<p>Aceste pulpe la cuptor inoata intr-un sos de rosii aromat si picant. Daca vrei o varianta nepicanta, trebuie doar sa elimini din ingrediente piperul, fulgii de chilli si sa reduci cantitatea de usturoi. De asemenea, poti adauga si cartofi in reteta, fierbe-i putin inainte si adauga-i (taiati patratele) in tava atunci cand pui si sosul de rosii. Astfel vei avea o cina perfecta si pentru copiii tai.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>8 pulpe de pui dezosate (eu am folosit 3 bucati de piept si restul pulpe)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>1 conserva de rosii intregi de 400 g</p>
<p>400 g ciuperci champinion</p>
<p>3 cepe galbene mici</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita fulgi de chilli (sau o lingurita daca iti place foarte iute)</p>
<p>1 lingurita de oregano uscat</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita busuioc uscat</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>300 ml supa de pui</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 220 grade.</p>
<p>2. Sareaza si pipereaza bucatile de pui. Prajeste-le intr-o tigaie 1-2 minute, nu mai mult. Carnea nu trebuie sa se patrunda, ci doar sa sigileze sucurile in interiorul ei. Pune deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Intr-un vas rezistent la caldura, pune ceapa taiata in 8 (felii groase), ciupercile taiate felii, usturoiul taiat marunt, fulgii de chilli, oregano, busuiocul, putina sare si uleiul de masline.</p>

<p>4. Adauga carnea pe care ai pus-o deoparte mai devreme.</p>

<p>5. Toarna supa de pui desupra si  introdu in cuptorul incins pentru 40 minute sau pana cand se evapora aproape tot lichidul. Nu acoperi tava cu nimic.</p>

<p>6. Scoate din cuptor si toarna conserva de rosii deasupra. Reintrodu in cuptor pentru 20 minute.</p>

<p>Iata soseste inca o reteta de tarta, de data aceasta este o tarta cremoasa cu somon afumat si marar. Ideala pentru cina sau pentru un pranz mai usor.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>

<p>400 g cartofi noi</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>100 ml smantana grasa</p>
<p>1 lingura plina de marar tocat marunt + cateva fire pentru ornat</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>coaja de la 1 limeta (lime, lamaie verde)</p>
<p>250 g felii subtiri de somon afumat</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 190 grade C. Pregateste aluatul pentru tarta si pune-l deoparte. Cum anume, gasesti <a title="Aluat de tarta" href="http://rozealb.com/tarte/aluat-de-baza-pentru-tarte-sarate/" target="_blank">aici</a>.</p>

<p>2. Fierbe cartofii in apa cu sare pana cand se inmoaie usor, cam 7-8 minute (nu-i fierbe prea tare pentru ca se vor sfarma). Strecoara, curata-i de coaja si taie-i rondele. Pune-i deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Bate ouale impreuna cu coaja de limeta. Amesteca smantanile cu mararul si apoi impreuna cu ouale.</p>

<p>4. Aseaza un rand de rondele de cartofi in crusta de aluat. Pune si jumatate din feliile de somon afumat, apoi toarna jumatate din amestecul de ou si smantana. Aseaza din nou un strat de cartofi, unul de somon si restul de ou cu smantana. Pune deasupra si firele de marar pentru decor.</p>

<p>5. Pune tarta in cuptorul incins pentru 25 minute. Lasa tarta sa se aseze 10 minute inainte s-o tai.</p>

Tin minte pe vremuri, cand vedeam in filme sushi ce ne mai strambam si ce ne mai minunam cum pot manca oamenii aia peste crud si alge si cine mai stie ce. Iata-ne acum incantati si de sushi si de pestele crud, marinat sau afumat si de tot soiul de ciudatenii asiatice. Ne-am facut chiar un stoc de sosuri si ingrediente chinezesti (rare pe la noi) si ne gatim &#8216;chinezeasca&#8217; cum ii zicem noi, destul de des.</p>
<p>Intr-adevar ingredientele astea-s scumpe si le gasesti greu, dar iti vor ajunge jumatate de an. Daca te ajuta sa iti faci stocul, ca sa dai gustul asiatic mancarurilor, iti fac o lista scurta cu ingredientele de baza: sos de peste, sos de stridii, ulei de susan, sos chilli, sos de soia, amidon de porumb, otet din orez, muguri de bambus si ciuperci chinezesti. Daca nu stii de unde sa le procuri, eu le-am gasit o parte la Cora si o alta la Careffour.</p>
<p>Dar sa revenim la reteta de azi: pui cu sos dulce-acrisor. E o reteta rapida, satioasa fara sa fie grea si poate fi transformata usor in reteta vegetariana scotind pur si simplu pieptul de pui din ecuatie. De asemenea, e foarte  buna si a doua zi la temperatura camerei. De aceea e foarte potrivita ca pachet la serviciu <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>1 ardei iute</p>
<p>2 ardei capia rosii</p>
<p>2 morcovi</p>
<p>1 ceapa alba mare</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>un jumate de piept de pui</p>
<p>sos Uncle Ben&#8217;s dulce-acrisor</p>
<p>1 lingura sos de peste</p>
<p>1 lingurita sos de stridii</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de fulgi de chilli</p>
<p>sare dupa gust</p>
<p>100 ml apa</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei</p>
<p>orez fiert pentru servire</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Toaca marunt usturoiul, ardeiul iute si ceapa.</p>

<p>2. De asemenea taie morcovii julienne (ca niste betigase de chibrit), ardeii capia tot asa in felii subtiri.</p>

<p>3. Taie si pieptul de pui in bucati mici. Incalzeste tigaia (wokul daca ai unul <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), adauga uleiul si cand acesta s-a infierbantat adauga puiul. Intoarce de cateva ori pana se albeste pe toate partile. Adauga sosul de stridii si sosul de peste, gateste in continuare 3-5 minute pana cand este facut puiul. Scoate carnea si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>4. In sosul ramas in tigaie adauga ardeiul iute, ceapa, usturoiul si fulgii de chilli. Amesteca bine. Adauga si ardeii impreuna cu morcovii. Toarna apa si lasa la foc mic amestecand din cand in cand pana cand se inmoaie putin morcovii.</p>

<p>5. Reintrodu pieptul de pui pe l-ai pus mai devreme deoparte. De asemenea, toarna sosul dulce-acrisor. Lasa sa dea de cateva ori in clocot. Gusta si mai adauga sare daca e necesar.</p>

<p>Daca ai o bucata de carne de calitate buna, asa cum am avut eu de data asta (de la porcul bio tinut de socrii <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), iti propun sa nu o imbrobodesti cu prea multe condimente ca nu-i mai simti aroma. E suficienta putina sare, un strop de piper si cateva crengute de rozmarin (daca nu ai in ghiveci la geam ca si mine <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> , gasesti in supermarcheturi la cutiute).</p>

<p>1 kg cotlet de porc cu os (bucata intreaga)</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>crengute de rozmarin</p>
<p>jumate de pahar de apa</p>

<p>1. Taie felii carnea lansand-o pe os.</p>

<p>2. Sareaza, pipereaza si pune crengute de rozmarin intre fiecare felie.</p>

<p>3. Aseaza intr-o tava sau un vas termorezistent. Toarna apa pe langa carne. Acopera cu folie de aluminiu si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 30 minute. Scoate din cuptor, inlatura folia si reintrodu la cuptor pentru 10-15 minute. Cand e gata scoate-o din tava, infasoar-o in folie si las-o sa stea 5 minute asa. E gata de servit.</p>

2 ardei capia rosu mari (sau merge cu orice ardei ai la indemana)<br />
2 cepe mari (eu am folosit rosie, dar merge si cu alba)<br />
1 floreta de brocoli (optional, eu am folosit pt ca aveam acasa)<br />
1 piept de pui<br />
1 sos Uncle Ben&#8217;s Sweet&amp;Sour<br />
1 cutie de ananas mica sau jumatate dintr-una mare.<br />
2 cani de orez de 200 gr.<br />
2 linguri ulei<br />
sare si piper pentru gust<br />
sos de soia (optional, merge foarte bine si fara)</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong><br />
1. Tai in fasii lungi toate legumele. Eu am dat morcovii prin robotul de bucatarie ca a fost mai simplu, dar ardeiul si ceapa le-am taiat fasii mari.</p>

2. Pieptul de pui il tai in bucati mici, il condimentezi bine cu sare si piper, si-l prajesti in putin ulei. Eu am avut pieptul de pui prajit deja, pentru ca l-am facut cu o zi inainte, dar ideal este sa prajesti puiul tot atunci, il scoti dupa ce e gata si calesti legumele in aceeasi cratita/ulei in care ai facut puiul ca sa ia din gust.<br />
3. Intr-o cratita cu capac pui putin ulei (merge de oricare, eu am folosit de samburi de struguri) si pui mai intai morcovul la calit la foc mediu-mare. Daca folosesti si brocolli, pune-l tot acum. Dupa 2-3 minute dupa ce ai pus morcovul, fierbe putina apa (100 grame)  si toarna peste morcov. Acopera. In acest fel legumele nu se vor praji  ci se vor face la abur. Dupa alte 2 minute, adauga ardeii si amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Dupa 3 minute, adauga si ceapa si condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Lasa totul cam 5 minute sa se caleasca impreuna, pana legumele s-au inmuiat.</p>

5. Adauga pieptul de pui preparat dinainte si amesteca bine. Apoi adauga sosul Uncle Bens si mai da-i un clocot.</p>

6. La sfarsit de tot adauga bucatile de ananas, amesteca si mai da-i un ultim clocot.</p>

Se serveste cu orez.</p>
<p>Observatii:<br />
1. poti pune sos de soia (1 lingura), dar aceasta continand sare multa trebuie redusa cantitatea de sare pusa in mancare.<br />
2. daca iti place carnea, poti sa dublezi cantitatea de piept de pui si sa pui 800 gr &#8211; 1 kg.<br />
3. pentru o varianta mai sanatoasa, poti folosi orez integral. Pregatirea lui dureaza mai mult pentru ca trebuie sa stea cateva ore la inmuiat.</p>

<p>2 linguri sos de soia</p>
<p>2 linguri zahăr brun</p>
<p>Sare, piper (eu am pus atât piper alb cât şi negru), boia (eu am folosit mai multe tipuri de boia)</p>
<p>7 mandarine</p>
<p>5 linguri apă</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Într-un bol se pune uleiul, apa, sosul de soia, sarea, sucul de lămâie, zahărul, boiaua, ceapa şi usturoiul tăiate mărunt. Nu se pun piperul şi mandarinele!</p>

<p>Mama mea este recunoscuta de toti cei care au gustat snitele ei, ca e cea mai &#8216;tare din parcare&#8217; <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Snitele ei sunt absolut delicioase. Desi mi-a spus toate secretele, mie tot nu imi ies chiar ca ale ei, insa sunt destul de aproape <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Reteta nu are ingrediente deosebite fata de alte retete, doar modalitatea de a le gati e putin diferita, dar face toata diferenta.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>carnea de la 1 pui (poti folosi ce parte din pui doresti, mie insa mi se pare mai economic sa cumpar puiul intreg)</p>
<p>2 oua intregi</p>
<p>2 cani faina</p>
<p>2 cani pesmet</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>ulei</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata puiul, taie-l in bucati, pieptul taie-l in felii mai subtirele. Pune deoparte spatele si oasele intr-o punga, da-o la congelator, vei putea face supa cu ele cand doresti. Spala bine. Iar daca vrei sa lasi pielea pe aripi si pulpe, trece-le putin prin flacara ca asa scapi de firicelele alea mici de puf. Sareaza, pipereaza si pune deoparte pe o farfurie. Lasa sa stea cam jumatate de ora la frigider.</p>

<p>2. Bate ouale cu 2-3 linguri de apa si adauga putin sare.</p>

<p>3. Pregateste-ti doua recipiente in care sa pui intr-unul faina, in celalalt pesmetul. Eu folosesc doua cutii de plastic, pentru ca sunt mai mari.</p>

<p>4. Ia fiecare bucatica de pui si da-o prin faina alba, apoi prin ou, apoi prin pesmet. Daca doresti o crusta super crocanta si groasa, poti sa mai dai inca odata prin ou si prin pesmet. Atunci cand dai puiul prin faina si pesmet ai grija sa scuturi bine excesul. De asemenea, eu pun bucata de carne in cutie si scutur cutia, astfel se imbraca singura in faina, respectiv pesmet, fara sa ma murdaresc pe maini.</p>

<p>6. Pune uleiul intr-o tigaie, ai nevoie de ulei mult, astfel incat atunci cand vei pune carnea sa fie aproape acoperita. Uleiul trebuie incalzit foarte bine. Adauga bucatile de carne date prin faina, ou si pesmet. Snitelele se prajesc la foc mic, astfel te asiguri ca vor fi patrunse si bucatile mai groase, cum ar fi pulpele sau aripile.</p>
<p>7. Cand se rumesesc pe ambele parti, scoate-le pe un &#8216;pat&#8217; de servetele de hartie, sa se scurga uleiul in exces.</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Taie ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul iute marunt si caleste in uleiul incins cam 2-3 minute.</p>

<p>2. Adauga morcovii razuiti, sare, piper.</p>

<p>3. Spala bine carnea si taie in felii mai mici.</p>

<p>4. Impinge amestecul de morcovi si ceapa intr-o parte a tigaii si adauga carnea pe care ai condimentat-o putin. Prajeste-o pana se albeste pe ambele parti. Adauga vinul, apa si boiaua. Fierbe sub capac pana se face carnea, cam 20 minute.</p>

<p>400 ml vin</p>
<p>2 cani apa + 1 cub concentrat de supa (daca ai supa de legume sau pui e si mai bine)</p>
<p>3 linguri faina</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine carnea si taie-o in fisii subtiri si lungi.</p>

<p>2. Da carnea prin faina. Scutura bine de exces.</p>

<p>3. Incinge o tigaie si pune carnea sa se prajesca pe toate partile. Cand s-a prajit, scoate pe o farfurie si pune deoparte deocamdata.</p>

<p>4. Toaca marunt ceapa. In tigaia in care ai prajit carnea, adauga uleiul. Cand uleiul e incins caleste ceapa 2-3 minute.</p>

<p>5. Adauga usturoiul tocat si mai caleste 1 minut. Toarna vinul si supa. Adauga carnea, condimenteaza si acopera cu un capac. Da focul la minim si lasa sa fiarba o ora jumate (verifica din cand in cand, s-ar putea sa trebuiasca sa mai adaugi apa, din cauza fainii de pe carne sosul se va ingrosa).</p>

Iata o reteta perfecta pentru o seara cu prietenii. Poti pune cam orice legume in lipie, ingredientul care insa nu trebuie sa lipseasca, pentru ca e farmecul acestei retete, este carnea imbracata in condimente.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600 gr. carne de pui (se poate face cu carne de porc tocata)</p>
<p>1 pachet de condimente de taco</p>
<p>2-3 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>2 rosii</p>
<p>2 ardei</p>
<p>1 ceapa rosie mare</p>
<p>1 conserva de porumb</p>
<p>1 cutie de fasole boabe rosie de preferinta (eu am avut alba de data asta)</p>
<p>jumatate de salata verde</p>
<p>150 gr. cas razalit</p>
<p>200 ml smantana</p>
<p>100 gr. masline fara samburi</p>
<p>1 punga de lipii</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Singurele care trebuie gatite sunt puiul si fasolea, restul se curata, se spala si se taie bucati si se aseaza in boluri.</p>
<p>1. Carnea se taie bucati (sau se poate toca) si se prajeste in putin ulei. Se adauga condimentele (nu stiu sa iti spun cat anume sa pui, va trebui sa gusti si sa tot adaugi pana cand ti se pare ca e ok) si 1 cana de apa. Cand apa a scazut de tot carnea e gata. Pune intr0un bol de servit.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Pune toate astea laolalta, amesteca bine.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Daca vrei, poti face portie dubla, o sigilezi intr-un borcan si poti sa tii la rece pana la 6 luni.</p>
