<p>Aceasta este o reteta pe care am invatat-o in America, la cumnata mea. Este o ciorba pe care noi o savuram de fiecare data cu maare placere. Sper sa iti placa si tie.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>3-4 morcovi</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>3 cartofi</p>
<p>1-2 bote telina</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>3 l apa</p>
<p>Perisoarele:</p>
<p>300 gr. carne tocata de vita (sau porc, sau amestec)</p>
<p>un pumn de orez</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>1 lingurita vegeta</p>
<p>La sfarsit se drege cu:</p>
<p>5 linguri smantana</p>
<p>zeama de la jumatate de lamaie</p>
<p>3-4 linguri bulion</p>
<p>1 pumn de patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata legumele si taie-le in bucati mici.</p>

<p>2. Pune 3 l apa la fiert si adauga legumele cu sare. Lasa sa fiarba 15 minute.</p>

<p>3. Intre timp, amesteca carnea tocata cu ouale, vegeta si orezul. Formeaza chifle mici din aluat si pune-le in supa care fierbe. Lasa totul la foc potrivit timp de 20-25 minute.</p>

<p>4. Pune smantana cu bulionul intr-un bol, adauga un polonic din supa fierbinte, amesteca bine si apoi toarna in oala cu supa.</p>

<p>5. Toarna si lamaia si adauga sare daca mai este nevoie. Lasa sa dea 3-4 clocote si stinge focul. Adauga patrunjelul tocat.</p>
