<p>O alta supa pe care o mananc de cand ma stiu este supa de galuste de gris. Am invatat s-o fac uitandu-ma la mama cum o gatea. Stiu ca galustele sunt o provocare, la inceputuri am avut si eu cateva esecuri, cu niste galuste tari ca perele necoapte <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Dar daca veti respecta ce va spun mai jos s-ar putea sa va iasa din prima, cel putin asa sper.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>7 buc. morcovi mari</p>
<p>5 buc. patrunjel radacina</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>1 lingura vegeta sau 1 cub de supa de pui (optional)</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei</p>
<p>5 l apa</p>
<p>1 lingura patrunjel tocat.</p>
<p>Pt galuste:</p>
<p>2 oua intregi mari (in acest caz e importanta marimea oualor)</p>
<p>1 lingura de ulei</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>9 linguri gris</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata si spala bine morcovii si patrunjelul. Apoi taie legumele marunt.</p>

<p>2. Pune uleiul intr-o oala, cand acesta s-a infierbatat adauga legumele si caleste-le 2-3 minute amestecand continuu.</p>

<p>3. Adauga apa rece, sare si piper (daca doresti poti adauga si un cub knorr de supa de pui sau 1 lingura de vegeta). Fierbe totul 10 minute.</p>

<p>4. Dupa 10 minute lasa supa pe foc sa fiarba in continuare si incepe sa pregatesti galustele. Bate ouale, adauga uleiul, sare si piper si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>5. Toarna cate o  lingura de gris, amestecand circular cu ajutorul unei furculite. Lasa compozitia sa stea 10 minute, timp in care grisul se va umfla. Dupa 10 minute verifica textura aluatului de galuste, atunci cand treci cu furculita trebuie sa lase timp de 3-4 secunde o dara in urma ei. Daca aluatul e prea moale, mai adauga 1 lingura de gris.</p>

<p>6. Da focul la minim si pune cate o lingura de aluat in supa (nu umple lingura, iti vor iesi niste galuste gigant, gandeste-te ca aproape se tripleaza in dimensiune. Iti va fi mai usor daca vei umezi lingura de cate ori vei lua din aluat si vei da drumul galustelor de pe lingura tot in lichidul din supa).</p>

<p>7. Lasa totul sa fiarba la foc mic, sub capac timp de 10-15 minute. Adauga  patrunjelul, gusta si asezoneaza daca mai este nevoie. Las-o cateva  minute deoparte sub capac sa se odihneasca, galustele vor continua sa se  umfle.</p>

<p>Un desert delicios, fooooaaarte simplu de facut, rapid si mancabil imediat ce s-a racit putin.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 l lapte</p>
<p>1 cana faina de gris</p>
<p>5 linguri zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar vaniliat</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Toarna laptele intr-o tigaie si pune pe foc sa se incalzeasca. Adauga zaharul, vanilia si sarea.</p>

<p>2. Cand laptele e fierbinte, adauga in ploaie faina de gris amestecand cu un tel. Tine pe foc pana cand incepe sa se intareasca.</p>

<p>3. Ia de pe foc si pune-l in forme, orice forme, imediat ce se va intari va iesi din orice forma. Eu am folosit o tava de silicon cu un decor floare, dar poti folosi boluri sau pahare din care grisul va iesi frumos. Daca formele nu sunt din portelan, sticla sau silicon, uda mai intai forma cu apa rece.</p>

<p>4. Serveste cu sos sau gem de capsuni, sau cu sos de ciocolata sau cu cacao presarata deasupra. Eu am ales sosul de capsuni de data aceasta.</p>
