<p>1 ardei iute</p>
<p>5 rosii (sau 2 din alea mari de gradina <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> )</p>
<p>4-5 linguri frunze de patrunjel tocate</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>o lingura de zeama de lamaie</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie. Adauga usturoiul si ardeiul iute tocate marunt. Caleste 1 minut, ai grija sa nu se rumeneasca usturoiul.</p>

<p>2. Adauga nautul pe care l-ai scurs bine de zeama din conserva si l-ai spalat bine.</p>

<p>3. Cand nautul s-a incalzit bine ia tigaia de pe foc si adauga rosiile pe care le-ai taiat cat de marunt doresti. Adauga si patrunjelul si amesteca. Condimenteaza si adauga lamaia.</p>

<p>Daca ti-e pofta de paste si nu ai prea mult timp la dispozitie, iti propun fettuccine alfredo. Se fac repede si au un gust bogat. Sunt si putin costisitoare, lucru nu deloc de neglijat <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>250 g paste fettuccine (sau tagliatele)</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>1 ceapa rosie mica</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>180 g parmezan (eu am folosit cascaval Moeciu)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>2-3 linguri frunze de patrunjel tocat (optional)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Fierbe pastele in apa cu sare conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj.</p>

<p>2. In timp ce pastele fierb, fa sosul. Taie ceapa si usturoiul cat mai marunt. Razuieste parmezanul sau cascavalul.</p>

<p>3. Incalzeste tigaia, adauga untul. Cand acesta s-a topit, adauga ceapa si usturoiul si caleste 2 minute amestecand.</p>

<p>4. Toarna smantana dulce, sareaza si pipereaza. Adauga jumatate din branza si ia de pe foc. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>5. Strecoara pastele si adauga-le peste sos. Amesteca bine. Daca ai optat pentru patrunjel, adauga-l si pe acesta. Pune si restul de branza.</p>

Tin minte pe vremuri, cand vedeam in filme sushi ce ne mai strambam si ce ne mai minunam cum pot manca oamenii aia peste crud si alge si cine mai stie ce. Iata-ne acum incantati si de sushi si de pestele crud, marinat sau afumat si de tot soiul de ciudatenii asiatice. Ne-am facut chiar un stoc de sosuri si ingrediente chinezesti (rare pe la noi) si ne gatim &#8216;chinezeasca&#8217; cum ii zicem noi, destul de des.</p>
<p>Intr-adevar ingredientele astea-s scumpe si le gasesti greu, dar iti vor ajunge jumatate de an. Daca te ajuta sa iti faci stocul, ca sa dai gustul asiatic mancarurilor, iti fac o lista scurta cu ingredientele de baza: sos de peste, sos de stridii, ulei de susan, sos chilli, sos de soia, amidon de porumb, otet din orez, muguri de bambus si ciuperci chinezesti. Daca nu stii de unde sa le procuri, eu le-am gasit o parte la Cora si o alta la Careffour.</p>
<p>Dar sa revenim la reteta de azi: pui cu sos dulce-acrisor. E o reteta rapida, satioasa fara sa fie grea si poate fi transformata usor in reteta vegetariana scotind pur si simplu pieptul de pui din ecuatie. De asemenea, e foarte  buna si a doua zi la temperatura camerei. De aceea e foarte potrivita ca pachet la serviciu <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>1 ardei iute</p>
<p>2 ardei capia rosii</p>
<p>2 morcovi</p>
<p>1 ceapa alba mare</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>un jumate de piept de pui</p>
<p>sos Uncle Ben&#8217;s dulce-acrisor</p>
<p>1 lingura sos de peste</p>
<p>1 lingurita sos de stridii</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de fulgi de chilli</p>
<p>sare dupa gust</p>
<p>100 ml apa</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei</p>
<p>orez fiert pentru servire</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Toaca marunt usturoiul, ardeiul iute si ceapa.</p>

<p>2. De asemenea taie morcovii julienne (ca niste betigase de chibrit), ardeii capia tot asa in felii subtiri.</p>

<p>3. Taie si pieptul de pui in bucati mici. Incalzeste tigaia (wokul daca ai unul <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), adauga uleiul si cand acesta s-a infierbantat adauga puiul. Intoarce de cateva ori pana se albeste pe toate partile. Adauga sosul de stridii si sosul de peste, gateste in continuare 3-5 minute pana cand este facut puiul. Scoate carnea si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>4. In sosul ramas in tigaie adauga ardeiul iute, ceapa, usturoiul si fulgii de chilli. Amesteca bine. Adauga si ardeii impreuna cu morcovii. Toarna apa si lasa la foc mic amestecand din cand in cand pana cand se inmoaie putin morcovii.</p>

<p>5. Reintrodu pieptul de pui pe l-ai pus mai devreme deoparte. De asemenea, toarna sosul dulce-acrisor. Lasa sa dea de cateva ori in clocot. Gusta si mai adauga sare daca e necesar.</p>

<p>6. Serveste cu orez. Eu am fiert orez cu bob lung, l-am strecurat, am presarat sare si piper proaspat macinat impreuna cu 2 linguri de ulei.</p>

<p>½ kg carne porc (eu am folosit spată de porc)</p>
<p>7 linguri ulei (de preferat ulei de măsline)</p>
<p>1 ceapă mare</p>
<p>3 căţei de usturoi</p>
<p>½ lămâie</p>
<p>2 linguri sos de soia</p>
<p>2 linguri zahăr brun</p>
<p>Sare, piper (eu am pus atât piper alb cât şi negru), boia (eu am folosit mai multe tipuri de boia)</p>
<p>7 mandarine</p>
<p>5 linguri apă</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Într-un bol se pune uleiul, apa, sosul de soia, sarea, sucul de lămâie, zahărul, boiaua, ceapa şi usturoiul tăiate mărunt. Nu se pun piperul şi mandarinele!</p>

<p>2. Se adaugă carnea feliată şi se amestecă bine.</p>

<p>3. Se toarnă totul în tavă şi se dă la cuptor pentru 60 minute la 180°C.</p>

<p>4. Se adaugă piperul şi mandarinele şi se mai lasă 15 minute.</p>

Un prieten drag noua, ne-a spus ca in Moldova se pune nuca si miere in mujdei, n-am incercat inca, poate incerci tu si ne spui si noua cum e <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>8 linguri iaurt (eu folosesc iaurt de la Milli Life+)</p>
<p>2-3 linguri smantana</p>
<p>1 legatura de patrunjel</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Stiu ca multi freaca usturoiul cu uleiul, eu nu fac asta, nu am un motiv anume, doar din comoditate <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Eu pun iaurtul cu smantana intr-un bol, le amestec bine.</p>

200 ml smantana dulce<br />
1 lingurita boia de ardei dulce</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Taie ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul iute marunt si caleste in uleiul incins cam 2-3 minute.</p>

<p>2. Adauga morcovii razuiti, sare, piper.</p>

<p>3. Spala bine carnea si taie in felii mai mici.</p>

<p>4. Impinge amestecul de morcovi si ceapa intr-o parte a tigaii si adauga carnea pe care ai condimentat-o putin. Prajeste-o pana se albeste pe ambele parti. Adauga vinul, apa si boiaua. Fierbe sub capac pana se face carnea, cam 20 minute.</p>

<p>Cand eram mici, sora mea si cu mine, eram duse de tata pe dealuri, la padure, colindam mult imprejurimile. De multe ori dupa ploaie, adunam bureti, iar mama facea din ei o tocanita absolut delicioasa. Eu de data asta am avut galbiori, am pus si vreo 3  buc de champinion doar pentru ca asa am avut chef, am facut o combinatie si a iesit absolut delicios, de lins pe degete <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Am servit cu mamaliguta si neaparat frunze de patrunjel (bunicul sotului meu spunea ca daca ciupercile sunt otravitoare patrunjelul se ingalbeneste, nu stiu daca e adevarat, dar eu asa &#8216;probez&#8217; ciupercile:))</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600-800 g  galbiori</p>
<p>2 cepe galbene</p>
<p>4-5 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>2-3 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>1 lingura boia de ardei dulce</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>400 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>1 legatura de frunze de patrunjel</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine ciupercile. Pune-le sa se opareasca 2-3 minute in apa fiarta cu sare. Strecoara, taie-le la ce dimensiune doresti si pune-le deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Curata usturoiul si ceapa. Toaca-le cat mai marunt. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie, adauga usturoiul si ceapa si caleste pana ceapa devine transparenta. Adauga si boiaua.</p>

<p>3. Toarna ciupercile deasupra si pune din nou la foc. Condimenteaza si lasa la foc mic, sub capac 10 minute.</p>

<p>2. Da carnea prin faina. Scutura bine de exces.</p>

<p>4. Toaca marunt ceapa. In tigaia in care ai prajit carnea, adauga uleiul. Cand uleiul e incins caleste ceapa 2-3 minute.</p>

<p>5. Adauga usturoiul tocat si mai caleste 1 minut. Toarna vinul si supa. Adauga carnea, condimenteaza si acopera cu un capac. Da focul la minim si lasa sa fiarba o ora jumate (verifica din cand in cand, s-ar putea sa trebuiasca sa mai adaugi apa, din cauza fainii de pe carne sosul se va ingrosa).</p>

<p>1 dovelcel</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>150-200 gr. mascarpone</p>
<p>5-6 lingurite ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>50 gr. cas razuit</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune foaia de aluat pe o tava. Fa un chenar taind la suprafata aluatului, nu taia adanc. Margine aceea va creste mai mult decat interiorul placintei.</p>

Unge foia de aluat cu mascarpone.</p>

Taie dovecelul rondele cat mai subtiri si aseaza-le peste mascarpone. Razuieste usturoiul. Condimenteaza, toarna uleiul.</p>

Pune la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C 15 minute. Dupa aceste 10 min razuieste casul deasupra si da la cuptor din nou pentru 15 minute sau pana cand se rumeneste bine.</p>

<p>Pentru ca dovleceii lasa multa apa, e mai bine daca pui mai intai sare pe dovleceii taiati rondele si ii lasi 10-15 minute la scurs.<strong><br />
