<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>100 gr. unt la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>450 gr. faina</p>
<p>3 linguri patrunjel</p>
<p>3 linguri arpagic</p>
<p>175 gr. cas</p>
<p>225 ml lapte</p>
<p>jumatate lingurita sare</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune faina intr-un bol. Adauga untul.</p>

Freaca untul impreuna cu faina (peste care ai adaugat sarea) pana capata aspectul de firimituri.</p>

Toaca marunt verdeturile si razuieste casul. Adauga-le la faina. Si amesteca.</p>

Toarna laptele si amesteca bine pana se formeaza o coca moale. Muta aluatul pe o masa de lucru.</p>

Intinde o foiaie de 1 cm jumate si decupeaza rondele cu ajutorul unui pahar sau unei forme.</p>

Aseaza pe o tava si stropeste cu lapte. Daca doresti poti pune si deasupra cas razuit. Coace timp de 15-20 minute (sau pana se rumenesc) la cuptorul incins la 200 grade C.</p>
