<p>Daca vei decide sa gatesti cu drag aceasta reteta, te vei simti rasfatat cand vei gusta si vei uita toata munca, desi, intre noi fie vorba, briosele sunt extrem de usor de facut. Eu am folosit banane pe care le aveam in congelator de acum cateva saptamani si am facut portie dubla, 24 de muffinuri. Reteta de mai jos e pentru 12 bucati.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>240 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>70 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 lingurita esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>jumate lingurita praf de scortiosoara</p>
<p>110 g zahar brun</p>
<p>2 banane coapte</p>
<p>300 g faina alba</p>
<p>80 g tarate de grau</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>un sfert de lingurita de sare</p>
<p>100 g bucatele de ciocolata</p>
<p>optional: 100 g bucatele de nuca</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 200 grade C si pregateste-ti o tava de briose.</p>
<p>2. Pune faina alba si taratele, sarea, praful de copt, scortisoara intr-un bol. Adauga si bucatile de ciocolata si bucatile de nuca.</p>

<p>3. Mixeaza ouale si zaharul impreuna, adauga laptele batut, esenta de vanilie, uleiul si bananele pe care le-ai facut piure cu furculita.</p>

<p>4. Toarna amestecul lichid peste cel uscat si amesteca doar pana se omogenizeaza, nu amesteca mult altfel nu vor creste frumos la cuptor.</p>

<p>5. Imparte aluatul cu ajutorul unei linguri in &#8216;paharelele&#8217; de hartie si da la cuptor pentru 15-20 minute.</p>

<p>100 gr. unt sau margarina</p>
<p>300 gr. zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita vanilie</p>
<p>240 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>1 lingurita otet</p>
<p><strong>Pentru crema:</strong></p>
<p>250 ml lapte</p>
<p>3 linguri faina alba</p>
<p>200 gr. unt moale</p>
<p>200 gr. zahar pudra</p>
<p>1 lingurita vanilie</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Lasa ouale si untul la temperatura camerei pentru 30 de minute inainte sa te apuci de treaba.</p>
<p>2. Porneste cuptorul la 180 grade si pregateste-ti 2 tavi rotunde de 28 cm diametru. Tapeteaza-le cu hartie de copt sau unge-le cu margarina si da-le cu faina.</p>

<p>3. Intr-un bol mare pune untul taiat cubulete. Mixeaza-l cateva secunde, apoi adauga zaharul amestecand pana se omogenizeaza. Adauga vanilia.</p>

<p>4. Batand cu mixerul toarna pe rand ouale. Adauga un ou, apoi mixeaza bine compozitia, adauga si cel de-al doilea ou si amesteca pana se inorporeaza bine.</p>

<p>5. Adauga praful de cacao si amesteca bine. Amesteca faina cu praful de copt si sarea si adauga la compozitie. Toarna si otetul.</p>

<p>6. E momentul sa adaugi laptele batut. Optional, poti adauga colorant rosu pentru a da o culoare mai interesanta tortului. Eu am adaugat cateva picaturi de colorant rosu in laptele batut.</p>

<p>7. Imparte aluatul in cele 2 tavi si niveleaza cat poti. Coace in cuptorul incins 30 minute.</p>

<p>8. Pregateste-ti crema. Reteta o gasesti <a title="Crema cu lapte si faina" href="http://rozealb.com/deserturi/crema-cu-lapte-si-faina/" target="_blank">aici</a>.</p>
<p>Asamblarea tortului e simpla. Aseaza o foaie de tort, unge cu crema, aseaza urmatoarea foaie. Daca vrei sa imbraci tortul cum am facut eu, incepe sa imbraci marginea si abia apoi acopera partea de sus a tortului.</p>
<p>Eu am folosit fulgi de migdale pe care le-am prajit putin. Dar poti orna cum doresti si cum iti place.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cand ne-am casatorit, una din intrebarile sotului meu a fost daca imi place sau nu sa am casa plina, daca musafirii sunt un stres sau ma bucur de ei. 8 ani mai tarziu aveam 14 musafiri in doua ture intr-o singura zi, asa ca e evident ce am raspuns. Cand avem invitati la masa cel mai greu imi este sa decid desertul. Am cateva prajituri rapide si delicioase care ma scot intotdeauna din bucluc. Una din ele este tortul cu cocos si nuca. E cu lapte batut, din cauza aceasta aluatul nu e deloc uscat, are in compozitie nuca de cocos si nuca tocata fin, e imbracat intr-o crema de branza si unt&#8230;. dar mai bine mai jos reteta <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>150 gr. fulgi de cocos</p>
<p>75 gr. nuca macinata</p>
<p>o portie de <strong>Crema cu mascarpone</strong></p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Lasa ouale si untul la temperatura camerei cel putin 30 minute inainte de a le folosi.</p>
<p>2. Porneste cuptorul sa se incinga la 180 grade C. Separa ouale, albusurile intr-un bol si galbenusurile in altul. Pune faina si praful de copt intr-un bol.</p>

<p>3. Bate untul cu mixerul 30 de secunde apoi adauga zaharul treptat mixand in continuu. Bate bine pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>5. Tot folosind mixerul incorporeaza faina si laptele batut. Adauga alternativ cate o lingura mare de faina si cate una de lapte batut.</p>

<p>7. Bate albusurile spuma tare. Asigura-te ca bolul si ustensilele sunt foarte curate si pune un varf de cutit de sare in albusuri. Pune o lingura din spuma in aluat si amesteca bine, adauga apoi si restul de albusuri amestecand cu grija ca aluatul sa ramana cat mai aerat posibil. Nu amesteca mult, cu cat mai putin cu atat mai bine.</p>

<p>8. Toarna aluatul in 2 forme rotunde de 28 cm pe care le-ai uns cu grasime si le-ai tapetat cu faina (sau le-ai tapetat cu hartie de copt). Da-le la cuptorul incins sa se coaca 25 minute.  Cand sunt gata, taie fiecare tort in jumatate. Vei obtine astfel 4 foi destul de grosute. Pune una din foi pe platou unge-o cu crema (ai mai jos reteta), aseaz-o pe urmatoarea si tot asa. Apoi imbraca si exteriorul tortului cu crema ramasa si decoreaza cum doresti. <p>Eu folosesc mixerul pentru a face crema. E foarte important ca untul sa fie foarte moale iar branza mascarpone sa stea 30 min cel putin la temeratura camerei ca sa nu fie tare.</p>
<p>Bate untul cu zaharul pudra pana se formeaza o spuma.  Adauga mascarponele si mai mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>10 bucati din pui, ce doresti: pulpe, aripi, piept (eu am folosit o combinatie)</p>
<p>500 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>piper</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar</p>
<p>2 cani cereale de porumb</p>
<p>1 cana faina alba</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune 250 ml din laptele batut, impreuna cu zaharul si sarea. Pune bucatile de carne in aceasta combinatie si da la frigider pentru 2-4 ore.</p>

Strecoara carnea, usca cu ajutorul unor servetele. Zdrobeste cerealele de porumb.</p>

Toarna peste cereale faina. Sareaza si pipereaza. Amesteca. Intr-un alt bol, toarna restul de 250 ml lapte batut.</p>

Da carnea prin amestecul uscat, apoi prin laptele batut si iar prin amestecul uscat. Aseaza pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Da la cutorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 20 minute, redu focul la 160 grade C si mai lasa 40 minute.</p>

<p>Daca doresti, poti praji puiul in ulei. Asigura-te doar ca uleiul este foarte fierbinte cand adaugi carnea.</p>
<p>De asemenea, poti scoate din reteta cerealele de porumb, in acest caz pune mai multa faina alba.</p>
<p>Pentru varianta picanta, adauga ardei iuti tocati marunt in amestecul pentru marinata sau sos chilli si pune mai multe piper.</p>

<div>750 ml lapte batut (lapte batut la  punga, sau iaurt)</div>
<div>8 oua;</div>
<div>ulei;</div>
<div>sare;</div>

<div>Cum procedezi:</div>
<div>1. Decongeleaza foile de placinta &#8211; fie le lasi pana a doua zi in  frigider fie le scoti din congelator la temperatura camerei cu cateva ore  inainte de a le prepara. Nu e recomandata decongelarea lor rapida, in  cuptorul cu microunde sau pe calorifer, intrucat se deterioreaza si  devin foarte greu de manevrat.</div>
<div>Porneste cuptorul si fixeaza la temperatura de 180 grade C.</div>
<div>2. Framanta  branza cu 1 ou.</div>

<div>3. Unge tava cu ulei. Desfa cu grija pachetul de foi in prealabil decongelate. Aseaza foile pe latime (&#8220;landscape&#8221;)  pe masa de lucru. Desprinde prima foaie cu grija sa nu se rupa,  unge foaia cu ulei &#8211; toata suprafata foii trebuie sa fie unsa. Presara branza pe jumatatea dreapta a foii, acopera partea cu branza  cu jumatatea libera si increteste foaia astfel umpluta cu ajutorul  ambelor maini. Rezulta un sul incretit, care il tai in lat in trei  parti egale. Aseaza in  tava cele trei bucati, una langa cealalta cu grija sa nu ramana loc  intre ele. Procedeaza in acelasi mod cu toate celelalte foi pana se acopera toata  suprafata tavii. Bucatile de placinta pot fi aranjate si rearanjate  astfel incat sa nu ramana locuri neacoperite.</div>

<div>4. Bate bine restul de oua, adauga 1-2 lingurite de sare (compozitia  trebuie sa fie destul de sarata). Peste oua toarna laptele batut sau  iaurtul si amesteca bine.</div>

<div>5. Laptele batut cu oua se toarna peste bucatile de placinta, cu ajutorul  unui polonic, avand grija ca toate bucatile, chiar si cele care sunt mai  ridcate, sa fie atinse de compozitie ca sa se rumeneasca frumos.</div>

<div>6. Da tava la cuptor. Dupa un timp (cca. 10 min) placinta incepe sa  creasca. Dupa aprox 15 min se poate reduce temperatura cuptorului la 160  grade C), ca sa nu se rumeneasca prea repede si sa se patrunda bine.</div>
<div>Cand e rumenita placinta  (aproximativ 45 min), o scoti din cuptor si o acoperi cu un stergar.  Desi e crescuta cand e scoasa din cuptor, ea se mai lasa dupa ce se  raceste.</div>

<div>1. Cu cat e mai multa branza (branza de oi e cea mai potrivita pentru  placinta asta) si cu cat folosesti mai multe oua , cu atat e mai  buna. O poti face si cu 1 kg de branza si  cu 10 oua la tava, e foarte  buna si consistenta totodata.</div>
<div>2. Foile trebuie unse bine &#8211; nu trebuie sa balteasca, dar placinta trebuie  sa aiba grasime. In Dobrogea se foloseste untura de porc si e ffff  buna!</div>
<div>3. Placinta trebuie sa fie sarata, daca e doar neutra ca gust, nu are haz!  Prin urmare, daca branza nu e prea sarata, se mai poate adauga sare  cand se amesteca cu oul.</div>
<div>4. Eu  fac de regula din doua pachete de foi, 2 tavi, caz in care pun 1 litru  de lapte batut si 10 oua. Eventual, daca am, pun mai mult de 500 gr  branza. Daca nu, impart branza de la inceput in doua ca sa imi ajunga la  ambele tavi.</div>
<div>5. Desi  poate parea complicat, toata procedura de umplere a foilor dureaza max.  10 min, cu un pic de exercitiu 5 min pentru un pachet de foi:).</div>
