<p>Daca ti-e pofta de paste si nu ai prea mult timp la dispozitie, iti propun fettuccine alfredo. Se fac repede si au un gust bogat. Sunt si putin costisitoare, lucru nu deloc de neglijat <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>250 g paste fettuccine (sau tagliatele)</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>1 ceapa rosie mica</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>180 g parmezan (eu am folosit cascaval Moeciu)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>2-3 linguri frunze de patrunjel tocat (optional)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Fierbe pastele in apa cu sare conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj.</p>

<p>2. In timp ce pastele fierb, fa sosul. Taie ceapa si usturoiul cat mai marunt. Razuieste parmezanul sau cascavalul.</p>

<p>3. Incalzeste tigaia, adauga untul. Cand acesta s-a topit, adauga ceapa si usturoiul si caleste 2 minute amestecand.</p>

<p>4. Toarna smantana dulce, sareaza si pipereaza. Adauga jumatate din branza si ia de pe foc. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>5. Strecoara pastele si adauga-le peste sos. Amesteca bine. Daca ai optat pentru patrunjel, adauga-l si pe acesta. Pune si restul de branza.</p>

<p><strong>Creveti cu paste </strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>: &#8211; pentru 4 persoane</p>
<p>500g baby shrimps (tips: recomand cei impachetati in punga vidata pentru ca cei vrac sunt VARZA)</p>
<p>2 pachete Crab sticks</p>
<p>1 conserva porumb</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>paste penne sau orice paste ai in casa <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>2-3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 lingurita zeama de lamaie</p>
<p>sos Remoulade (de preferat facut de casa, mai jos gasesti si cum anume il faci)</p>
<p>putina sare dupa gust</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Toata operatiunea e super simpla si nu dureaza mai mult de 30 de minute&#8230; complexitate mica <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Se caleste ceapa taiata marunt (in unt), se adauga crevetele si crabul + 2-3 catei de usturoi si se rumeneste totul la foc potrivit&#8230; apoi se adauga porumbul si se stropeste totul cu citeva picaturi de lamaie. Cand este gata se amesteca cu pastele fierte in prealabil si cu sos Remoulade!<br />

<p>Tips: sosul Remoulade home made eu il fac in felul urmator: pun totul dupa gust&#8230; si anume &#8211; maioneza, putin mustar, piper, sare, castraveti murati si putin tarhon.</p>
<p>Tips &amp; tricks: crevetele merge f bine cu un sos facut din hrean si ketchup asa ca pentru cei care prefera mincarea mai spicy pot folosi ketchup si hrean  in loc de sosul Remoulade!</p>
<p>Se poate servi atit cald cat si rece (merge bine in meniul unui bufet suedez)</p>

<p>Polpetti sunt niste chiftelute vegetariene, facute din vinete, care se servesc cu sos de rosii si spaghete.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>3 vinete</p>
<p>200 gr. branza pecorino</p>
<p>1 lingura menta tocata</p>
<p>1 lingurita nucoara</p>
<p>1 lingura oregano</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 cana pesmet</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>500 ml sos de rosii</p>
<p>1 lingura busuioc si 1 lingura oregano</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Taie vinetele in jumatati presara cu sare si cate o lingura de ulei de masline. Pune-le pe o tava si da-le la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 30 minute.</p>

<p>2. Toaca marunt usturoiul, menta, oregano si amesteca-le cu pesmetul, adagua si nucsoara. Intr-un bol bate ouale. Razuieste marunt branza.</p>

<p>3. Scoate vinetele din cuptor si scoate interiorul cu ajutorul unei linguri. Pune-le intr-o sita la scurs pret de cateva minute apoi toaca-le cu ajutorul unui cutit.</p>

<p>4. Pune vinetele intr-un bol, amestecul de pesmet, ouale, branza, sare &amp; piper si amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza. Daca e prea moale poti sa mai adaugi pesmet.</p>

<p>5. Formeaza chiftele cat de mici cu ajutorul palmelor pe care le-ai udat cu apa rece.</p>

<p>4. Prajeste chiftelele in putin ulei, pana capata culoare pe amebele parti. Singurele care trebuie sa se gateasca sunt ouale, restul ingredientelor sunt gata gatite. La interior chiftelele vor fi moi, iar exteriorul lor va fi crocant.</p>

<p>5. Pune o oala pe foc, toarna in ea 500 ml sos de rosii (sau jumate bulion jumate sos de rosii), adauga cate o lingura de busuioc si oregano. Apoi adauga chiftelele in sos. Serveste cu spaghete.</p>

<p>Aceste paste sunt inventia mea si a sotului meu. Acum cativa ani obisnuiam sa mancam o varianta asemanatoare la un fast food chinezesc. Patronul localului a schimbat bucatarul, respectiv reteta. Asa ca am hotarat sa salvam gustul pe care-l stiam noi si care ne-a cucerit intr-atat incat sa mancam de cel putin 2 ori pe saptamana la fast food-ul respectiv. Din amintiri am incercat sa identificam ingredientele si sa ghicim felul in care au fost gatite. Iata ce a iesit. Sunt absolut delicioase si cu siguranta fooooarte departe de reteta originala <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 ardei iute (sau 2 daca nu sunt foarte iuti)</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>200 gr. piept de pui</p>
<p>200 gr. morcovi taiati julienne (adica felii lungi si subtiri)</p>
<p>200 gr. varza taiata felii lungi</p>
<p>1 lingura ulei si 1 lingura de unt</p>
<p>100 ml supa de pui</p>
<p>300 gr. spaghete fierte</p>
<p>piper si sare dupa gust</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1.Taie patretele de 2 cm pieptul de pui, da-l prin amidon de porumb si prajeste-l in putin ulei. Cand puiul e facut, pune deoparte. Iti dai seama ca e facut cand rupi un patratel de carne si e alb la mijloc.</p>

<p>2.Toaca marunt usturoiul si ardeiul iute. Soteaza 1 minut.</p>

<p>3.Adauga puiul prajit, morcovii, varza, spaghetele si cate 1 polonic din supa de pui pe masura ce aceasta se absoarbe (dureaza cam 5-10 minute) . Asezoneaza dupa gust. S-ar putea sa fie nevoie de mai multa sau mai putina supa decat am mentionat la ingrediente.</p>

<p>1. Ideal ar fi sa folosesti un wok pentru a face aceste paste. Pentru ca eu nu am wok, le fac intr-o tigaie mai mare nonaderenta.</p>
<p>2. Daca nu ai amidon de porumb, sari aceasta etapa, nu se va intampla nimic major <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p>3. Noi servim aceste paste cu sos chilli sau sos de soia.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 linguri de unt + 1 lingura de ulei de masline</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de nucsoara</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>150 ml smantana</p>
<p>300 g branza mascarpone</p>
<p>800 grame spanac</p>
<p>2 maini de parmezan (sau altfel de branza) ras</p>
<p>500 gr. spaghete (sau tagliatelle)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intr-o tigaie pune untul si uleiul de masline. Cand untul s-a topit adauga usturoiul tocat marunt. Dupa 1 minut, presara nucsoara. In acelasi timp pune apa cu sare la fiert pentru paste. Cand apa fierbe, adauga spaghetele si fierbe conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj.</p>

<p>4. Acum e momentul pentru sare, smantana si branza mascarpone. Pastele probabil sunt si ele fierte, asa ca adauga-le si pe ele. Daca sosul e prea gros, pune cateva linguri din apa in care au fiert pastele.</p>
