<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>

<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>4 cepe mari</p>
<p>3-4 linguri ulei</p>
<p>2 buc sfecla rosie</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>250 ml lapte</p>
<p>sare</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Fierbe sfecla in apa cu sare 10 minute.  Razuieste-o marunt. Curata ceapa si taie-o pe lungime cat mai subtire. Pune uleiul intr-o tigaie, cand acesta s-a incins adauga ceapa si caleste 15-20 minute amestecand din cand in cand pana ceapa se caramelizeaza.</p>

<p>2. Amesteca ouale cu laptele si sare.</p>

<p>3. Scoate tarta de la frigider si umple-o cu un strat format din sfecla rosie. Peste acest strat adauga unul din ceapa caramelizata, iar deasupra toarna amestecul de ou si lapte.</p>

<p>4. Da tarta la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C timp de 15 minute, apoi inca 25 minute la 160 grade C.</p>
