<p>Daca esti in cautare de retete de post sau daca ai chef de alt fel de paste, sau poate pur si simplu daca nu mai stii ce sa faci de mancare (pentru ca ai un sot care refuza carnea, ca al meu mai nou <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), iata o reteta de gnochi cu sos de rosii. A fost foarte gustos si rapid. Cred ca mi-a luat aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>2 pungi de 500 g de paste gnochi (pemtru 4-5 persoane)</p>
<p>50 g unt + 1 lingura de ulei</p>
<p>3-4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>250-300 ml sos de rosii (depinde cat de imbibat in sos vrei sa fie)</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de oregano uscat</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de busuioc uscat</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>150 g de cascaval (de care doresti)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune apa cu sare la fiert intr-o oala, cand fierbe adauga gnochi. Imediat ce se ridica la suprafata scote-i si pune-i deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Intre timp, incalzeste uleiul si untul, adauga usturoiul pe care l-ai tocat marunt. Porneste si cuptorul ca sa incalzeaca la 180 grade C.</p>

<p>3. Adauga gnochi la usturoi si invarte-i putin in tigaie. Toarna-i intr-un vas termorezistent.</p>

<p>4. Amesteca sosul de rosii cu oregano, busuioc si putina sare, dupa gust. Toarna peste gnochi.</p>

<p>5. Rade cascavalul si presara-l deasupra.</p>

<p>6. Da vasul la cuptorul incins pentru 15-20 minute, sau pana se rumeneste deasupra.</p>

<p>Am observat ca mancarea vegetariana are nevoie de multe arome si ingrediente ca sa fie gustoasa. Iata o lasagna vegetariana exceptionala, plina de arome si gust. E nevoie de putina munca, la final insa, cand iti vei pune in farfurie si vei gusta, vei uita toata osteneala <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>12 foi de paste pt lasagna</p>
<p>3 bucati vinete</p>
<p>3 bucati dovlecel</p>
<p>3 ardei grasi (rosu sau galben)</p>
<p>5 rosii decojite (din conserva e foarte ok)</p>
<p>250 ml sos de rosii</p>
<p>250 gr branza cottage</p>
<p>200 gr. branza ricotta</p>
<p>300 gr. cascaval razuit(eu am pus moeciu, dar nu are mare importanta)</p>
<p>3 linguri patrunjel verde tocat</p>
<p>1 lingura de busuioc uscat</p>
<p>1 lingura de oregano uscat</p>
<p>200 gr parmezan</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>cateva linguri de ulei</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Spala si curata de coaja vinetele si dovleceii. Taie pe lungime in felii subtiri de 1 cm. Sareaza si aseaza intr-o sita asezata deasupra unui bol. In jumatate de ora va lasa destul de multa apa.</p>

<p>2. In timp ce cele doua legume se scurg de zeama, coace ardeii. Eu i-am pus in cuptor sub grill pana au facut o pojghita arsa deasupra. I-am scos si i-am pus intr-un bol. Am sigilat bolul cu folie transparenta si am lasat sa stea 5 minute, dupa care am curat coaja arsa. Am taiat felii lungi si subtiri si am pus deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Scurge vinetele si dovleceii de apa. Unge o tava mare cu ulei si aseaza feliile in tava. Pipereaza, eventual poti sa mai pui sare, dar foarte putin. Da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C cam 20-30 minute pana cand se inmoaie bine legumele. Pune deoparte.</p>

<p>4. Taie rosiile decojite in bucati si pune intr-un bol. Adauga sosul de rosii, oreagano si busuiocul. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>5. Intr-un alt bol amesteca branzeturile impreuna (punand deoparte 100 gr de cas razuit pentru mai tarziu ) cu patrunjelul tocat.</p>

<p>6. Fierbe foile de lasagna pe jumatate, cat sa se inmoaie putin. Ai grija sa fierbi in apa foarte multa, amestecand ca sa nu ti se lipeasca foile unele de altele.</p>
<p>7. Pregateste o tava mare, destul de adanca si incepe sa &#8216;etajezi&#8217; ingredientele.</p>
<p>Mai intai aseaza un strat de sos de rosii,</p>

<p>iar un strat de sos de rosii, apoi dovlecei si ardei, foi de lasagna si tot asa pana termini ingredientele.</p>
<p>8. Inveleste cu folie si da la cuptor 30 minute. Scoate folia, pune deasupra casul razuit pe care l-ai pus deoparte si da la iar la cuptor pana prinde culoare, aproximativ 5 minute.</p>

<p>Polpetti sunt niste chiftelute vegetariene, facute din vinete, care se servesc cu sos de rosii si spaghete.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>3 vinete</p>
<p>200 gr. branza pecorino</p>
<p>1 lingura menta tocata</p>
<p>1 lingurita nucoara</p>
<p>1 lingura oregano</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 cana pesmet</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>500 ml sos de rosii</p>
<p>1 lingura busuioc si 1 lingura oregano</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Taie vinetele in jumatati presara cu sare si cate o lingura de ulei de masline. Pune-le pe o tava si da-le la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 30 minute.</p>

<p>2. Toaca marunt usturoiul, menta, oregano si amesteca-le cu pesmetul, adagua si nucsoara. Intr-un bol bate ouale. Razuieste marunt branza.</p>

<p>3. Scoate vinetele din cuptor si scoate interiorul cu ajutorul unei linguri. Pune-le intr-o sita la scurs pret de cateva minute apoi toaca-le cu ajutorul unui cutit.</p>

<p>4. Pune vinetele intr-un bol, amestecul de pesmet, ouale, branza, sare &amp; piper si amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza. Daca e prea moale poti sa mai adaugi pesmet.</p>

<p>5. Formeaza chiftele cat de mici cu ajutorul palmelor pe care le-ai udat cu apa rece.</p>

<p>4. Prajeste chiftelele in putin ulei, pana capata culoare pe amebele parti. Singurele care trebuie sa se gateasca sunt ouale, restul ingredientelor sunt gata gatite. La interior chiftelele vor fi moi, iar exteriorul lor va fi crocant.</p>

<p>5. Pune o oala pe foc, toarna in ea 500 ml sos de rosii (sau jumate bulion jumate sos de rosii), adauga cate o lingura de busuioc si oregano. Apoi adauga chiftelele in sos. Serveste cu spaghete.</p>
