<p>150 gr. cicolata, peste 60% cacao</p>
<p>200 gr. unt</p>
<p>180 gr. zahar (de preferat brun)</p>
<p>2 linguri cacao</p>
<p>300 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>200 ml lapte</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>zahar vaniliat sau esenta de vanilie (2 linguri)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Umplutura:</strong></p>
<p>450 ml. frisca lichida</p>
<p>50 gr. zahar pudra (daca frisca nu e indulcita, atunci pune mai mult zahar)</p>
<p>1 lingura praf de cafea instant</p>
<p>3 linguri apa calda</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Topeste ciocolata intr-un bol pe baie de aburi sau in microunde.</p>

Tapeteaza o forma rotunda de copt.</p>

<p>5.Intr-un bol cerne faina, sarea, praful de copt. Pe urma cerne si cacaua.</p>

<p>6. Pune treptat in compozitia de unt/zahar/ou, ciocolata, laptele in care ai pus vanilia si apoi faina. Amesteca cu mixerul pana se imbina toate ingredientele. Nu-ti fa griji ca ai bate prea mult sau prea putin, nu are importanta la aceasta reteta.</p>
<p>7.Toarna aluatul in tava tapetata si coace in cuptorul incins pentru 50 minute.</p>
<p>8.Ca sa faci umplutura: bate frisca, adauga zaharul, dizolva cafeaua in apa si incorporeaza-o in frisca.</p>

<p>9. Scoate tortul de la cuptor si lasa-l sa se raceasca. Taie aluatul in doua si pune la mijloc umplutura. De asemenea imbraca si exteriorul tortului. Eu am presarat si fulgi de ciocolata.</p>

<p>Poti inlocui umplutura de frisca cu o crema de unt cu vanilie sau cacao sau cu un gem acrisor, iar deasupra poti pune o glazura de ciocolata si niste trufe cumparate. Ceva de genul celei de mai jos.</p>
