<p>Fac pizza destul de rar si din pricina aceasta nu fac putina, cel putin 2-3 tavi. Sta la frigider si a doua zi e la fel de gustoasa, spre deosebire de cea cumparata. Variatiile la ingrediente sunt infinite, poti pune cam tot ce-ti trece prin cap si iti place.</p>

<p>Ca baza iti propun: ceapa, ardeiul iute, oregano, ketchup-ul si multa branza mozzarella.</p>
<p>La baza poti adauga cam orice: mezeluri, carne tocata, carnati, mazare, porumb, fasole, ciuperci, dovlecei, mere, oua, praz, file de ansoa, masline, ardei, etc.</p>
<p>Eu am pus de data asta: muschi file, salam picant, praz, ardei iute, usturoi, ciuperci calite in ceapa, ardei kapia rosu, dovlecel, ceapa rosie rondele, fasole rosie din conserva, mozzarella, oregano.</p>

<p>Blatul de pizza: (suficient pt 2 tavi)</p>
<p>500 gr faina alba</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 pachetel drojdie uscata</p>
<p>6 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>apa fierbinte cat se cere</p>
<p>Pune toate ingredientele uscate, apoi uleiul si amesteca. Adauga apa fierbinte cat sa se lege aluatul. Apoi framanta aluatul cam 5 minute pana cand devine pufos si spongios. Cand il apesi sa revina la forma initiala. Dupa ce acoperi bolul cu o folie de aluminiu, pune-l intr-un loc cald sau in paturi pana isi dubleaza volumul, aproximativ o ora.</p>
<p>Intinde aluatul pe tava ungandu-te pe mana cu ulei, iti va fi mult mai usor.</p>

<p>Adauga toate ingredientele taiate mai marunt sau mai mari, cum preferi. Doar nu incarca prea mult pizza pentru ca vei impiedica coacerea.</p>
<p>Daca pui ou, adauga-l dupa ce ai pus toate ingredientele, dar inainte de a &#8216;ploua&#8217; casul razalit deasupra.</p>

<p>Preincalzeste cuptorul, daca vei pune pizza in cuptorul incins va deveni foarte crocanta. Da pizza la cuptorul incins la 180 grade pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>O poti servi cu ketchup dulce si picant sau smantana.</p>
