Ma inspira de multe ori, mai putin cand aceste creatii necesita prea multa vesela pe care el nu &#8216;apuca&#8217; sa o spele <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  (nu e cazul decat foarte rar, trebuie sa recunosc). Oricum, sandwichurile de mai jos, sunt o idee excelenta pentru cei care au copii si carora le place sa-i implice pe acestia in bucatarie.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>2 felii de paine (noi am folosit integrala)</p>
<p>2 cepe verzi</p>
<p>3 felii de muschi file (sau orice fel de sunca)</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>parmezan razuit</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie mijlocul feliilor de paine cu cutitul sau cu forme, cum doresti. Astfel poti obtine niste ochiuri in forma de inima sau stea sau orice alta forma ai in bucatarie. Oul nu are nevoie de mult spatiu, noi l-am intins tare, chiar i-am spart galbenusul ca sa se intinda mai mult in toata felia.</p>

<p>2. Incalzeste o tigaie la foc mediu, adauga 2 linguri de ulei si feliile de paine decupate. Sparge ouale in mijlocul gaurit. Condimenteaza. Cand s-a intarit putin oul, intoarce si prajeste si pe cealalta parte.</p>

<p>3. Scoate feliile de paine pe o farfurie si presara parmezan razuit.</p>

<p>Mama mea este recunoscuta de toti cei care au gustat snitele ei, ca e cea mai &#8216;tare din parcare&#8217; <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Snitele ei sunt absolut delicioase. Desi mi-a spus toate secretele, mie tot nu imi ies chiar ca ale ei, insa sunt destul de aproape <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Reteta nu are ingrediente deosebite fata de alte retete, doar modalitatea de a le gati e putin diferita, dar face toata diferenta.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>carnea de la 1 pui (poti folosi ce parte din pui doresti, mie insa mi se pare mai economic sa cumpar puiul intreg)</p>
<p>2 oua intregi</p>
<p>2 cani faina</p>
<p>2 cani pesmet</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>ulei</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata puiul, taie-l in bucati, pieptul taie-l in felii mai subtirele. Pune deoparte spatele si oasele intr-o punga, da-o la congelator, vei putea face supa cu ele cand doresti. Spala bine. Iar daca vrei sa lasi pielea pe aripi si pulpe, trece-le putin prin flacara ca asa scapi de firicelele alea mici de puf. Sareaza, pipereaza si pune deoparte pe o farfurie. Lasa sa stea cam jumatate de ora la frigider.</p>

<p>2. Bate ouale cu 2-3 linguri de apa si adauga putin sare.</p>

<p>3. Pregateste-ti doua recipiente in care sa pui intr-unul faina, in celalalt pesmetul. Eu folosesc doua cutii de plastic, pentru ca sunt mai mari.</p>

<p>4. Ia fiecare bucatica de pui si da-o prin faina alba, apoi prin ou, apoi prin pesmet. Daca doresti o crusta super crocanta si groasa, poti sa mai dai inca odata prin ou si prin pesmet. Atunci cand dai puiul prin faina si pesmet ai grija sa scuturi bine excesul. De asemenea, eu pun bucata de carne in cutie si scutur cutia, astfel se imbraca singura in faina, respectiv pesmet, fara sa ma murdaresc pe maini.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Nota: Daca doresti, in stadiul asta poti sa le acoperi cu folie si sa le dai la frigider pentru a le praji a doua zi.</p>
<p>6. Pune uleiul intr-o tigaie, ai nevoie de ulei mult, astfel incat atunci cand vei pune carnea sa fie aproape acoperita. Uleiul trebuie incalzit foarte bine. Adauga bucatile de carne date prin faina, ou si pesmet. Snitelele se prajesc la foc mic, astfel te asiguri ca vor fi patrunse si bucatile mai groase, cum ar fi pulpele sau aripile.</p>
<p>7. Cand se rumesesc pe ambele parti, scoate-le pe un &#8216;pat&#8217; de servetele de hartie, sa se scurga uleiul in exces.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>250 g mascarpone</p>
<p>2 linguri lichior de ciocolata</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>1 albus batut spuma</p>
<p>100 ml frisca batuta</p>
<p>80-100 g zahar</p>
<p>30-40 de piscoturi (depinde de vasul folosit)</p>
<p>2-3 cani cafea neindulcita</p>
<p>cacao pentru servire</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Bate cu mixerul galbenusurile cu zaharul.</p>

<p>2. Adauga mascarponele si omogenizeaza tot cu ajutorul mixerului.</p>

<p>3. Adauga frisca batuta spuma si apoi albusul spuma. Toarna lichiorul si amesteca cu grija, crema trebuie sa ramana pufoasa.</p>

<p>4. Da fiecare piscot prin cafea. Nu tine piscotul in lichid, o simpla trecere pe o parte si cealalta e suficienta, se vor mai inmuia dupa ce vor sta putin.</p>

<p>5. Pune un rand de piscoturi inmuiate in cafea intr-un vas. Intinde un strat de crema. Pune un al doilea strat de piscoturi si incheie cu crema.</p>

<p>6. Da la rece, are nevoie de cateva ore sa se amestece bine aromele si sa se intareasca crema. Inainte de sevire presara deasupra cu multa pudra de cacao.</p>

Toarna amestecul de ou peste faina si lucreaza intr-un aluat. S-ar putea sa trebuiasca sa ajustezi putin cantitatea de faina sau de apa, totul depinde de conditiile in care faci aluatul, chiar si vremea de afara conteaza (nu glumesc <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>Un preparat din foietaj pufos delicios, umplut cu branza de vaci dulce.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>250 gr. branza de vaci</p>
<p>3-4 linguri de zahar (in functie de cat de dulce iti place)</p>
<p>1 galbenus (poti pune si albusul daca il bati spuma)</p>
<p>1 pachet aluat de foietaj (eu folosesc Linco)</p>
<p>pentru uns: 1 galbenus si 2 linguri de apa rece</p>
<p>pentru ornare: zahar pudra</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intinzi foaia de aluat. Cu un cutit a carui lama ai incins-o in foc, taie patratele (eu le-am taiat aprox 10 cm x 10 cm si mi-au iesit 14 bucati).</p>

<p>2. Amesteca branza de vaci cu zaharul si galbenusul (daca ai ales sa pui si albusul bate-l spuma si adauga-l cu grija in compozitie).</p>

Pune cate o lingura din compozitie pe fiecare patratel de aluat.</p>

Ridica unul din colturi si aseaza-l pe coltul opus, apasand marginile ca sa sigilezi umplutura la interior.</p>

Aseaza triunghiurile astfel obtinute pe o tava cu hartie de copt. Intr-un bol mic bate galbenusul cu apa si unge fiecare triunghi cu acest amestec.</p>

Da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pana cand au crescut si au prins culoare. Lasa-le sa se raceasca si orneaza-le cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<p>Pentru foi:</p>
<p>1 ou intreg</p>
<p>2 linguri miere de albine</p>
<p>7 linguri lapte</p>
<p>70 gr. unt/margarina</p>
<p>1 lingurita bicarbonat</p>
<p>7 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>aprox 450 gr. faina</p>
<p>gem de caise</p>
<p>optional: 150 gr. ciocolata pentru glazura</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>5 linguri faina</p>
<p>6 linguri zahar</p>
<p>200 gr. unt moale</p>
<p>zeama de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca intr-o cratita oul batut, mierea, zaharul, laptele, untul si bicarbonatul. Pune la foc mic si amesteca in continuu. Cand ajunge ca o spuma ia de pe foc. Adauga faina treptat pana se formeaza un aluat bun de intins.</p>

Imparte aluatul in 4 si intinde 4 foi subtiri (va trebui sa te misti repede cu aluatul, pe masura ce se raceste se intareste si iti va fi mai greu sa-l intinzi). Eu folosesc hartie de copt ca sa nu se lipeasca aluatul de tava. Coc foile pe fundul tavii la 170 grade C pentru 4 minute. Pune foile deoparte. (eu le cladesc una peste alta cu tot cu hartia pe ele)</p>

Pentru crema, pune laptele, faina si zaharul (eu adaug mai intai o parte din faina, amestec si pe urma pun restul fainii, astfel evit cocoloasele) in tigaie si incalzeste pe foc amestecand in continuu pana incepe sa se intareasca (ca la budinca). Ia de pe foc si lasa sa se raceasca. Daca doresti sa nu faca pojghita, pune pe suprafata cremei o folie de plastic. In poza 4 din colajul de mai jos vezi cum arata crema dupa ce s-a racit, s-a intarit.</p>

<p>4. Cand s-a racit de tot adauga untul moale (e important ca untul sa fie  moale pentru ca astfel se va incorpora uniform in crema). Amesteca bine,  apoi toarna cate putin din zeama de lamaie si gusta crema, adaugand  lamaie pana cand ti se pare suficient.</p>

Aseaza o foaie pe care toarna o parte din crema de lamaie, intinde crema si aseaza urmatoarea foaie. Intinde gem de caise, un alt rand de foie si apoi inca unul de crema de lamaie. Incheie cu o alta foaie.</p>

Daca ai optat pentru glazura, topeste ciocolata impreuna cu 3 linguri de lapte. Toarna deasupra praiturii si pune la frigider.</p>

<p>3 lingurite branza de burduf</p>
<p>1 praz taiat marunt</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Pune faina, sarea, piperul si praful de copt intr-un bol. Amesteca impreuna oul, uleiul si laptele.</p>

<p>2. Adauga ingredientele lichide la cele uscate si amesteca. Adauga branza de burduf, prazul si casul razuit.</p>

<p>3 cepe mari de care doresti(eu am folosit 2 albe si una rosie)</p>
<p>ulei pentru prajit</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Amesteca cu ajutorul unui tel, intr-un bol faina, sarea, piperul, galbenusurile, uleiul si berea. Se va forma un aluat gros. Pune la frigider pentru 3-4 ore.</p>

<p>Cand eram mici, in weekenduri, mama obisnuia sa ne faca bundás kenyér, care e de fapt un fel de paine invelita in ou si prajita in ulei. Da, poate ca nu este cea mai sanatoasa gustare dar este asa de buna&#8230; Cu ceai sau cu un smoothie de fructe e un mic dejun perfect.</p>

<p>3 oua intregi</p>
<p>4 linguri lapte</p>

<p>1. Toarna ulei intr-o tigaie, cat sa acopere fundul acesteia.</p>

<p>250 gr. pesmet</p>
<p>6 oua fierte tare</p>
<p>450 ml smantana</p>
<p>200 gr. cas razuit</p>
<p>1,5 kg. cartofi fierti in coaja si apoi curatati</p>
<p>ulei, sare, piper</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1.Prajeste pesmetul cu 1 lingura de ulei intr-o tigaie pana se inchide la culoare (amestecand in continuu), da-l deoparte.<a href="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/pesmet.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-251" title="pesmet" src="http://rozealb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/pesmet-300x137.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="137" /></a></p>
<p>2.Intr-un vas rezistent la caldura pune un rand de cartofi taiati rondele, apoi ou tot rondele, smantana (daca e prea groasa subtiaz-o cu putin lapte), sare/piper si pesmet.</p>

Deasupra intinde un strat din casul razuit.</p>
