<p><strong>Pentru 4-6 portii ai nevoie de:</strong><br />
3 morcovi medii/mari<br />
2 ardei capia rosu mari (sau merge cu orice ardei ai la indemana)<br />
2 cepe mari (eu am folosit rosie, dar merge si cu alba)<br />
1 floreta de brocoli (optional, eu am folosit pt ca aveam acasa)<br />
1 piept de pui<br />
1 sos Uncle Ben&#8217;s Sweet&amp;Sour<br />
1 cutie de ananas mica sau jumatate dintr-una mare.<br />
2 cani de orez de 200 gr.<br />
2 linguri ulei<br />
sare si piper pentru gust<br />
sos de soia (optional, merge foarte bine si fara)</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>

1. Tai in fasii lungi toate legumele. Eu am dat morcovii prin robotul de bucatarie ca a fost mai simplu, dar ardeiul si ceapa le-am taiat fasii mari.</p>

2. Pieptul de pui il tai in bucati mici, il condimentezi bine cu sare si piper, si-l prajesti in putin ulei. Eu am avut pieptul de pui prajit deja, pentru ca l-am facut cu o zi inainte, dar ideal este sa prajesti puiul tot atunci, il scoti dupa ce e gata si calesti legumele in aceeasi cratita/ulei in care ai facut puiul ca sa ia din gust.<br />
3. Intr-o cratita cu capac pui putin ulei (merge de oricare, eu am folosit de samburi de struguri) si pui mai intai morcovul la calit la foc mediu-mare. Daca folosesti si brocolli, pune-l tot acum. Dupa 2-3 minute dupa ce ai pus morcovul, fierbe putina apa (100 grame)  si toarna peste morcov. Acopera. In acest fel legumele nu se vor praji  ci se vor face la abur. Dupa alte 2 minute, adauga ardeii si amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Dupa 3 minute, adauga si ceapa si condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Lasa totul cam 5 minute sa se caleasca impreuna, pana legumele s-au inmuiat.</p>

5. Adauga pieptul de pui preparat dinainte si amesteca bine. Apoi adauga sosul Uncle Bens si mai da-i un clocot.</p>

6. La sfarsit de tot adauga bucatile de ananas, amesteca si mai da-i un ultim clocot.</p>

Se serveste cu orez.</p>
<p>Observatii:<br />
1. poti pune sos de soia (1 lingura), dar aceasta continand sare multa trebuie redusa cantitatea de sare pusa in mancare.<br />
2. daca iti place carnea, poti sa dublezi cantitatea de piept de pui si sa pui 800 gr &#8211; 1 kg.<br />
3. pentru o varianta mai sanatoasa, poti folosi orez integral. Pregatirea lui dureaza mai mult pentru ca trebuie sa stea cateva ore la inmuiat.</p>

<p>Ce-ar fi o sarbatoare la noi la romani fara o salata de boeuf buna? E o reteta extrem de populara care nu mai are nimic de-a face cu reteta originala, bineinteles. Salata de boeuf, sau salata Oivier la origine, a fost prima dată preparată în 1860 de catre bucătarul italian Lucien Olivier la restaurantul Ermitaj (Эрмитаж) din Moscova. Originar, rețeta cuprindea delicatese scumpe, carne de vânat, raci etc. Am gustat multe variante de-a lungul timpului pe la unii pe la altii, eu insa tot la varianta mamei raman. Am insa mereu grija ca maioneza sa fie in cantitati cat mai mici si neaparat facuta in casa dupa reteta pe care o gasiti <a title="Maioneza" href="http://rozealb.com/meniu-principal/maioneza/" target="_blank">aici.</a></p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600-700 g piept de pui</p>
<p>1 kg morcovi</p>
<p>400 g patrunjel radacina</p>
<p>(Daca vrei sa folosesti zeama in care vor fierbe legumele si carnea pentru a face supa vei avea nevoie si de: 1 ceapa mica, un patrat de vreo 5 cm de telina radacina si 1 lingura piper boabe)</p>
<p>200 g mazare</p>
<p>5 cartofi (medii ca marime)</p>
<p>7-8 castraveciori murati (daca sunt mari pune mai putini)</p>
<p>300 g maioneza</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata morcovii si patrunjelul (telina si ceapa daca ai optat sa faci supa, asa cum am procedat si eu). Spala bine carnea din 2-3 ape.</p>

<p>2. Pune intr-o oala morcovii, patrunjelul (telina, ceapa, piperul), 2 linguri de sare, carnea si apa cat sa acopere bine toate acestea. Fierbe la foc foarte mic pana cand e facuta carnea si legumele. Va dura probabil cam 1 h.</p>
<p>3. Strecoara totul, pune supa deoparte, o vei putea consuma mai tarziu si lasa carnea si legumele sa se raceasca. Arunca ceapa, si-a terminat &#8216;misiunea&#8217;. Fierbe cartofii, apoi lasa-i sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>4.Toaca cat de marunt doresti toate legumele si carnea.</p>

<p>5. Intre timp pregateste-ti maioneza.</p>

<p>6. Pune toate ingredientele intr-un bol mare, insa nu adauga maioneza decat cand toate inredientele sunt reci. Sareaza. Daca doresti, poti chiar sa mai adaugi zeama de lamaie.</p>

<p>Decoreaza cu felii de morcovi, de castraveti, lamaie sau cu mazare.</p>

<p><strong>Variante: </strong></p>
<p>1. incearca sa adaugi mere.</p>
<p>2. inlocuieste castravetii murati cu gogonele.</p>
<p>3. foloseste carne de vita sau de porc in locul puiului.</p>
<p>4. adauga frunze de marar.</p>
<p>5. pentru varianta de post inlocuieste carnea cu soia si adauga si ciuperci.</p>
<p>6. daca doresti o varianta vegetariana, scoate carnea si foloseste maioneza din soia.</p>
<p>6. poti inlocui patrunjelul radacina cu pastarnac.</p>

600 gr. piept de pui<br />
200 ml smantana dulce<br />
1 lingurita boia de ardei dulce</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Taie ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul iute marunt si caleste in uleiul incins cam 2-3 minute.</p>

<p>2. Adauga morcovii razuiti, sare, piper.</p>

<p>3. Spala bine carnea si taie in felii mai mici.</p>

<p>4. Impinge amestecul de morcovi si ceapa intr-o parte a tigaii si adauga carnea pe care ai condimentat-o putin. Prajeste-o pana se albeste pe ambele parti. Adauga vinul, apa si boiaua. Fierbe sub capac pana se face carnea, cam 20 minute.</p>

<p>5. Toarna smantana si mai condimenteaza daca e necesar.</p>

<p>10 bucati din pui, ce doresti: pulpe, aripi, piept (eu am folosit o combinatie)</p>
<p>500 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>piper</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar</p>
<p>2 cani cereale de porumb</p>
<p>1 cana faina alba</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune 250 ml din laptele batut, impreuna cu zaharul si sarea. Pune bucatile de carne in aceasta combinatie si da la frigider pentru 2-4 ore.</p>

Toarna peste cereale faina. Sareaza si pipereaza. Amesteca. Intr-un alt bol, toarna restul de 250 ml lapte batut.</p>

Da carnea prin amestecul uscat, apoi prin laptele batut si iar prin amestecul uscat. Aseaza pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Da la cutorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 20 minute, redu focul la 160 grade C si mai lasa 40 minute.</p>

<p>Daca doresti, poti praji puiul in ulei. Asigura-te doar ca uleiul este foarte fierbinte cand adaugi carnea.</p>
<p>De asemenea, poti scoate din reteta cerealele de porumb, in acest caz pune mai multa faina alba.</p>
<p>Pentru varianta picanta, adauga ardei iuti tocati marunt in amestecul pentru marinata sau sos chilli si pune mai multe piper.</p>

<p>Sunt cateva ingrediente fara de care supa de pui nu iese ca la mama acasa: piperul boabe, ceapa, patrunjelul, telina si un pui bun cat mai organic posibil <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1,3 kg de morcovi</p>
<p>1 kg patrunjel radacina</p>
<p>o bucata cat sa incapa in palma telina radacina</p>
<p>1 ceapa mica</p>
<p>carne de pui cu os (ce doresti, eu de obicei desfac un pui, pun aripile pieptul si pulpele deoparte si restul pun in supa)</p>
<p>1 lingura de piper boabe</p>
<p>2 linguri de sare de mare grunjoasa</p>
<p>2 linguri vegeta</p>
<p>apa 7 -8 l sau mai putin, nu conteaza, cu cat vei pune mai putin apa cu atat supa va fi mai concentrata, doar sa ai in vedere ca va scadea mult la fierbere.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata legumele si pune-le pe toate intr-o oala mare. Adauga piperul boabe.</p>

<p>3. Toarna apa, adauga sarea si vegeta si pune pe foc. Focul trebuie sa fie foarte incet ca supa sa fiarba inceeeet si linistit. Astfel va fi clara, frumoasa si gustoasa.</p>

Dupa ceva vreme deasupra se va forma spuma, inlatur-o cu o spumiera si repeta procesul oridecate ori va fi nevoie.</p>

Va trebui s-o tii la foc mic cateva ore bune, pana cand carnea se va desprinde usor de pe os si legumele vor fi fierte.</p>
<p>6. Cand supa e fiarta, strecoar-o, pune deoparte legumele si carnea (le poti servi separat sau le poti include in supa cand servesti).</p>

<p>1. Intotdeauna fierbe separat taieteii si apoi adauga-i la supa. Atfel vei avea o supa tulbure.</p>
<p>2. Daca faci mai multe supa, eu de obicei asa fac, pune-o in mai multe oale mai mici si tine-o la frigider neaparat sub capac, ai grija sa nu scapi nimic in ea, altfel se va strica.</p>
<p>3. De asemenea nu incalzi si reincalzi supa, se va acri.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>4 sferturi piept de pui</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare taiata marunt</p>
<p>300 gr. ciuperci champinion proaspete (puteti combina mai multe soiuri de ciuperci: ghebe, hribi)</p>
<p>140 ml vin alb</p>
<p>200 ml frisca lichida neindulcita</p>
<p>2 linguri mustar</p>
<p>1 cub concentrat de pui</p>
<p>patrunjel tocat, cam 2 linguri pline</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie pieptul de pui in bucati mai mici. Pregateste-ti: ceapa taiata marunt, ciupercile taiate bucati.</p>
<p>2. Incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie si prajeste puiul pana se rumeneste pe ambele parti si e facut la mijloc, dureaza cam 20-25 minute (depinde de cat de mari sunt feliile). Scoate puiul din tigaie.</p>

<p>3. In uleiul ramas in tigaie de la prajirea puiului soteaza ceapa, apoi adauga ciupercile. Gateste pret de 3-4 minute.</p>

<p>4. Adauga vinul, mustarul, cubul concentrat si amesteca pana cand se dizolva si se omogenizeaza totul. Mentine-l pe foc timp de 3-4 minute pentru ca alcoolul din vin sa se evapore.</p>

<p>Aceste paste sunt inventia mea si a sotului meu. Acum cativa ani obisnuiam sa mancam o varianta asemanatoare la un fast food chinezesc. Patronul localului a schimbat bucatarul, respectiv reteta. Asa ca am hotarat sa salvam gustul pe care-l stiam noi si care ne-a cucerit intr-atat incat sa mancam de cel putin 2 ori pe saptamana la fast food-ul respectiv. Din amintiri am incercat sa identificam ingredientele si sa ghicim felul in care au fost gatite. Iata ce a iesit. Sunt absolut delicioase si cu siguranta fooooarte departe de reteta originala <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 ardei iute (sau 2 daca nu sunt foarte iuti)</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>200 gr. piept de pui</p>
<p>200 gr. morcovi taiati julienne (adica felii lungi si subtiri)</p>
<p>200 gr. varza taiata felii lungi</p>
<p>1 lingura ulei si 1 lingura de unt</p>
<p>100 ml supa de pui</p>
<p>300 gr. spaghete fierte</p>
<p>piper si sare dupa gust</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1.Taie patretele de 2 cm pieptul de pui, da-l prin amidon de porumb si prajeste-l in putin ulei. Cand puiul e facut, pune deoparte. Iti dai seama ca e facut cand rupi un patratel de carne si e alb la mijloc.</p>

<p>2.Toaca marunt usturoiul si ardeiul iute. Soteaza 1 minut.</p>

<p>3.Adauga puiul prajit, morcovii, varza, spaghetele si cate 1 polonic din supa de pui pe masura ce aceasta se absoarbe (dureaza cam 5-10 minute) . Asezoneaza dupa gust. S-ar putea sa fie nevoie de mai multa sau mai putina supa decat am mentionat la ingrediente.</p>

<p>1. Ideal ar fi sa folosesti un wok pentru a face aceste paste. Pentru ca eu nu am wok, le fac intr-o tigaie mai mare nonaderenta.</p>
<p>2. Daca nu ai amidon de porumb, sari aceasta etapa, nu se va intampla nimic major <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p>3. Noi servim aceste paste cu sos chilli sau sos de soia.</p>
