<p>Poate stii ca iaurtul cu miere si nuci este specific grecesc, poate chiar l-ai gustat intr-un restaurant sau chiar in Grecia. De asemenea, poate ai uitat ca poti sa-l servesti si acasa, de aceea m-am hotarat sa-ti amintesc de el. Este extrem de simplu de facut, nu ai nevoie de cantitati specifice, ajustezi in functie de preferintele tale. Este sanatos, extrem de gustos si daca il servesti la micul dejun e chiar dietetic <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>Iaurt simplu cat mai cremos (iaurtul grecesc e ideal, eu am folosit Milii iaurt cremos)</p>
<p>Miez de nuca rupt in bucati mai mari sau mai mici, in functie de preferintele tale</p>
<p>Miere, din nou cate lingurite doresti.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Toarna iaurtul intr-un recipient in care doresti sa servesti.</p>

Noua ne place foarte mult si in combinatia cu ardei  iuti din aproape fiecare fel de mancare si cu ceaiul plin de lamaie, se  pare ca se formeaza un scut antiraceala <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Un prieten drag noua, ne-a spus ca in Moldova se pune nuca si miere in mujdei, n-am incercat inca, poate incerci tu si ne spui si noua cum e <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>3 linguri usturoi ras (variaza cantitatea in functie de cat de tare vrei mujdeiul)</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>jumate lingurita sare</p>
<p>8 linguri iaurt (eu folosesc iaurt de la Milli Life+)</p>
<p>2-3 linguri smantana</p>
<p>1 legatura de patrunjel</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Stiu ca multi freaca usturoiul cu uleiul, eu nu fac asta, nu am un motiv anume, doar din comoditate <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Eu pun iaurtul cu smantana intr-un bol, le amestec bine.</p>

<p>225 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>180 gr. zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri seminte de mac</p>
<p>coaja de la 2 lamai</p>
<p>180 gr. unt</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>100 ml iaurt simplu</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum prcedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intr-un bol amesteca faina, zaharul, praful copt, semintele de mac si coaja de lamaie.</p>

<p>2. Bate ouale si amesteca-le cu iaurtul.</p>

<p>3. Topeste untul si adauga-l la ingredientele uscate. Toarna apoi si ouale cu iaurtul in compozitie. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>4. Umple paharelele de hartie pentru briose. Da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade pentru 20 minute.</p>

<p>Daca vrei sa le servesti dichisite cu crema deasupra: amesteca 200 gr. unt moale cu 350 gr. zahar pudra si zeama de la 1 lamaie. Cu ajutorul unui cutit sau cu seringa de ornat, cum alegi, imbraca partea de deasupra a fiecarei briose.</p>

<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Pt. blat:</p>
<p>300 gr biscuiti digestivi</p>
<p>100 gr unt (o jumatate de pachet)</p>
<p>Pt crema:</p>
<p>400 gr iaurt</p>
<p>100 gr zahar</p>
<p>300 gr smantana dulce (pentru frisca)</p>
<p>2 plicuri gelatina</p>
<p>fructe proaspete sau din compot</p>
<p>Pt decor:</p>
<p>fructe</p>
<p>1 plic Tort- Gelee</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Blat:</p>
<p>Zdrobeste biscuitii si topeste untul. Toarna untul peste biscuiti, amesteca biscuitii cu untul intr-un vas de sticla sau melamina, nu de plastic, deoarece acesta absoabe grasimea. Apoi cu ajutorul unei linguri aseaza biscuitii in mod egal in forma de tort apasand bine.</p>

<p>Crema:</p>
<p>1. Inmoaie gelatina in sucul de la compot sau in apa, urmand pasii de pe plic. Atentie: gelatina nu trebuie sa fiarba, se incalzeste doar ca sa se dizolve complet.</p>

<p>2. Intr-un vas amesteca iaurtul cu zaharul. Peste acestea adauga gelatina dizolvata. Bate frisca. Intre timp mai amesteca in compozitia de iaurt si gelatina ca sa nu se intareasca. Adauga frisca batuta la iaurt apoi fructele. Compozitia obtinuta rastoarn-o peste blat. Pune la rece pana se intareste crema, aproximativ 3 ore.</p>

<p>3. Pentru decor: dupa ce s-a intarit crema, se dizolva plicul de Tort-Gelee si se fierbe un minut. Fructele pentru decor se aseaza peste crema apoi se toarna gelatina peste ele. Gelatina nu se toarna fierbinte dar nici nu trebuie lasata sa se raceasca de tot.</p>
