<p>Iata ca revin dupa un concediu absolut minunat si plin de inspiratie. Daca ai ocazia sa vizitezi Croatia, n-o ocoli. Locuri superbe, oameni calzi si primitori, civilizatie, istorie, mancare buna&#8230; eu cred ca am sa ma reintorc cat de curand. Dar sa revenim la reteta pe care ti-o propun azi: placinta cu fructe de padure. Servita langa ceai sau la sfarsitul unei mese copioase e desertul perfect pentru perioada asta a anului. Poti combina tot felul de fructe de padure, in functie de ce gasesti sau ce ai pe acasa, dar nu uita sa ajustezi cantitatea de zahar pentru ca unele sunt mai acre ca altele.</p>

<p><strong>Pentru aluat:</strong></p>
<p>Daca nu ai timp sa faci un aluat, poti cumpara din magazin aluat de foietaj, va functiona la fel de bine si va fi mult mai rapid.<strong><br />
</strong></p>
<p>420 g faina alba</p>
<p>150 g unt moale</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita sare</p>
<p>10 linguri apa rece</p>
<p><strong>Pentru umplutura:</strong></p>
<p>3 cani zmeura</p>
<p>2 cani afine</p>
<p>50 g faina alba</p>
<p>180 g zahar</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita scortisoara (praf)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Incazeste cuptorul la 180 grade celsius.</p>
<p>Pregateste-ti umplutura si pune-o deoparte.</p>
<p>Toarna zaharul, faina si scortisoara intr-un bol. Amesteca.</p>

<p>Adauga fructele si amesteca pana se acopera toate bine cu amestecul de zahar.</p>

<p>Pentru aluat, pune faina si sarea intr-un bol. Taie untul bucatele si adauga-l fainii. Strange intre palme amestecul pana cand obtii un amestec faramicios.</p>

<p>Toarna apa treptat pana cand obtii un aluat numai bun de intins.</p>

<p>Imparte aluatul in doua si intinde doua cercuri potrivit de mari cat sa acopere fundul si marginile tavii in care vei pune placinta.</p>
<p>Aseaza o foaie de aluat pe tava, asigurandu-te ca nu are gauri si ca marginile tavii sunt acoperite de asemenea.</p>

<p>Tranfera umplutura pe care ai pregatit-o mai devreme in tava, uniformizeaza cat poti. Taie cea de-a doua foaie de aluat in fasii subtiri, apoi impleteste fasiile peste umplutura.</p>

<p>Daca doresti, unge fasiile de aluat cu lapte si presara niste zahar deasupra.</p>
<p>Introdu tava in cuptorul incins si coace pentru 30 minute sau pana cand umplutura incepe sa lase zeama, vei vedea ca se vor forma niste bule de zeama, iar aluatul va prinde culoare.</p>

<p>Cu acest aluat poti face orice tarta dulce cu fructe sau cu umplutura de ciocolata sau vanilie. E simplu de facut si poti pune in folie la congelator pana la 6 luni.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>250 g faina alba</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>1 lingura de zahar</p>
<p>170 g unt rece taiat cubulete</p>
<p>5 linguri apa rece + 1 ou batut</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Intr-un castron mare aseaza faina, zaharul si sarea. Pune bucatile de unt si faramateaza cu mainile sau cu 2 furculite (sau foloseste robotul de bucatarie daca il ai).</p>

<p>Din seria muffins vin si muffinurile cu unt de arahide si banane. O combinatie interesanta, foarte americana <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> , dar buna. Aceasta varianta am preluat-o de la Rachel Allen, mi s-a parut cea mai tentanta. Am modificat-o foarte putin, in sensul ca a ei era cu fulgi de ovaz, iar eu i-am inlocuit cu faina alba, dar daca vrei poti inlocui cateva linguri de faina alba cu fulgi de ovaz si vor fi exact ca muffinurile lui Rachel Allen <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>320 g faina alba</p>
<p>1 plic praf de copt</p>
<p>2 banane</p>
<p>100 g unt de arahide (crocant ar fi de preferat)</p>
<p>75 g zahar</p>
<p>50 g unt</p>
<p>250 ml lapte</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 grade C. Pregateste-ti 12 paharele de hartie pentru briose pe o tava.</p>

<p>2. Sparge ouale intr-un bol mai mare si bate-le putin. Adauga zaharul si mixeaza sau bate cu telul in continuare pana se omogenizeaza bine.</p>

<p>3. Adauga untul de arahide si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>4. Topeste untul si adauga-l si pe aceasta, de asemenea toarna laptele in compozitie. Amesteca bine sa se omogenizeze toate ingredientele.</p>

<p>5. Decojeste bananele si fa-le piure (eu le zdrobesc cu furculita pe o farfurie). Adauga-le compozitiei de mai sus.</p>

<p>6. Intr-un alt bol combina faina cu praful de copt apoi toarn-o peste aluat si amesteca cu telul sau cu o lingura doar de cateva ori, cat sa se inglobeze faina. Incearca sa amesteci cat de putin se poate, altfel briosele nu iti vor creste.</p>

<p>Prajitura cu visine este clasica, traditionala in orice familie din Ardeal. Se face rapid, cu resurse putine, cu ceea ce ai prin casa si prin gradina cum s-ar zice <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . E o varianta excelenta si pentru copiii tai, cu siguranta vor fi incantati. Eu am pregatit-o ca s-o savurez langa un ceai aburind impreuna cu prietenele in seara asta.</p>

<p>4 oua</p>
<p>10 linguri cu varf de zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>10 linguri apa rece</p>
<p>10 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>250 g faina alba</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>un compot de 400 ml de visine fara samburi</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune ouale intr-un bol impreuna cu zaharul. Amesteca bine cu mixerul pana se umfla toata compozitia putin, cam 2 minute.</p>

<p>2. Batand in continuare cu mixerul, adauga cate o lingura de apa pana cand o termini. Procedeaza la fel si cu uleiul.</p>

<p>5. Unge cu ulei si tapeteaza cu faina o forma de copt. Pune jumate din visine pe fundul tavii. Toarna aluatul in tava si adauga si restul de visine deasupra. Introdu in cuptorul incins la 170 de grade pentru 30-35 minute.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>300 g ciocolata 80-85 % cacao</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>50 g pudra de cacao</p>
<p>1,5 lingurita bicarbonat</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>150 g faina alba (inlocuitor de faina sau migdale zdrobite)</p>
<p>240 g zahar neprelucrat (sau brun sau alb pur si simplu)</p>
<p>100 g unt moale</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Da prin sita ingredientele uscate: faina, cacaua, bicarbonatul, sarea si pune deoparte intr-un bol.</p>

<p>2. Rupe ciocolata in bucati intr-un bol rezistent la caldura si aseaza desupra unei oale cu apa care fierbe (ai grija ca fundul vasului in care ai pus ciocolata sa nu atinga apa care fierbe). Lasa ciocolata sa se topeasca.</p>

<p>3. Bate untul cu zaharul pana devine mai pal la culoare. Adauga un ou, amesteca, cand acesta s-a incorporat bine adauga si pe cel de-al doilea si amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Acum amesteca toate ingredientele impreuna. Toarna amestecul uscat si ciocolata topita peste untul cu zahar. Amesteca bine si pune aluatul la frigider 5 minute sau pana cand se intareste putin ca sa poti modela bile din el.</p>

<p>5. Modeleaza bile de marimea unei mingi de golf sau mai mici. Aseaza pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, ai grija sa lasi distanta suficienta intre ele ca sa nu se lipeasca cand vor sta la cuptor. Ca sa modelezi mai usor, pudreaza-ti mainile cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>6. Introdu tavile la cuptorul incins la 160 grade C pentru 15 minute. Scoate de la cuptor si lasa sa se raceasca in tava, se vor intari pe masura ce se racesc.</p>

Baigli e o prajitura care arata ca un cozonac , dar are aluat fraged si umplutura e din belsug. Cel cu mac e preferatul meu si parca dupa cateva zile mi se pare si mai bun.</p>

<p>10 linguri zahar (poate chiar 12-15 in functie de cat de dulce doresti sa fie)</p>
<p>jumate lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 plic de drojdie uscata</p>
<p>150 ml lapte caldut</p>
<p><em>Iti ies 4 baigli din cantitatea de mai sus.</em></p>
<p><em>Cantitatile de la umpluturi sunt pentru 4 baigli, daca vrei sa faci 2 cu mac si 2 cu nuca, injumatateste cantitatile.</em></p>

<p>500 g mac macinat</p>
<p>1 lingura esenta de vanilie (naturala) sau 2 linguri zahar vaniliat</p>

<p>Amesteca macul macinat cu zaharul, vanilia si laptele pe care l-ai incalzit in prealabil. Adauga si coaja de lamaie sau stafidele, daca ai optat pentru ele. Lasa sa stea deoparte 10 minute pana se absoarbe bine laptele.<strong><br />

<p>3. Rastoarna totul pe o suprafata presarata cu faina si framanta doar pana cand se formeaza un aluat bun de intins.</p>

<p>4. Imparte aluatul in 4. Intinde fiecare foie cat mai subtire. Pune umplutura si formeaza o rulada. Repeta cu fiecare din cele 4 bucati de aluat.</p>

<p>5. Aseaza in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si unge cu galbenus. Lasa sa stea 15 minute. Intre timp incalzeste cuptorul la 170 grade C. Da tava la cuptor pentru 20 minute-25 minute sau pana cand se rumeneste bine deasupra.</p>

<p>Daca vei decide sa gatesti cu drag aceasta reteta, te vei simti rasfatat cand vei gusta si vei uita toata munca, desi, intre noi fie vorba, briosele sunt extrem de usor de facut. Eu am folosit banane pe care le aveam in congelator de acum cateva saptamani si am facut portie dubla, 24 de muffinuri. Reteta de mai jos e pentru 12 bucati.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>240 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>70 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 lingurita esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>jumate lingurita praf de scortiosoara</p>
<p>110 g zahar brun</p>
<p>2 banane coapte</p>
<p>300 g faina alba</p>
<p>80 g tarate de grau</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>un sfert de lingurita de sare</p>
<p>100 g bucatele de ciocolata</p>
<p>optional: 100 g bucatele de nuca</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 200 grade C si pregateste-ti o tava de briose.</p>
<p>2. Pune faina alba si taratele, sarea, praful de copt, scortisoara intr-un bol. Adauga si bucatile de ciocolata si bucatile de nuca.</p>

<p>3. Mixeaza ouale si zaharul impreuna, adauga laptele batut, esenta de vanilie, uleiul si bananele pe care le-ai facut piure cu furculita.</p>

<p>4. Toarna amestecul lichid peste cel uscat si amesteca doar pana se omogenizeaza, nu amesteca mult altfel nu vor creste frumos la cuptor.</p>

<p>5. Imparte aluatul cu ajutorul unei linguri in &#8216;paharelele&#8217; de hartie si da la cuptor pentru 15-20 minute.</p>

<p>Nu eram eu mare fan checuri, pentru ca imi pareau plictisitoare, am scris &#8216;pareau&#8217; pentru ca mi-a trecut intre timp <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Acest chec nu e deloc plictisitor, e plin de aroma, nu e uscat si e plin textura, iar de miros nu mai vorbesc, scortisoara si portocala, nuca si morcovii iti trezesc sentimentul ca e Craciun <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>450 g faina alba</p>
<p>200 g unt moale</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de scortisoara</p>
<p>jumate de lingurita de sare</p>
<p>250 g zahar brun</p>
<p>100-120 g zahar alb</p>
<p>2 linguri zeama de lamaie+ 2 linguri coaja</p>
<p>2 linguri zeama de portocala + 2 linguri coaja</p>
<p>500 g morcovi razuiti marunt</p>
<p>150 g nuca taiata bucati</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca intr-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, sarea, praful de copt, scortisoara.</p>

<p>2. Intr-un alt bol mixeaza untul moale cu zaharul. Adauga 2 oua intregi, amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza, apoi adauga celelalte 2 oua si procedeaza la fel. Adauga coaja de lamaie.</p>

<p>4. Pune si nuca pe care ai taiat-o bucati cat de marunt doresti.</p>

<p>5. Toarna jumate din amestecul uscat peste aluat si amesteca cu o  lingura mare. Toarna si zeama de portocale si lamaie, amesteca.  Adauga  si restul de faina.</p>

<p>6. Unge cu unt si tapeteaza cu faina o tava. Toarna aluatul in ea si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 50 minute.</p>

<p>7. Scoate tava din cuptor si rastoarna checul pe un platou de servit. Daca doresti, poti pune deasupra un amestec de zeama de lamaie si portocala amestecat cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>200 g unt moale<br />
370 g zahar<br />
4 oua<br />
400 g faina<br />
2 linguri esenta de vanilie<br />
1 praf de copt<br />
250 ml lapte<br />
Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180 grade C.</p>
<p>2. Pune untul moale intr-un bol si mixeaza-l impreuna cu zaharul si vanilia pentru 2-3 minute.</p>

Cand avem invitati la masa cel mai greu imi este sa decid desertul. Am cateva prajituri rapide si delicioase care ma scot intotdeauna din bucluc. Una din ele este tortul cu cocos si nuca. E cu lapte batut, din cauza aceasta aluatul nu e deloc uscat, are in compozitie nuca de cocos si nuca tocata fin, e imbracat intr-o crema de branza si unt&#8230;. dar mai bine mai jos reteta <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>200 gr. unt moale</p>
<p>5 oua</p>
<p>300 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>1 pachet praf de copt</p>
<p>300 gr. zahar</p>
<p>1 zahar vaniliat</p>
<p>250 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>150 gr. fulgi de cocos</p>
<p>75 gr. nuca macinata</p>
<p>o portie de <strong>Crema cu mascarpone</strong></p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Lasa ouale si untul la temperatura camerei cel putin 30 minute inainte de a le folosi.</p>
<p>2. Porneste cuptorul sa se incinga la 180 grade C. Separa ouale, albusurile intr-un bol si galbenusurile in altul. Pune faina si praful de copt intr-un bol.</p>

<p>3. Bate untul cu mixerul 30 de secunde apoi adauga zaharul treptat mixand in continuu. Bate bine pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>4. Adauga cate un galbenus amestecand bine dupa fiecare adaugare.</p>

<p>5. Tot folosind mixerul incorporeaza faina si laptele batut. Adauga alternativ cate o lingura mare de faina si cate una de lapte batut.</p>

<p>6. Toarna fulgii de cocos si nuca macinata si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>7. Bate albusurile spuma tare. Asigura-te ca bolul si ustensilele sunt foarte curate si pune un varf de cutit de sare in albusuri. Pune o lingura din spuma in aluat si amesteca bine, adauga apoi si restul de albusuri amestecand cu grija ca aluatul sa ramana cat mai aerat posibil. Nu amesteca mult, cu cat mai putin cu atat mai bine.</p>

<p>8. Toarna aluatul in 2 forme rotunde de 28 cm pe care le-ai uns cu grasime si le-ai tapetat cu faina (sau le-ai tapetat cu hartie de copt). Da-le la cuptorul incins sa se coaca 25 minute.  Cand sunt gata, taie fiecare tort in jumatate. Vei obtine astfel 4 foi destul de grosute. Pune una din foi pe platou unge-o cu crema (ai mai jos reteta), aseaz-o pe urmatoarea si tot asa. Apoi imbraca si exteriorul tortului cu crema ramasa si decoreaza cum doresti. <p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>180 gr unt moale</p>
<p>250 gr. branza mascarpone</p>
<p>zahar pudra</p>

<p>Eu folosesc mixerul pentru a face crema. E foarte important ca untul sa fie foarte moale iar branza mascarpone sa stea 30 min cel putin la temeratura camerei ca sa nu fie tare.</p>
<p>Bate untul cu zaharul pudra pana se formeaza o spuma.  Adauga mascarponele si mai mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
