<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 l apa</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>500-600 gr. faina de malai (depinde cat de tare vrei sa fie)</p>
<p>300 gr. cas razuit (sau o combinatie, eu am folosit o parte moeciu, o parte branza burduf si o parte feta)</p>
<p>100 ml smantana</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune apa cu sare intr-o oala. Cand aceasta fierbe, adauga faina de malai in ploaie amestecand rapid cu telul. E important sa pui toata faina de la inceput, altfel ti se vor forma cocoloase. Fierbe 15-20 minute pana se intareste. Tine minte ca pe masura ce se raceste se va mai intari.</p>

<p>2. Intr-un vas mai mare incepe sa faci straturile. Pune mai intai cateva linguri de mamaliga, apoi 1 lingura de smantana si preseaza cu ajutorul unei linguri. Presara branza si iar un strat de mamaliga.</p>

<p>Nu inteleg de ce toti incearca sa dichiseasca balmosul cu tot felul de adaosuri complicate. El e bun prin simplitatea lui. De fapt, el este neam cu mamaliga, o verioara mai acruta de care tare ti-e dor, dar pe care totusi iti place s-o vezi rar. Pofticiosul meu stomac, ca imi place sa dau vina pe el, isi aminteste de balmos cam o data de doua ori pe an. Azi a fost una din zilele alea cand aveam mancare in frigider cat sa satur o familie intreaga si totusi mie imi era pofta de balmos. Sa nu credeti ca mi-am pus pofta in cui&#8230; iata reteta.</p>

<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 l lapte batut</p>
<p>2 linguri smantana</p>
<p>50 gr. unt</p>
<p>1 cana faina de malai</p>
<p>jumatate lingurita sare</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Pune laptele, smantana si untul intr-o oala pe foc si lasa-le sa se incalzeasca si untul sa se topeasca. Adauga sarea.</p>

Cand amestecul din oala a ajuns la temperatura de fierbere, amestecand continuu cu un tel, adauga faina de malai (ca la mamaliga). Fierbe amestecand in continuu timp de 10 minute sau pana malaiul s-a inmuiat si infoiat.</p>

Rastoarna totul intr-o farfurie mai mare. Daca vrei sa faci un model, poti pune cate o lingura din balmos pe farfurie formand o floare, cum am facut eu mai jos.</p>

<p>1 litru lapte batut</p>
<p>4 linguri smantana</p>
<p>jumatate unt sau margarina topita</p>
<p>2 oua batute</p>
<p>1 cana plina de zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar vaniliat</p>
<p>coaja de lamaie de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>1 lingurita de sare</p>
<p>1 plic praf de copt</p>
<p>50 ml ulei</p>
<p>2 cani jumatate de faina de malai (cat de fina gasesti)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune intr-un bol: laptele batut, smantana, untul topit, ouale batute, uleiul, zaharul si zaharul vaniliat si sarea.</p>

<p>2. Adauga coaja de lamaie si cele doua cani si jumatate de malai. Tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt si toarna aluatul, care e destul de lichid, dar asa trebuie sa fie.</p>
