<p>Aceasta este o reteta pe care am invatat-o in America, la cumnata mea. Este o ciorba pe care noi o savuram de fiecare data cu maare placere. Sper sa iti placa si tie.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>3-4 morcovi</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>3 cartofi</p>
<p>1-2 bote telina</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>3 l apa</p>
<p>Perisoarele:</p>
<p>300 gr. carne tocata de vita (sau porc, sau amestec)</p>
<p>un pumn de orez</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>1 lingurita vegeta</p>
<p>La sfarsit se drege cu:</p>
<p>5 linguri smantana</p>
<p>zeama de la jumatate de lamaie</p>
<p>3-4 linguri bulion</p>
<p>1 pumn de patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata legumele si taie-le in bucati mici.</p>

<p>2. Pune 3 l apa la fiert si adauga legumele cu sare. Lasa sa fiarba 15 minute.</p>

<p>3. Intre timp, amesteca carnea tocata cu ouale, vegeta si orezul. Formeaza chifle mici din aluat si pune-le in supa care fierbe. Lasa totul la foc potrivit timp de 20-25 minute.</p>

<p>4. Pune smantana cu bulionul intr-un bol, adauga un polonic din supa fierbinte, amesteca bine si apoi toarna in oala cu supa.</p>

<p>5. Toarna si lamaia si adauga sare daca mai este nevoie. Lasa sa dea 3-4 clocote si stinge focul. Adauga patrunjelul tocat.</p>

Este foarte usor de facut, numai sa nu uiti, supele clare se fierb la foc mic.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>8 morcovi</p>
<p>5 buc. patrunjel (radacina)</p>
<p>optional: o ceapa alba mica taiata foarte marunt.</p>
<p>1 capatana de conopida (nu foarte mare)</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>1 lingura vegeta</p>
<p>3 linguri patrunjel frunze tocat</p>
<p>sare, piper</p>
<p>200 gr. carne de porc sau pui sau vita</p>
<p>3 l apa</p>
<p>smantana</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1.Cureti morcovii si patrunjelul si le tai rondele (sau patratele, cum preferi). Pui oala pe foc si torni uleiul, cand e incalzit, adaugi legumele taiate rondele (si ceapa, daca ai optat pentru aceasta). Calesti totul pentru 3-4 minute, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>

<p>2.In timp ce legumele se calesc, tai carnea bucatele mici si o prajesti in putin ulei. O pui deoparte.</p>

<p>3.Dupa ce legumele s-au calit, adaugi 3 l apa la temperatura camerei, lingura de vegeta, piper si putina sare. Lasi totul sa fiarba 20-30 minute.</p>

<p>4.Cureti si tai buchetele mici conopida, o speli si o adaugi supei care a fiert deja, adauga si carnea. Mai lasi sa fiarba cel putin 40 minute la foc mic sau pana conopida e facuta si moale.</p>
<p>5.Stinge focul, adauga patrunjelul tocat si serveste cu smantana.</p>

Din cand in cand cumpar mai multe kilograme de morcovi, ii curat, ii spal si ii tai in diferite forme (patratele, rondele, julienne, bucati mai mari). Ii impart pe portii si ii pun in pungi la congelator. Cand gatesc peste saptamana (sau cand apar musafiri surpriza) mi-e foarte usor sa scot de la congelator ingredientele si sa le arunc direct in tigaie. La fel fac cu multe legume si fruncte: congelez de asemenea fructe de padure, strugurasi, capsuni; fasole, mazare si brocolli (pe acestea le oparesc cateva minute in apa fiarta dupa care le dau prin apa cu gheata) si multe altele. Pe masura ce vor aparea in retete, am sa va mai spun despre ele.</p>
<p>Congelez mai mereu deserturi: muffins, pancakes (clatite americane), tort de ciocolata, etc.</p>
<p>Nu congela niciodata: maioneaza, oua gatite, branza de vaci sau ricotta, smantana, oua intregi sau supe si tocanite facute cu ingroseli.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt post am sa va spun cum pastra bunica fructele peste iarna, ea nu avea congelator sau frigider <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
