<p>Am observat ca mancarea vegetariana are nevoie de multe arome si ingrediente ca sa fie gustoasa. Iata o lasagna vegetariana exceptionala, plina de arome si gust. E nevoie de putina munca, la final insa, cand iti vei pune in farfurie si vei gusta, vei uita toata osteneala <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>12 foi de paste pt lasagna</p>
<p>3 bucati vinete</p>
<p>3 bucati dovlecel</p>
<p>3 ardei grasi (rosu sau galben)</p>
<p>5 rosii decojite (din conserva e foarte ok)</p>
<p>250 ml sos de rosii</p>
<p>250 gr branza cottage</p>
<p>200 gr. branza ricotta</p>
<p>300 gr. cascaval razuit(eu am pus moeciu, dar nu are mare importanta)</p>
<p>3 linguri patrunjel verde tocat</p>
<p>1 lingura de busuioc uscat</p>
<p>1 lingura de oregano uscat</p>
<p>200 gr parmezan</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>cateva linguri de ulei</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Spala si curata de coaja vinetele si dovleceii. Taie pe lungime in felii subtiri de 1 cm. Sareaza si aseaza intr-o sita asezata deasupra unui bol. In jumatate de ora va lasa destul de multa apa.</p>

<p>2. In timp ce cele doua legume se scurg de zeama, coace ardeii. Eu i-am pus in cuptor sub grill pana au facut o pojghita arsa deasupra. I-am scos si i-am pus intr-un bol. Am sigilat bolul cu folie transparenta si am lasat sa stea 5 minute, dupa care am curat coaja arsa. Am taiat felii lungi si subtiri si am pus deoparte.</p>

<p>3. Scurge vinetele si dovleceii de apa. Unge o tava mare cu ulei si aseaza feliile in tava. Pipereaza, eventual poti sa mai pui sare, dar foarte putin. Da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C cam 20-30 minute pana cand se inmoaie bine legumele. Pune deoparte.</p>

<p>4. Taie rosiile decojite in bucati si pune intr-un bol. Adauga sosul de rosii, oreagano si busuiocul. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>5. Intr-un alt bol amesteca branzeturile impreuna (punand deoparte 100 gr de cas razuit pentru mai tarziu ) cu patrunjelul tocat.</p>

<p>6. Fierbe foile de lasagna pe jumatate, cat sa se inmoaie putin. Ai grija sa fierbi in apa foarte multa, amestecand ca sa nu ti se lipeasca foile unele de altele.</p>
<p>7. Pregateste o tava mare, destul de adanca si incepe sa &#8216;etajezi&#8217; ingredientele.</p>
<p>Mai intai aseaza un strat de sos de rosii,</p>

<p>iar un strat de sos de rosii, apoi dovlecei si ardei, foi de lasagna si tot asa pana termini ingredientele.</p>
<p>8. Inveleste cu folie si da la cuptor 30 minute. Scoate folia, pune deasupra casul razuit pe care l-ai pus deoparte si da la iar la cuptor pana prinde culoare, aproximativ 5 minute.</p>

<p>1 foie de foietaj (aluat de foietaj cumparat)</p>
<p>1 dovelcel</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>150-200 gr. mascarpone</p>
<p>5-6 lingurite ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>50 gr. cas razuit</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune foaia de aluat pe o tava. Fa un chenar taind la suprafata aluatului, nu taia adanc. Margine aceea va creste mai mult decat interiorul placintei.</p>

Unge foia de aluat cu mascarpone.</p>

Taie dovecelul rondele cat mai subtiri si aseaza-le peste mascarpone. Razuieste usturoiul. Condimenteaza, toarna uleiul.</p>

Pune la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C 15 minute. Dupa aceste 10 min razuieste casul deasupra si da la cuptor din nou pentru 15 minute sau pana cand se rumeneste bine.</p>

<p>Pentru ca dovleceii lasa multa apa, e mai bine daca pui mai intai sare pe dovleceii taiati rondele si ii lasi 10-15 minute la scurs.<strong><br />

Merge bine si ca garnitura langa snitele sau alte bunatati facute pane, langa carnati prajiti sau pur si simplu cu paine.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>3 dovlecei mari</p>
<p>3 rosii medii</p>
<p>4 catei usturoi</p>
<p>1 ceapa alba mare</p>
<p>3-4 linguri de ulei de masline</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>2 linguri de faina</p>
<p>1 legatura de marar proaspat</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata dovleceii de coaja si razuieste-i. Sareaza. Pune intr-o sita si aseaza-i deasupra unui bol. Lasa sa se scurga lichidul pentru jumatate de ora.</p>

<p>2. Intre timp, toaca marunt ceapa si usturoiul. Curata rosiile de coaja. Fa o crestatura pe coaja rosiilor si pune-le in apa clocotita 1 minut, apoi pune-le in apa foarte rece. Astfel rosiile se vor decoji foarte usor. Taie-le marunt si pune deoparte deocamdata.</p>

<p>3. Pune o tigaie pe foc, incalzeste uleiul si adauga ceapa si usturoiul. Caleste pana cand ceapa devine transparenta. Adauga rosiile si pune capacul. Lasa pe foc amestecand din cand in cand, pana cand rosiile se desintegreaza.</p>

<p>4. Adauga dovleceii scursi de zeama si 1 cana de apa. Pune din nou capacul si lasa sa fiarba jumatate de ora. Condimenteaza si adauga mararul tocat.</p>

<p>5. Amesteca faina cu smantana si adauga la mancare.</p>

<p>200 ml smanatana dulce sau frisca lichida fara zahar</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pregateste aluatul de tarta si lasa-l sa se raceasca pana faci umplutura.</p>
<p>2. Da dovleceii prin razatoare, sareaza-i si lasa-i intr-o sita de-asupra unui vas sa se scurga de lichid. Cam 20 minute. Pune-i intr-un prosop de bucatarie si stoarce bine lichidul care a mai ramas (vei vedea ca e mult lichid inca).</p>

<p>3. Pune sofranul intr-un bol mic si adauga 2 linguri de apa fierbinte. Lasa sa infuzeze 3-4 minute.</p>

Bate ouale si adauga-le la compozitia de mai sus.</p>

Toarna in tarta coapta si pune deasupra branza mozzarella razuita.</p>

Da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 35 minute.</p>
