<p><strong>Ingredinte:</strong></p>
<p>1.5 kg fasole verde sau galbena proaspata</p>
<p>apa</p>
<p>2 cepe mari</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>4 catei usturoi</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>1 pumn de patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pui fasolea la fiert in apa cu sare doar cat sa o acopere.</p>

Dupa ce a fiert si e moale, ia 2-3 polonice cu fasole si zeama si mixeaza in blender pana se formeaza o pasta. Pasta formata  pune-o inapoi peste fasolea din tigaie.</p>

Intr-un alt vas caleste ceapa tocata in uleiul de masline, pana incepe sa se caramelizeze, cam 5 minute. Adauga peste mancarea de fasole.</p>

Adauga si usturoiul tocat marunt. Condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare si piper. Fierbe la foc mic inca 5 minute, sub capac.</p>
