<p>E crocanta la exterior, iar la interior moale si gumoasa. O poti servi cu frisca si fructe sau ciocolata taiata bucati.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>6 albusuri de ou la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita otet</p>
<p>3 linguri cu varf de cacao</p>
<p>50 g ciocolata taiata bucatele</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Pune albusurile intr-un bol mare curat si mixeaza-le (sau bate-le cu telul) pana cand formeaza piscuri slabe. Adauga treptat zaharul, cate o lingura odata, batand dupa fiecare adaugare pana incorporezi tot zaharul.</p>
<p>Adauga ciocolata, otetul, cacaua si amesteca cu grija cat sa se incorporeze toate.</p>

<p>Pregateste-ti o tava cu hartie de copt. Ca sa-ti fie mai usor sa formezi forma de tort, iti poti desena cu creionul un cerc pe hartia de copt.</p>
<p>Toarna albusurile, aranjeaza dupa cum iti place si introdu in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius. Dupa 2 minute redu temperatura la 150 de grade. Lasa 1 ora la cuptor. Cand timpul s-a scurs, opreste cuptorul, deschide usa dar lasa pavlova in cuptor sa se raceasca treptat. Ah, si nu-ti fa griji ca va fi crapata, asa trebuie sa fie.</p>

<p>Stiu ca e &#8216;cool&#8217; sa zici ca nu sarbatoresti ziua indragostitilor, dar pana la urma de ce nu? Daca iubesti si esti iubit, o zi in plus in care sa-ti surprinzi jumatatea e binevenita. Hm&#8230; ce placut sa stai la un pahar de vorba cu o ciocolata calda in mana, cu o muzica buna in fundal&#8230; Ciocolata calda pentru indragostiti e ciocolatoasa, cremoasa, dulce si&#8230; calda (in perioada asta a anului e important si aspectul asta). Mai jos gasesti reteta de baza pe care o poti varia dupa gust cat iti pofteste inima. Spre exemplu, poti adauga o lingura de nutella sau 2 linguri de lichior de ciocolata, sau 1 lingura brandy sau diferite condimente (scortisoara, nucsoara, chilli) sau 1 lingura de cafea instant si lista poate continua inca mult si bine <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Eu am facut reteta de baza, am adaugat marshmallows si am presarat cu cacao si scortisoara.</p>

<p>250 g ciocolata cu continut ridicat de cacao (min 60%)</p>
<p>600 ml lapte</p>
<p>1 lingura cu varf zahar brun</p>
<p>un varf de cutit sare</p>
<p>2 lingurite amidon de porumb</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune zaharul si sarea in laptele pe care l-ai turnat intr-o oala mica pusa pe foc mediu.</p>

<p>2. Rupe ciocolata in bucati. Ia laptele de pe foc si adauga ciocolata, aceasta se va topi. Foloseste un tel pentru a amesteca bine totul.</p>

<p>Cativa ani la rand, de Craciun, cand mergeam la colindat, oricare ne-ar fi fost planul la inceputul serii era prestabilit ca vom ajunge si pe la matusa lui Cipri. Nu ca nu ne facea placere sa-i facem o bucurie, dar aveam un castig. La ea primeam ciocolata de casa fooooarte buna. Intr-un an, a inceput sa ne puna ciocolata si la pachet. Si a fost ok un an, doi, trei, in a patrulea an insa, a ajuns vestea despre gustoasa ciocolata si la alte grupuri. Asa s-a intamplat ca un alt grup ne-a luat-o inainte, ne-a luat si pachetul si noi am ramas doar sa mai gustam ce-a ramas dupa ei. De atunci n-am mai vizitat-o pe matusa lui Cipri. Nu intelege gresit, nu ne-am suparat, am incetat doar sa mai pierdem noptile de somn, chiar si de Craciun. In amintirea acelor vremuri, am cautat eu printre retetele vechi ale mamei (pentru ca tineam eu minte ca si mama obisnuia sa faca ciocolata de casa foarte buna) si am gasit reteta de mai jos. A iesit grozav.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>500 g lapte praf (eu am folosit lapte praf de la Dr. Oetker)</p>
<p>200 g nuca taiata bucati mai mari si prajita</p>
<p>350 g zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>110 g unt</p>
<p>150 ml apa</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>6 linguri praf de cacao (sau mai mult in functie de cacaua folosita, cat sa capete culoarea ciocolatei)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune laptele praf, cacaua si nuca intr-un bol. Amesteca bine.</p>

<p>2. Pune apa, untul, zaharul si vanilia intr-o oala la foc mediu. Cand zaharul si untul s-au topit ia de pe foc.</p>

<p>3. Toarna peste amestecul uscat si amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>4. Pune intr-un vas pe care l-ai umezit sau pe care ai asezat o folie  (ca sa-ti fie mai usor sa scoti din recipient cand ciocolata se va intari). Umezeste o lingura cu apa si netezeste ciocolata. Lasa sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei sau la frigider.</p>

<p>Aseara am insotit cina delicioasa cu aceasta spuma de ciocolata fina si pasionala. Este foarte simplu de facut, singurul secret al ei este sa te asiguri ca amesteci cu grija, astfel incat sa ramana cat mai aerata. Iar pentru prezentare, desi va participa si la gust, presara niste alune prajite deasupra si eventual ciocolata razuita.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>200 ml frisca lichida neindulcita</p>
<p>160 g ciocolata cu peste 70 % cacao</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar</p>
<p>un sfert de lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 lingura esenta de vanilie</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
- 200 g unt<br />
- 150 g zahar<br />
- 160 g zahar brun<br />
- 2 oua mari<br />
- 1 lingura vanilie<br />
- 300 g faina<br />
- 1 lingurita praf de copt<br />
- un varf de lingurita sare<br />
- 200 g bucati de ciocolata Milka (m-am gindit sa experimentez si o varianta mai ieftina, am folosit ciocolata Africana pt tura aceasta insa biscuitii au iesit putin prea crocanti&#8230; nu mi-a prea placut varianta cu Africana asa ca recomand numai Milka)<br />
- 100 g nuci taiate bucati (la alegere)</p>
<p>Am ales reteta aceasta pentru ca este f rapida si este f usor de facut! Biscuitii sunt numai buni pt Mos Craciun fiindca au o consistenta moale si cu siguranta nu o sa-i strice proteza <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ))</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong><br />
1. Freaca untul cu zaharul. Treptat adauga cate un ou dupa care se amesteca bine inainte de a adauga pe al 2-lea.</p>

Adauga vanilia si apoi treptat faina care in prealabil a fost  amestecata cu praful de copt si sarea. Dupa ce ai incorporat faina  adauga bucatile de ciocolata si daca ai optat pentru nuci adauga-le si pe acestea. Eu nu am pus  niciodata nuci dar reteta originala are. Pentru toata operatiunea  folosesc mixerul.</p>

<p>3. Dupa ce s-a format aluatul de biscuiti care are o consistenta destul de moale, cu ajutorul a 2 linguri pun &#8220;gogoselele&#8221; de aluat pe tava pentru copt. Eu folosesc tava aragazului, acoperita cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>4. Incinge cuptorul la 170 de grade C  si pune tava in cuptor. Coace pana cand biscuiti devin maronii pe margine (niciodata nu am fost atenta de cite minute este nevoie pentru coacere fiindca se fac foarte repede si depinde de cuptorul fiecaruia asa ca aici merge dupa feeling).<br />
Este bine ca dupa ce ai scos biscuitii din cuptor sa-i lasi 2 minute pe tava si apoi sa-i transferi pe un gratar unde se pot raci&#8230;</p>

<p>Daca vei decide sa gatesti cu drag aceasta reteta, te vei simti rasfatat cand vei gusta si vei uita toata munca, desi, intre noi fie vorba, briosele sunt extrem de usor de facut. Eu am folosit banane pe care le aveam in congelator de acum cateva saptamani si am facut portie dubla, 24 de muffinuri. Reteta de mai jos e pentru 12 bucati.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>240 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>70 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 lingurita esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>jumate lingurita praf de scortiosoara</p>
<p>110 g zahar brun</p>
<p>2 banane coapte</p>
<p>300 g faina alba</p>
<p>80 g tarate de grau</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>un sfert de lingurita de sare</p>
<p>100 g bucatele de ciocolata</p>
<p>optional: 100 g bucatele de nuca</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 200 grade C si pregateste-ti o tava de briose.</p>
<p>2. Pune faina alba si taratele, sarea, praful de copt, scortisoara intr-un bol. Adauga si bucatile de ciocolata si bucatile de nuca.</p>

<p>3. Mixeaza ouale si zaharul impreuna, adauga laptele batut, esenta de vanilie, uleiul si bananele pe care le-ai facut piure cu furculita.</p>

<p>4. Toarna amestecul lichid peste cel uscat si amesteca doar pana se omogenizeaza, nu amesteca mult altfel nu vor creste frumos la cuptor.</p>

<p>5. Imparte aluatul cu ajutorul unei linguri in &#8216;paharelele&#8217; de hartie si da la cuptor pentru 15-20 minute.</p>

Muffins umplute au aparut pentru ca aveam chef si de muffinuri si de budinca, asa ca m-am gandit sa le combin. Am facut niste muffinuri de vanilie si le-am umplut cu budinca, dupa care le-am facut o palarioara de ciocolata. Au fost delicioase. Incearca si tu.</p>

<p>1.Pregateste muffinurile, daca nu le aveai deja facute si lasa-le sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>2. Fa budinca, conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj si las-o sa se raceasca (pune o folie de plastic direct pe crema, ca sa nu faca pojghita).</p>

<p>4. Aseaza toate muffinurile pe farfurie si fa o gaura in ele cu ajutorul unui cutit (eu am folosit ustensila cu care curat si merele de cotor).</p>

<p>De multe ori mi-e pofta de un tort de ciocolata, cu muuuulta ciocolata si invelit in ciocolata si decorat cu ciocolata si daca se poate sa fie servit si cu o ciocolata calda <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Pentru cazurile astea e foarte portivit un ganache de ciocolata, care de fapt ce e? E o crema foarte simplu de facut, care se transforma in glazura doar adaugand mai mult lichid. Da tii crema la frigider se va intari, daca o vei tine la temperatura camerei va fi mai moale. Ce iti propun eu mai jos e varianta crema pe care eu o folosesc fie pentru a decora muffinuri, fie pentru a umple un tort de crema. Cantitatea ganache de ciocolata de mai jos iti ajunge pentru a umple si orna un tort.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>400 g ciocolata (poate fi ciocolata neagra sau cu lapte, de care doresti, eu am folosit de data asta din amandoua).</p>
<p>300 ml frisca lichida (neindulcita de preferinta)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune frisca lichida intr-o oala la foc mic pana este fierbinte.</p>

<p>2. Rupe in bucati ciocolata.</p>

<p>3. Adauga ciocolata la frisca fierbinte si amesteca usor. Pune din nou pe foc amestecand in continuu 4-5 minute.</p>

<p>Atat. E simplu, nu? Nu-ti fa griji ca e lichida, se va intari pe masura ce se va raci. Daca o vei pregati cu ceva timp inainte de a o folosi si se va intari trebuie doar sa amesteci cu mixerul putin pana devine pufoasa. Cand vei pune prajitura la frigider se va intari din nou.</p>
<p>E important sa folosesti ciocolata de calitate.</p>
<p>Daca doresti poti face ganache de ciocolata cu diferite arome: cafea (adauga doar cateva lingurite de cafea nes), cu vanilie (adauga 2 linguri de esenta de vanilie), portocala sau migdale sau lichior&#8230;. posibilitatile sunt multe si depind de gusturile tale <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>200 gr. unt</p>
<p>200 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>125 gr. zahar pudra</p>
<p>50 gr. pudra de cacao</p>
<p>100 gr. nuca sau migdale macinate</p>
<p>optional: poti adauga bucatele de ciocolata.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca untul moale cu zaharul. Adauga faina si cacaua. Amesteca bine pana se formeaza un aluat.</p>

<p>2. Adauga nuca sau migdalele si daca ai optat pentru bucatele de ciocolata adauga-le si pe acestea.</p>

<p>3. Formeaza mingiute din aluat (aluatul nu se va lipi de palme) si aseaza-le pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Foloseste o furculita pentru a aplatiza putin fiecare mingiuta. Eu am adaugat nuci deasupra, poti pune si fuldi de migdale sau orice iti doreste inimioara <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>Noi mancam des cereale cu lapte. Intr-o zi eram la cumparaturi la raionul de cereale cand am dat peste fulgii de ovaz. Mi-am zis ca trebuie sa ii inlocuim celor super prelucrati aratosi si dulci. Dar se pare ca nu intotdeauna ce trebuie sa se intample se si intampla. Asa ca, in timp ce laptele din frigider si celelalte cereale se tot immputinau, ovazul ramanea neatins. Azi i-am gasit insa intrebuintare. Incearca si tu biscuitii acestia, sunt absolut deliciosi, chiar daca au ovaz in compozitie.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>200 gr. unt moale</p>
<p>120 gr. zahar alb + 120 gr. zahar brun</p>
<p>300 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>300 gr. fulgi de ovaz</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar vaniliat</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>150 gr. fulgi de ciocolata (eu maruntesc pur si simplu bucati de ciocolata)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca untul moale impreuna cu zaharul pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>2. Incorporeaza ouale, sarea, praful de copt, vanilia si scortisoara. Eu am folosit un tel.</p>

<p>3. Adauga faina, amestecand cu o paleta de patiserie sau cu o lingura de lemn. Nu insista prea mult.</p>

<p>4. Adauga ovazul si ciocolata. Nu amesteca prea mult, doar cat sa se omogenizeze cat de cat.</p>

<p>5. Pune cu o lingura din aluat pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si coace la 180 grade pentru 8-10 minute. Iti vor iesi aproximativ 35 de biscuiti.</p>
