<p>Norocosul castigator la concurs este Jenci. Nu stiu cum a reusit, dar la tragerea la sorti (la care am avut emotii by the way <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), a reusit sa iasa la suprafata din multimea de femei care au trimis retete. <p><strong>Creveti cu paste </strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>: &#8211; pentru 4 persoane</p>
<p>500g baby shrimps (tips: recomand cei impachetati in punga vidata pentru ca cei vrac sunt VARZA)</p>
<p>2 pachete Crab sticks</p>
<p>1 conserva porumb</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>paste penne sau orice paste ai in casa <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>2-3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 lingurita zeama de lamaie</p>
<p>sos Remoulade (de preferat facut de casa, mai jos gasesti si cum anume il faci)</p>
<p>putina sare dupa gust</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Toata operatiunea e super simpla si nu dureaza mai mult de 30 de minute&#8230; complexitate mica <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Se caleste ceapa taiata marunt (in unt), se adauga crevetele si crabul + 2-3 catei de usturoi si se rumeneste totul la foc potrivit&#8230; apoi se adauga porumbul si se stropeste totul cu citeva picaturi de lamaie. Cand este gata se amesteca cu pastele fierte in prealabil si cu sos Remoulade!<br />

<p>Tips: sosul Remoulade home made eu il fac in felul urmator: pun totul dupa gust&#8230; si anume &#8211; maioneza, putin mustar, piper, sare, castraveti murati si putin tarhon.</p>
<p>Tips &amp; tricks: crevetele merge f bine cu un sos facut din hrean si ketchup asa ca pentru cei care prefera mincarea mai spicy pot folosi ketchup si hrean  in loc de sosul Remoulade!</p>
<p>Se poate servi atit cald cat si rece (merge bine in meniul unui bufet suedez)</p>

Iata o reteta perfecta pentru o seara cu prietenii. Poti pune cam orice legume in lipie, ingredientul care insa nu trebuie sa lipseasca, pentru ca e farmecul acestei retete, este carnea imbracata in condimente.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600 gr. carne de pui (se poate face cu carne de porc tocata)</p>
<p>1 pachet de condimente de taco</p>
<p>2-3 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>2 rosii</p>
<p>2 ardei</p>
<p>1 ceapa rosie mare</p>
<p>1 conserva de porumb</p>
<p>1 cutie de fasole boabe rosie de preferinta (eu am avut alba de data asta)</p>
<p>jumatate de salata verde</p>
<p>150 gr. cas razalit</p>
<p>200 ml smantana</p>
<p>100 gr. masline fara samburi</p>
<p>1 punga de lipii</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Singurele care trebuie gatite sunt puiul si fasolea, restul se curata, se spala si se taie bucati si se aseaza in boluri.</p>
<p>1. Carnea se taie bucati (sau se poate toca) si se prajeste in putin ulei. Se adauga condimentele (nu stiu sa iti spun cat anume sa pui, va trebui sa gusti si sa tot adaugi pana cand ti se pare ca e ok) si 1 cana de apa. Cand apa a scazut de tot carnea e gata. Pune intr0un bol de servit.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">pentru cei care vor sa-l prepare singuri iata reteta:</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 lingura praf chilli</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/4 lingurita praf de usturoi</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/4 lingurita praf de ceapa</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/2 lingurita fulgi de ardei rosii iuti</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/4 lingurita oregano uscat</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1/2 lingurita boia de ardei dulce</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 si 1/2 lingurita chimin praf</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 lingurita sare</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 lingurita piper</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 lingurita amidon alimentar</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Pune toate astea laolalta, amesteca bine.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Daca vrei, poti face portie dubla, o sigilezi intr-un borcan si poti sa tii la rece pana la 6 luni.</p>

Strecoara fasolea si fa-o piure, pune-o si pe aceasta intr-un bol de servit. Aseaza toate bolurile pe masa, pune si lipiile si lasa fiecare persoana sa-si umple lipia cu ce doreste.</p>
