<p>Imi place sa am mereu pe aproape in bucatarie tot felul de produse care sa-mi usureze munca si sa dea cat mai multa savoare preparatelor mele. Imi fac tot delul de combinatii pe care le transfer apoi in borcane, scriu data la care au fost facute si astfel salvez timp in zilele in care fiecare minut in plus petrecut in bucatarie conteaza. Din &#8216;seria&#8217; asta, face parte si pesmetul aromat. Il folosesc de obicei la tot felul de preparate pane, uneori acopar fileurile de peste cu o &#8216;patura&#8217; de pesmet aromat inainte de a-l pune la cuptor sau il presarar deasupra lasagnei peste stratul de branza. Ideea e ca daca respecti instructiunile, poti pastra preparatul in borcan inchis ermetic de la 6 luni pana la 1 an.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Rupe bagheta in bucati si aseaza pe o tava intinsa. Usca painea in cuptorul incins mediu.</p>

<p>2. Foloseste robotul de bucatarie pentru a face pesmetul.</p>

<p>3. Toaca patrunjelul spalat si uscat bine. Parmezanul razuieste-l marunt. Adauga la pesmet si amesteca bine.</p>

Bineinteles cei facuti dupa reteta aceasta, nu cei prajiti in ulei si care arata mai mult a gogosi. Mie imi plac inveliti in zahar sau cu gem de fructe de padure, dar sunt foarte buni si cu smantanica.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>Pentru aproximativ 25 de papanasi:</p>
<p>500 g branza grasa de vaci</p>
<p>2 galbenusuri + 1 albus</p>
<p>2 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri de faina alba</p>
<p>4 linguri gris</p>
<p>1 lingurita de sare</p>
<p>100 g pesmet</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>apa cu sare pentru fiert</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste o tigaie  si adauga pesmetul turnand desupra si uleiul. Amesteca in continuu pana cand pesmetul se inchide la culoare. Ia de pe foc si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Pune branza de vaci intr-un bol mare. Amesteca impreuna cu ouale, zaharul si sarea.</p>

<p>3. Adauga faina si grisul. Amesteca pana se omogenizeaza toata compozitia si pune-o deoparte pentru jumate de ora. In timpul acesta grisul se va umfla si va intari putin compozitia, astfel iti va fi usor sa modelezi mingiutele.</p>

<p>4. Dupa ce au trecut cele 30 de minute, modeleaza mingi de marimea mingilor de golf. Daca aluatul se lipeste de maini, ti le poti unge cu ulei sau faina sau chiar apa.</p>

<p>5. Pune apa cu sare la fiert, cand aceasta fierbe, da focul la minim si adauga cu grija papanasii. Apoi lasa la fiert pana se ridica la suprafata si mai dau in clocot de cateva ori, in total aproximativ 10 minute.</p>

<p>Ieri au venit fetele la o poveste. Rar ajungem sa fim in formatie completa sau macar aproape completa. T. a facut in toamna un bebe care-i mananca toata energia si tot timpul, B. e in tara o data pe an, C. pleaca si ea in state.   Astfel incat, o adunare laolalta e foarte mare lucru, credeti-ma. In consecinta, zi speciala = tort in mintea mea. Nici bine n-am dat drumul gandului ca pe fb Giovana anunta mare concurs mare. Premiul: un tort <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Am sarit rapid la participare. Dupa multa agitatie bineinteles, a castigat altcineva. Noroc ca aveam eu un plan b, nu la fel de sofisticat, nici la fel de aratos, dar foarte gustos: tort rustic cu mere. L-am servit cu frisca si ne-am bucurat de prietenia dintre noi.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>7-8 mere</p>
<p>zeama de la jumate de lamaie</p>
<p>100 g nuca macinata</p>
<p>100 g gem de caise</p>
<p>pesmet</p>
<p>unt</p>
<p><strong>Pentru aluat:</strong></p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>120 g faina</p>
<p>10 linguri apa</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata merele de coaja si cotor. Taie-le in jumatati. Stropeste-le cu zeama de lamaie ca sa nu oxideze.</p>

<p>2. Amesteca nuca macinata cu gemul.</p>

<p>3. Unge bine cu unt o tava rotunda mai adanca. Presara pesmet deasupra.</p>

<p>4. Aseaza merele in tava si pune cate o lingura de gem cu nuca in fiecare jumatate de mar.</p>

<p>5. Pune ouale si zaharul intr-un bol si pune mixerul la lucru. Bate pana cand se dubleaza in volum. Adauga tot mixand si lingurile de apa pe rand. La final adauga faina amestecand de data asta cu o lingura de lemn si cu mare grija sa nu pierzi prea mult din volumul aluatului.</p>

<p>6. Toarna aluatul peste mere si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C 40-45 minute.</p>

<p>Mama mea este recunoscuta de toti cei care au gustat snitele ei, ca e cea mai &#8216;tare din parcare&#8217; <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Snitele ei sunt absolut delicioase. Desi mi-a spus toate secretele, mie tot nu imi ies chiar ca ale ei, insa sunt destul de aproape <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Reteta nu are ingrediente deosebite fata de alte retete, doar modalitatea de a le gati e putin diferita, dar face toata diferenta.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>carnea de la 1 pui (poti folosi ce parte din pui doresti, mie insa mi se pare mai economic sa cumpar puiul intreg)</p>
<p>2 oua intregi</p>
<p>2 cani faina</p>
<p>2 cani pesmet</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>ulei</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata puiul, taie-l in bucati, pieptul taie-l in felii mai subtirele. Pune deoparte spatele si oasele intr-o punga, da-o la congelator, vei putea face supa cu ele cand doresti. Spala bine. Iar daca vrei sa lasi pielea pe aripi si pulpe, trece-le putin prin flacara ca asa scapi de firicelele alea mici de puf. Sareaza, pipereaza si pune deoparte pe o farfurie. Lasa sa stea cam jumatate de ora la frigider.</p>

<p>2. Bate ouale cu 2-3 linguri de apa si adauga putin sare.</p>

<p>3. Pregateste-ti doua recipiente in care sa pui intr-unul faina, in celalalt pesmetul. Eu folosesc doua cutii de plastic, pentru ca sunt mai mari.</p>

<p>4. Ia fiecare bucatica de pui si da-o prin faina alba, apoi prin ou, apoi prin pesmet. Daca doresti o crusta super crocanta si groasa, poti sa mai dai inca odata prin ou si prin pesmet. Atunci cand dai puiul prin faina si pesmet ai grija sa scuturi bine excesul. De asemenea, eu pun bucata de carne in cutie si scutur cutia, astfel se imbraca singura in faina, respectiv pesmet, fara sa ma murdaresc pe maini.</p>

<p>6. Pune uleiul intr-o tigaie, ai nevoie de ulei mult, astfel incat atunci cand vei pune carnea sa fie aproape acoperita. Uleiul trebuie incalzit foarte bine. Adauga bucatile de carne date prin faina, ou si pesmet. Snitelele se prajesc la foc mic, astfel te asiguri ca vor fi patrunse si bucatile mai groase, cum ar fi pulpele sau aripile.</p>
<p>7. Cand se rumesesc pe ambele parti, scoate-le pe un &#8216;pat&#8217; de servetele de hartie, sa se scurga uleiul in exces.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>4-6 fileuri de peste alb (cod, pangasius, de care vreti, de fapt merge foarte bine si cu somon)</p>
<p>50 gr. unt</p>
<p>50 gr. pesmet</p>
<p>70 gr. parmezan ras</p>
<p>un pumn de patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>o lamaie (coaja rasa + zeama)</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei de masline</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intr-un bol amesteca pesmetul, parmezanul ras, coaja de lamaie, patrunjelul tocat, sare si piper. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>2. Spala pestele. Usuca-l cu servetele de bucatarie. Condimenteaza-l. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie si prajeste pestele pe ambele parti, cam 2 minute pe fiecare parte.</p>

<p>3. Muta fileurile prajite intr-o tava in care ai pus zeama de lamaie si untul.</p>

<p>4. Pune cu lingura din amestecul de pesmet peste fileuri. Da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 20 minute.</p>

<p>5 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare, piper</p>
<p>1 lingura de pesmet</p>
<p>un pumn de patrunjel verde tocat</p>
<p>optional: ardei iute</p>
<p>branza mozzarella pentru rasuit deasupra.</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Rupe coditele ciupercilor. Aseaza palarioarele de la ciuperci pe o tava. Sareaza-le.</p>

<p>2. Taie marunt coditele ciupercilor. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie si prajeste bucatelele de vinete 4 minute, adauga coditele de ciuperci (si ardeiul iute tocat daca ai optat pentru a-l folosi) si caleste inca 4 minute. Condimenteaza.</p>

<p>5. Razuieste desupra mozzarella. Da la cuptorul incins la 170 grade C pentru 20 minute.</p>
