eu le-am taiat felii lungi si subtiri, dar e dupa preferinta fiecaruia.</p>

<p>Eu sunt mereu in cautare de retete noi de salate, combin si combin pana imi place ce iese. Alteori ma inspir din carti de bucate (din care am o colectie intreaga <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) sau modific retete vechi &#8216;modernizandu-le&#8217;. Salata asta nu pare cine stie ce grozavie, dar sa stii ca e fooooarte buna. Desi e cu maioneza, e usoara si se potriveste de minune cu pui sau carne de porc la gratar sau cu lipii prajite in cuptor.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>jumate de varza alba (nu foarte mare)</p>
<p>3 morcovi marisori</p>
<p>6 cepe verzi</p>
<p>1 ardei capia rosu</p>
<p>2 linguri de otet de vin alb</p>
<p>200 ml maioneza light</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie varza felii subtiri si lungi. Curata morcovii si da-i pe razatoarea mare. Adauga otetul si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>Aceste pulpe la cuptor inoata intr-un sos de rosii aromat si picant. Daca vrei o varianta nepicanta, trebuie doar sa elimini din ingrediente piperul, fulgii de chilli si sa reduci cantitatea de usturoi. De asemenea, poti adauga si cartofi in reteta, fierbe-i putin inainte si adauga-i (taiati patratele) in tava atunci cand pui si sosul de rosii. Astfel vei avea o cina perfecta si pentru copiii tai.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>8 pulpe de pui dezosate (eu am folosit 3 bucati de piept si restul pulpe)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>1 conserva de rosii intregi de 400 g</p>
<p>400 g ciuperci champinion</p>
<p>3 cepe galbene mici</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita fulgi de chilli (sau o lingurita daca iti place foarte iute)</p>
<p>1 lingurita de oregano uscat</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita busuioc uscat</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>300 ml supa de pui</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 220 grade.</p>
<p>2. Sareaza si pipereaza bucatile de pui. Prajeste-le intr-o tigaie 1-2 minute, nu mai mult. Carnea nu trebuie sa se patrunda, ci doar sa sigileze sucurile in interiorul ei. Pune deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Intr-un vas rezistent la caldura, pune ceapa taiata in 8 (felii groase), ciupercile taiate felii, usturoiul taiat marunt, fulgii de chilli, oregano, busuiocul, putina sare si uleiul de masline.</p>

<p>4. Adauga carnea pe care ai pus-o deoparte mai devreme.</p>

<p>5. Toarna supa de pui desupra si  introdu in cuptorul incins pentru 40 minute sau pana cand se evapora aproape tot lichidul. Nu acoperi tava cu nimic.</p>

<p>6. Scoate din cuptor si toarna conserva de rosii deasupra. Reintrodu in cuptor pentru 20 minute.</p>

<p>Iata soseste inca o reteta de tarta, de data aceasta este o tarta cremoasa cu somon afumat si marar. Ideala pentru cina sau pentru un pranz mai usor.</p>

<p>400 g cartofi noi</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>100 ml smantana grasa</p>
<p>1 lingura plina de marar tocat marunt + cateva fire pentru ornat</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>coaja de la 1 limeta (lime, lamaie verde)</p>
<p>250 g felii subtiri de somon afumat</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 190 grade C. Pregateste aluatul pentru tarta si pune-l deoparte. Cum anume, gasesti <a title="Aluat de tarta" href="http://rozealb.com/tarte/aluat-de-baza-pentru-tarte-sarate/" target="_blank">aici</a>.</p>

<p>2. Fierbe cartofii in apa cu sare pana cand se inmoaie usor, cam 7-8 minute (nu-i fierbe prea tare pentru ca se vor sfarma). Strecoara, curata-i de coaja si taie-i rondele. Pune-i deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Bate ouale impreuna cu coaja de limeta. Amesteca smantanile cu mararul si apoi impreuna cu ouale.</p>

<p>4. Aseaza un rand de rondele de cartofi in crusta de aluat. Pune si jumatate din feliile de somon afumat, apoi toarna jumatate din amestecul de ou si smantana. Aseaza din nou un strat de cartofi, unul de somon si restul de ou cu smantana. Pune deasupra si firele de marar pentru decor.</p>

<p>O mancare gustoasa si sanatoasa, potrivita oricarei zile. Poti s-o prezinti alaturi de niste pulpte de pui la cuptor si e perfect.</p>
<p>Se pregateste repede si se poate servi si rece (ceea ce e minunat pe caldurile astea <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ).</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>1 kg fasole verde</p>
<p>3-4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita fulgi de chilli (optional)</p>
<p>un pumn de verdeturi (eu am folosit busuioc si patrunjel)</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita zahar</p>
<p>2 conserve de 400 g de rosii (eu folosesc CIRIO, stiu ca sunt mai scumpe, dar calitatea e superioara celorlalte branduri)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Fierbe fasolea in apa sarata. E important sa adaugi fasolea la apa cand aceasta fierbe. Cand s-a inmuiat strecoara si pune deoparte. Eu cumpar mai multa fasole odata, o fierb si o pun la congelator portionata, astfel pot incropi rapid o mancare in zilele foarte aglomerate <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Daca ai prin camara fasole verde la borcan e buna si aceea.</p>

<p>2. Curata si toaca marunt ceapa si usturoiul. Pune uleiul la incins intr-o tigaie, adauga ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt. Caleste 2-3 minute pana cand ceapa devine transparenta.</p>

<p>3. Adauga rosiile din conserva, sarea, zaharul si fulgii de chilli daca ai optat pentru ei.</p>

<p>4. Fierbe 10 minute la foc mic. Adauga verdeata tocata marunt si apoi fasolea.</p>

<p>5. Amesteca bine astfel incat sa fie imbracata in sos toata fasolea.</p>

Ma inspira de multe ori, mai putin cand aceste creatii necesita prea multa vesela pe care el nu &#8216;apuca&#8217; sa o spele <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  (nu e cazul decat foarte rar, trebuie sa recunosc). Oricum, sandwichurile de mai jos, sunt o idee excelenta pentru cei care au copii si carora le place sa-i implice pe acestia in bucatarie.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>2 felii de paine (noi am folosit integrala)</p>
<p>2 cepe verzi</p>
<p>3 felii de muschi file (sau orice fel de sunca)</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>parmezan razuit</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie mijlocul feliilor de paine cu cutitul sau cu forme, cum doresti. Astfel poti obtine niste ochiuri in forma de inima sau stea sau orice alta forma ai in bucatarie. Oul nu are nevoie de mult spatiu, noi l-am intins tare, chiar i-am spart galbenusul ca sa se intinda mai mult in toata felia.</p>

<p>2. Incalzeste o tigaie la foc mediu, adauga 2 linguri de ulei si feliile de paine decupate. Sparge ouale in mijlocul gaurit. Condimenteaza. Cand s-a intarit putin oul, intoarce si prajeste si pe cealalta parte.</p>

<p>3. Scoate feliile de paine pe o farfurie si presara parmezan razuit.</p>

<p>4. Prajeste feliile de sunca in restul de ulei de masline si adauga-le deasupra feliilor cu ou.</p>

<p>Daca iti plac pastele si sosurile cremoase, spaghetele astea vor fi pe gustul tau. Se fac foarte rapid, e o reteta in 3 pasi, mai simplu de atat nu prea se poate.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>(pentru 4 portii)</p>
<p>2 linguri cu varf de pesto (reteta <a title="pesto" href="http://rozealb.com/meniu-principal/pesto-cu-muguri-de-pin/" target="_blank">aici</a>)</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>o mana plina de cascaval razuit (eu am folosit Gouda)</p>
<p>300 g spaghete sau tagliatelle</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Fierbe pastele conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj.</p>
<p>2. Pune smantana, pesto si cascavalul intr-o tigaie si incalzeste usor pana se topeste cascavalul.</p>

<p>3. Strecoara pastele si pune-le peste sos. Amesteca bine si serveste.</p>

<p>Atunci cand strecori pastele, pastreaza o parte din apa aceea. Daca iti ramane vreo portie de spaghete si se usuca prea tare sosul il poti revitaliza cu putin din apa in care au fiert pastele.</p>
