<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>180 grame zahar</p>
<p>1 galbenus de ou</p>
<p>120 g unt nesarat la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>100 g faina de migdale</p>
<p>180 g faina alba</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune untul si zaharul intr-un bol si amesteca bine cu mixerul.</p>

<p>2. Adauga galbenusul si mixeaza din nou, doar pana se incorporeaza in aluat.</p>

<p>3. Adauga fainile si amesteca pana se formeaza un aluat moale.</p>

<p>4. Inveleste in folie de plastic si pune la rece pentru cel putin 2 ore.</p>

<p>6. Foloseste cate o lingurita de aluat sa formezi niste bile de marimea nucilor. Aseaza intr-o tava intinsa pe care ai tapetat-o cu hartie de copt. Aseaza in cuptorul incins la 170 grade C pentru 20 minute. Scoate din cuptor si lasa sa se raceasca complet inainte sa le muti pe farfurie.</p>

<p>Cand eram eu mica, Clujul avea Oraselul copiilor, nu stiu cati va mai aduceti aminte. Mergeam acolo de obicei duminica, sambata nu era posibil, era program administrativ acasa (curatenie, mancare, baita si apoi telenciclopedia <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ). In oraselul asta ne dadeam cu trenuletul, ne faceam prieteni noi printre copiii pe care ii intalneam acolo si bineinteles, parintii ne cumparau fie vata de zahar, fie mare glazurate. Imi amintesc cu drag de acele vremuri <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>2 mere (eu am folosit Granny Smith pentru ca sunt ferme si mai acrisoare, in plus imi palce si culoarea lor)</p>
<p>200 g zahar (alb sau brun)</p>
<p>2-3 linguri apa</p>
<p>2 bete de lemn</p>
<p>hartie de copt</p>
<p>optional: colorant alimentar (eu am folosit rosu)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine merele, sterge-le si infige cate un bat de lemn in ele, eu am folosit betigase chinezesti.</p>

<p>2. Pune zaharul intr-o oala, toarna si apa si aseaza la foc mic.</p>

<p>3. Adauga si colorantul si lasa oala pe foc scuturand-o din cand in cand. Nu amesteca chiar daca vei fi tentata. Zaharul se va topi incet, va deveni lichid, va bolborosi insa printre bulbuci vei observa ca lichidul devine trasparent. In momentul acela iei oala de pe foc.</p>

<p>4. Dai merele prin aceasta glazura si le asezi pe un platou pe care ai asezat hartie de copt. Cu zaharul trebuie sa te misti repede si cu grija. Repede, pentru ca se intareste pe masura ce se raceste si cu grija pentru ca pericolul sa te arzi e mare, caramelul e foarte fierbinte.</p>

<p>1. Daca doresti, poti da merele caramelizate si prin nuca, migdale, alune prajite si tocate marunt.</p>
<p>2. Poti adauga vanilie la zaharul caramelizat.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune intr-un bol: laptele batut, smantana, untul topit, ouale batute, uleiul, zaharul si zaharul vaniliat si sarea.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>150 gr unt</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>300 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>125 gr. pudra de cacao</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>300 gr. zahar (daca va place mai putin dulce puneti doar 260 gr.)</p>
<p>2 lingurite zahar vaniliat</p>
<p>360 ml. lapte</p>
<p>Optional: jumatate de cana de nuci taiate bucati sau fulgi de migdale.</p>
<p>Daca doresti sa o accesorizezi cu o glazura, iti recomand sa topesti 200 gr. de ciocolata pe care sa o torni deasupra.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Preparare:</strong></p>
<p>1. Lasa untul si ouale la temperatura camerei pentru cel putin 30 minute. Pregateste o tava (aprox. 23/32 cm) acoperind-o complet cu hartie de copt. Pune deoparte. Intr-un bol amesteca impreuna faina, praful de cacao, praful de copt si sarea.</p>

<p>2.Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 grade. Intr-un alt bol bate cu mixerul untul pentru 30 de sec. apoi adauga treptat zaharul impreuna cu zaharul vaniliat, batand in continuu. Dupa ce ai incorporat ultima parte de zahar mai bate pt 2 minute la viteza medie.</p>

<p>3. Adauga treptat cate un ou, batand dupa fiecare ou pana se omogenizeaza compozitia.</p>

Acum e momentul sa introduci amestecul uscat (din faina, cacao, sare si praf de copt) si laptele in compozitie. Adauga alternativ, un sfert din compozitia uscata, bate cu mixerul pana se incorporeaza, apoi un sfert din lapte si tot asa pana ai incorporat toata compozitia uscata si tot laptele. Este de preferat sa inchei cu compozitia uscata alternarea. Astfel vei obtine un aluat pufos, fara cocoloase, care ti se va topi in gura.</p>
<p>5. Optional: daca doresti sa adaugi nuca taiata bucati sau fulgi de migdale, acum e momentul sa o faci, amestecand cu o lingura de lemn.</p>

Ia tava pe care ai pregatit-o mai devreme si toarna compozitia in aceasta.</p>

<p>7. Pune-o la cuptorul incins la 180 grade pt 35-40 minute.</p>
