Sandwichurile astea cu tofu si paine integrala sunt din aceasta categorie.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>4 felii de paine integrala</p>
<p>150 g tofu in saramura cu marar</p>
<p>cateva rosii cherry</p>
<p>frunze de salata verde</p>
<p>cateva linguri branza light lichida</p>
<p>cateva linguri de ulei de masline</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie tofu in felii mai groase si prajeste-le intr-o tigaie cateva minute, pana prind crusta pe ambele parti. Eu am pus si putin ulei de masline, dar nu e necesar.</p>

<p>2. Prajeste feliile de paine integrala si aseaza cate o felie de salata verde pe fiecare.</p>

<p>3. Taie tofu in felii subtiti si aseaza deasupra.</p>

<p>4. Taie rosiile cherry in feliute si aseaza-le deasupra si pe acestea.</p>

<p>5. Toarna cateva linguri din branza light si cativa picuri de ulei de masline.</p>
