<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>200 grame de faina alba</p>
<p>1 lingurita bicarbonat</p>
<p>2 lingurite mix de condimente (ai reteta aici: <a title="Mix de condimente" href="http://rozealb.com/deserturi/mix-de-condimente/" target="_blank">Mix de  condimente</a>)</p>
<p>coaja rasa de la 1 portocala</p>
<p>180 gr. zahar</p>
<p>1 bol de morcovi razuiti marunt (cam 2 morcovi nu foarte mari )</p>
<p>150 ml ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p><strong>Optional </strong></p>
<p><strong>Pentru crema:</strong></p>
<p>100 gr. unt moale (nu topit, lasat la temperatura camerei cel putin 1 ora)</p>
<p>100 gr. zahar pudra (e important sa-l dai prin sita)</p>
<p>1 pachetel de vanilie</p>
<p>250 gr. branza mascarpone (sau crema philadelphia simpla)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incinge cuptorul la 180 grade C.</p>
<p>2. Amesteca faina, cu condimentele, zaharul, coaja de portocala si bicarbonatul.</p>

<p>3. Bate bine ouale si adauga uleiul.</p>

<p>4. La ingredientele uscate adauga morcovii si amesteca pana se incorporeaza.</p>

<p>5. Toarna amestecul de ou si ulei peste ingredientele uscate si ommogenizeaza.</p>

<p>6. Pregateste-ti tava de muffinuri. Pune paharelele de hartie si imparte aluatul in cele 12 paharele. Da la cuptorul incins pentru 20 minute.</p>

Scoate-le de la cuptor si aseaza-le pe un platou. Le poti servi asa cum sunt sau le poti dichisi cu crema de mai jos.</p>

<p><strong>Crema:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune untul intr-un bol si amesteca cu zaharul pudra si cu vanilia pana cand e pufos.</p>

<p>2. Adauga branza cu ajutorul unei palete de patiserie (sau a unei linguri).</p>

<p>3. Fa-i fiecarei briose cate o caciulita din aceasta crema. Daca vrei poti s-o decorezi cu coaja de portocala confiata taiata bucatele.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 ardei iute</p>
<p>2 buc ceapa galbene + 1 buc ceapa rosie</p>
<p>3 linguri de ghimbir tocat mai mare</p>
<p>3 pumnuri de spanac proaspat</p>
<p>350 gr. rosii cherry</p>
<p>200 ml lapte de cocos</p>
<p>100 ml ulei vegetal</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>1,5 lingurite seminte de chimen</p>
<p>jum lingurita praf cardamom</p>
<p>3/4 lingurita nucsoara praf</p>
<p>5 frunze de dafin</p>
<p>6-7 cuisoare</p>
<p>1 lingurita piper boabe</p>
<p>1.5 lingurita tumerik (in magazinele romane se vinde sub numele de cucurma)</p>
<p>600 gr. pulpe de pui dezosate</p>
<p>Pentru servire: orez basmati</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune intr-o tigaie urmatoarele ingrediente: chiminul, cardamomul, nucsoara, dafin, tumerikul. Zdrobeste intr-un mojar, cuisoarele si piperul boabe si adauga la restul de condimente. Incalzeste 2-3 minute condimentele, apoi pune-le deoparte intr-un bol.</p>

<p>2. Pregateste-ti pasta de spanac, rosii si laptele de nuca de cocos punandu-le pe toate in blender. Mixeaza pana se formeaza un piure gros. Eu am pus mai intai rosiile, apoi spanacul pe rand si laptele de cocos.</p>

<p>3. In tigaia in care ai incalzit condimentele, pune uleiul si lasa-l sa se incinga bine. Taie usturoiul, ardeiul iute si ghimbirul bucati nu foarte marunt. Adauga la uleiul fierbinte si caleste 1 minut, adauga apoi ceapa tocata si caleste inca 2 minute.</p>

<p>4. Adauga pulpele pe care le-ai taiat bucati si condimentele prajite mai inainte. Tine pe foc (amestecand) pana cand puiul face crusta.</p>

<p>5. Adauga pasta de spanac peste pui, pune capacul, da focul la mic si si lasa-le sa fiarba 30 minute. Serveste cu orez fiert cu o frunza de dafin si sare.</p>
