Nu numai ca se face rapid, dar e bun si cald si rece. Merge bine ca aperitiv. Noi am inceput sa mancam destul de des creveti in felul asta. Orezul capata un gust incredibil de la sucul crevetilor, unt si usturoi. Incearca si tu crevetii cu orez si mazare, prepararea dureaza mai putin de 15 minute cu tot cu fiertul orezului <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>150 grame orez cu bob lung (eu folosesc basmati)</p>
<p>300 g creveti (gata curatati)</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>4-5 linguri de unt</p>
<p>1 lingura ulei de masline</p>
<p>un pumn de mazare (eu am folosit congelata)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Mai inainte de toate, pune orezul la fiert in apa cu sare.</p>
<p>2. Pune untul si uleiul de masline in tigaie la foc mediu. Cand untul s-a topit adauga usturoiul pe care l-ai taiat marunt.</p>

<p>3. Usturoiul nu are nevoie de mai mult de un minut. Asa ca pe cand ai spalat crevetii deja e vremea sa-i adaugi in tigaie. Condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare si piper. Crevetii se fac destul de repede, iti dai seama ca sunt facuti cand devin rozalii. Toarna mazarea si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>400 gr. orez cu bobul rotund</p>
<p>1,3 l lapte</p>
<p>1 baton de vanilie sau 2 plicuri vanilie</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>6 linguri zahar alb</p>
<p>coaja de la 2 lamai</p>
<p>optional: 200 ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune orezul, zaharul, batonul de vanilie (sau zaharul vaniliat), sarea si laptele intr-o oala la foc mic. Lasa sa fiarba pana cand orezul e facut, cam 25-30 minute. Amesteca mereu.</p>

Opreste focul si lasa sa se odihneasca sub capac 5-10 minute pana absoarbe tot laptele.</p>

Scoate batonul de vanilie si adauga coaja de lamaie. Lasa sa se raceasca sau serveste cald.</p>

<p>4. Daca ai optat pentru a folosi si frisca, bate frisca si incorporeaza-o in orezul cu lapte, cand acesta s-a racit. Adaugarea a 200 ml de frisca batuta, va faca budinca mai pufoasa si nu o va lasa sa se intareasca, plus ii da si o aroma deosebita. Serveste orezul in lapte alaturi de <a title="Compot de rubarba" href="http://rozealb.com/?p=893" target="_blank">compot de rubarba</a>.</p>

Spun secreta intre ghilimele, pentru ca imi spune toate ingredientele ca sa se asigure ca le are in bucataria noastra <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Iata mai jos ultima minunatie, pui cu curry si smantana, servit cu orez. Marturisesc ca a fost fooarte gustos.</p>

<p>6 buc ceape verde</p>
<p>400 gr. morcovi</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>350 gr. piept de pui</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>1 lingurita plina praf de curry</p>
<p>300 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>sos de soia</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie pieptul de pui bucati mai mici si prajeste-l intr-o tigaie cu 2 linguri de ulei. Cand e facut, scoate-l din tigaie si pune-l deoparte. Adauga carnea cand tigaia si uleiul s-au incins.</p>

In tigaia in care ai pregatit puiul, pune morcovii pe care i-ai taiat julienne (felii lungi si subtiri), dupa 1 minut adauga usturoiul tocat marunt si ceapa taiata rondele.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Topeste intr-o tigaie untul peste care ai turnat si uleiul.</p>

Adauga ceapa taiata marunt si caleste-o timp de 3-4 minute pana se inmoaie si devine transparenta. Adauga boiaua. Amesteca.</p>

<p>5. Eu prefer sa-i servesc cu orez fiert in apa cu sare. Dar merg foarte bine si cu cartofi prajiti si salata de varza.</p>

<p>1. Hranesti 3-4 persoan cu aceasta cantitate.</p>
<p>2. Poti servi si cu cartofi prajiti sau piure si salata de varza.</p>

<p>3-4 morcovi</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>3 cartofi</p>
<p>1-2 bote telina</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>3 l apa</p>
<p>Perisoarele:</p>
<p>300 gr. carne tocata de vita (sau porc, sau amestec)</p>
<p>un pumn de orez</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>1 lingurita vegeta</p>
<p>La sfarsit se drege cu:</p>
<p>5 linguri smantana</p>
<p>zeama de la jumatate de lamaie</p>
<p>3-4 linguri bulion</p>
<p>1 pumn de patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata legumele si taie-le in bucati mici.</p>

<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1,5 cana orez cu bob rotund</p>
<p>1 lingura de ulei de masline</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>2 morcovi</p>
<p>7-8 ciuperci</p>
<p>800 ml supa de pui (sau 1 l de apa si 2 cuburi de concentrat de pui)</p>
<p>1 lingura patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>2 linguri unt</p>
<p>1 lingurita zeama de lamaie</p>

<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Curata morcovii, ciupercile si usturoiul. Taie morcovii si ciupercile bucati mai mici iar usturoiul toaca-l marunt. Pune supa la incalzit, trebuie sa fie fierbinte cand o folosesti.</p>
<p>2. Intr-o tigaie, incalzeste uleiul de masline si adauga usturoiul, dupa 30 de secunde adauga morcovii si apoi ciupercile. Caleste 5 minute amestecand din cand in cand.</p>

<p>3. Adauga orezul si prajeste totul 2-3 minute.</p>

Peste orezul prajit adauga un polonic de supa fierbinte si amesteca pana cand orezul a absorbit toata zeama. Repeta pana ti se termina supa. Gusta sa vezi daca orezul e facut, daca nu e facut mai adauga supa fierbinte. Asezoneaza cu sare si piper.</p>
