<p>De multe ori mi-e pofta de un tort de ciocolata, cu muuuulta ciocolata si invelit in ciocolata si decorat cu ciocolata si daca se poate sa fie servit si cu o ciocolata calda <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Pentru cazurile astea e foarte portivit un ganache de ciocolata, care de fapt ce e? E o crema foarte simplu de facut, care se transforma in glazura doar adaugand mai mult lichid. Da tii crema la frigider se va intari, daca o vei tine la temperatura camerei va fi mai moale. Ce iti propun eu mai jos e varianta crema pe care eu o folosesc fie pentru a decora muffinuri, fie pentru a umple un tort de crema. Cantitatea ganache de ciocolata de mai jos iti ajunge pentru a umple si orna un tort.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>400 g ciocolata (poate fi ciocolata neagra sau cu lapte, de care doresti, eu am folosit de data asta din amandoua).</p>
<p>300 ml frisca lichida (neindulcita de preferinta)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune frisca lichida intr-o oala la foc mic pana este fierbinte.</p>

<p>2. Rupe in bucati ciocolata.</p>

<p>3. Adauga ciocolata la frisca fierbinte si amesteca usor. Pune din nou pe foc amestecand in continuu 4-5 minute.</p>

<p>Atat. E simplu, nu? Nu-ti fa griji ca e lichida, se va intari pe masura ce se va raci. Daca o vei pregati cu ceva timp inainte de a o folosi si se va intari trebuie doar sa amesteci cu mixerul putin pana devine pufoasa. Cand vei pune prajitura la frigider se va intari din nou.</p>
<p>E important sa folosesti ciocolata de calitate.</p>
<p>Daca doresti poti face ganache de ciocolata cu diferite arome: cafea (adauga doar cateva lingurite de cafea nes), cu vanilie (adauga 2 linguri de esenta de vanilie), portocala sau migdale sau lichior&#8230;. posibilitatile sunt multe si depind de gusturile tale <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
