<p>Daca ai o bucata de carne de calitate buna, asa cum am avut eu de data asta (de la porcul bio tinut de socrii <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ), iti propun sa nu o imbrobodesti cu prea multe condimente ca nu-i mai simti aroma. E suficienta putina sare, un strop de piper si cateva crengute de rozmarin (daca nu ai in ghiveci la geam ca si mine <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> , gasesti in supermarcheturi la cutiute).</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 kg cotlet de porc cu os (bucata intreaga)</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>
<p>crengute de rozmarin</p>
<p>jumate de pahar de apa</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie felii carnea lansand-o pe os.</p>

<p>2. Sareaza, pipereaza si pune crengute de rozmarin intre fiecare felie.</p>

<p>3. Aseaza intr-o tava sau un vas termorezistent. Toarna apa pe langa carne. Acopera cu folie de aluminiu si da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 30 minute. Scoate din cuptor, inlatura folia si reintrodu la cuptor pentru 10-15 minute. Cand e gata scoate-o din tava, infasoar-o in folie si las-o sa stea 5 minute asa. E gata de servit.</p>

<p>Aveam azi in frigider o bucata de cotlet de porc. Chiar aveam pofta de cotlet, dar in sos asa cum mi-l imaginam eu. Mi-am rasfoit caietele cu retete si cartile de bucate, dar n-am gasit nimic care sa ma convinga. Asa ca m-am lasat in voia poftei mele si am inceput sa adaug ingrediente unul dupa altul. A iesit ceva absolut delicios.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 kg cotlet de porc</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare taiata marunt</p>
<p>3 morcovi mari razuiti mare</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>2 fire de rozmarin</p>
<p>1 pahar de vin rosu</p>
<p>1 pahar apa</p>
<p>1 cana faina</p>
<p>4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>1 lingura unt</p>
<p>sa/piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Sterge carnea cu un servetel ca sa fie uscata inainte sa o tai. Taie cotletul in patratele de 2&#215;2 cm. Da bucatelele prin faina, scuturand excesul.</p>

<p>2. Pune o tigaie pe foc, toarna uleiul de masline si lasa sa se incalzeasca. Adauga carnea si prajeste timp de 3-5 minute. Nu trebuie sa se faca, ci doar sa formeze o crusta. Scoate si pune-le deoparte.</p>

<p>3. In uleiul in care s-a prajit carnea, pune untul si apoi ceapa usturoiul tocat si morcovii razuiti. Caleste totul timp de 5-6 min.</p>

<p>4. Adauga vinul si apa, rozmarinul, sare si piper, adaugi carnea.</p>

<p>5. Transfera totul intr-un vas termorezistent si da la cuptor pentru 1 ora.</p>
