<p><strong>Ingrediente umplutura:</strong></p>
<p>200 gr. ciuperci proaspete</p>
<p>150 gr. spanac proaspat</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>200 ml smantana</p>
<p>5 oua</p>
<p>200 gr. branza cheddar razuita</p>
<p>4-5 fire de cimbru proaspat</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pregateste aluatul, coace-l si lasa-l sa se odihneasca pana faci umplutura. Curata ciupercile si taie-le bucati mai mici. Spala spanacul si rupe-l in bucati daca frunzele sunt mari.</p>

<p>2.Incalzeste uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie si adauga ciupercile. Caleste pret de 1 minut.</p>

<p>3.Adauga spanacul. Mai gateste totul 4-5 minute sau pana se evapora apa lasata de ciuperci si spanac. Pune deoparte.</p>

Asezoneaza cu sare si piper.</p>

Presara deasupra cu ramurelele de cimbru.</p>

<p>Daca o servesti cu salata, poti servi 8-10 oameni cu aceasta tarta. Merge foarte bine cu salata creata si ceapa verde de primavara.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata spanacul de cozile prea lungi si de frunzele ofilite. Spala in cel putin 3 ape.</p>

<p>2. Intr-o oala mare pune la fiert apa cu sare. Cand aceasta fierbe adauga spanacul si fierbe 15 minute.</p>

<p>3. Toaca marunt cateii de usturoi si caleste-i pt cateva secunde in uleiul incins.</p>

<p>4. Spanacul fiert si strecurat, fa-l piure intr-un blender.</p>

<p>5. Intr-un bol amesteca faina cu putin lapte cat sa curga (daca vei turna laptele treptat in timp de amesteci, vei evita cocoloasele). Adauga si sarea.</p>

<p>6. Acum pune laolalta spanacul fiert, laptele ramas, amestecul de faina cu lapte, peste ustuoiul calit si fierbe totul pentru jumatate de ora. Nu uita sa amesteci mereu.</p>

<p>1. Varianta orginala se face cu ulei mai mult (3-4 linguri) care se infierbanta, se pune faina si se gateste pret de 2-3 minute. Apoi se adauga usturoiul, sarea, spanacul si laptele si se fierbe tot jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>2. La noi in familie se servea spanacul astfel gatit cu ochiuri sau papara.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 linguri de unt + 1 lingura de ulei de masline</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de nucsoara</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>150 ml smantana</p>
<p>300 g branza mascarpone</p>
<p>800 grame spanac</p>
<p>2 maini de parmezan (sau altfel de branza) ras</p>
<p>500 gr. spaghete (sau tagliatelle)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intr-o tigaie pune untul si uleiul de masline. Cand untul s-a topit adauga usturoiul tocat marunt. Dupa 1 minut, presara nucsoara. In acelasi timp pune apa cu sare la fiert pentru paste. Cand apa fierbe, adauga spaghetele si fierbe conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj.</p>

<p>4. Acum e momentul pentru sare, smantana si branza mascarpone. Pastele probabil sunt si ele fierte, asa ca adauga-le si pe ele. Daca sosul e prea gros, pune cateva linguri din apa in care au fiert pastele.</p>
