<p>Stiu ca e &#8216;cool&#8217; sa zici ca nu sarbatoresti ziua indragostitilor, dar pana la urma de ce nu? Daca iubesti si esti iubit, o zi in plus in care sa-ti surprinzi jumatatea e binevenita. Hm&#8230; ce placut sa stai la un pahar de vorba cu o ciocolata calda in mana, cu o muzica buna in fundal&#8230; Ciocolata calda pentru indragostiti e ciocolatoasa, cremoasa, dulce si&#8230; calda (in perioada asta a anului e important si aspectul asta). Mai jos gasesti reteta de baza pe care o poti varia dupa gust cat iti pofteste inima. Spre exemplu, poti adauga o lingura de nutella sau 2 linguri de lichior de ciocolata, sau 1 lingura brandy sau diferite condimente (scortisoara, nucsoara, chilli) sau 1 lingura de cafea instant si lista poate continua inca mult si bine <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Eu am facut reteta de baza, am adaugat marshmallows si am presarat cu cacao si scortisoara.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>250 g ciocolata cu continut ridicat de cacao (min 60%)</p>
<p>600 ml lapte</p>
<p>1 lingura cu varf zahar brun</p>
<p>un varf de cutit sare</p>
<p>2 lingurite amidon de porumb</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune zaharul si sarea in laptele pe care l-ai turnat intr-o oala mica pusa pe foc mediu.</p>

<p>2. Rupe ciocolata in bucati. Ia laptele de pe foc si adauga ciocolata, aceasta se va topi. Foloseste un tel pentru a amesteca bine totul.</p>

<p>3. Amesteca amidonul cu putin lapte cald si adauga la ciocolata calda.</p>

<p>4. Daca optezi pentru vreo variatiune acum e momentul s-o introduci.</p>

<p>½ kg carne porc (eu am folosit spată de porc)</p>
<p>7 linguri ulei (de preferat ulei de măsline)</p>
<p>1 ceapă mare</p>
<p>3 căţei de usturoi</p>
<p>½ lămâie</p>
<p>2 linguri sos de soia</p>
<p>2 linguri zahăr brun</p>
<p>Sare, piper (eu am pus atât piper alb cât şi negru), boia (eu am folosit mai multe tipuri de boia)</p>
<p>7 mandarine</p>
<p>5 linguri apă</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Într-un bol se pune uleiul, apa, sosul de soia, sarea, sucul de lămâie, zahărul, boiaua, ceapa şi usturoiul tăiate mărunt. Nu se pun piperul şi mandarinele!</p>

<p>2. Se adaugă carnea feliată şi se amestecă bine.</p>

<p>3. Se toarnă totul în tavă şi se dă la cuptor pentru 60 minute la 180°C.</p>

<p>4. Se adaugă piperul şi mandarinele şi se mai lasă 15 minute.</p>

<p>Nu eram eu mare fan checuri, pentru ca imi pareau plictisitoare, am scris &#8216;pareau&#8217; pentru ca mi-a trecut intre timp <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Acest chec nu e deloc plictisitor, e plin de aroma, nu e uscat si e plin textura, iar de miros nu mai vorbesc, scortisoara si portocala, nuca si morcovii iti trezesc sentimentul ca e Craciun <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>450 g faina alba</p>
<p>200 g unt moale</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de scortisoara</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de sare</p>
<p>250 g zahar brun</p>
<p>100-120 g zahar alb</p>
<p>2 linguri zeama de lamaie+ 2 linguri coaja</p>
<p>2 linguri zeama de portocala + 2 linguri coaja</p>
<p>500 g morcovi razuiti marunt</p>
<p>150 g nuca taiata bucati</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, sarea, praful de copt, scortisoara.</p>

<p>2. Intr-un alt bol mixeaza untul moale cu zaharul. Adauga 2 oua intregi, amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza, apoi adauga celelalte 2 oua si procedeaza la fel. Adauga coaja de lamaie.</p>

<p>3. Adauga morcovii razuiti marunt.</p>

<p>4. Pune si nuca pe care ai taiat-o bucati cat de marunt doresti.</p>

<p>5. Toarna jumate din amestecul uscat peste aluat si amesteca cu o  lingura mare. Toarna si zeama de portocale si lamaie, amesteca.  Adauga  si restul de faina.</p>

<p>6. Unge cu unt si tapeteaza cu faina o tava. Toarna aluatul in ea si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 50 minute.</p>

<p>7. Scoate tava din cuptor si rastoarna checul pe un platou de servit. Daca doresti, poti pune deasupra un amestec de zeama de lamaie si portocala amestecat cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>Am primit mere din gradina parintilor sotului meu, le-am pus in lazi, dar e mai greu sa le pastram peste iarna pentru ca nu avem o pivnita rece. Asa ca am tot cautat solutii sa le pastrez in stare naturala, nu combinate cu zahar cat posibil <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Asa mi-am amintit si de merele uscate ale bunicii mele. Eu am grabit putin procesul de uscare punandu-le in cuptor.</p>
<p>Ai nevoie doar de mere, alege-le pe cele care nu sunt lovite sau stricate.</p>

<p>Spala-le bine si curata-le de casuta de samburi.</p>
