<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>300 g orez basmati</p>
<p>2-3 foi de dafin</p>
<p>1 lingurita tumerik</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de curry</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de chilli (daca nu iti place iute, poti pune mai putin)</p>
<p>3-4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>100 g. mazare</p>
<p>100 g nuci caju</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Fierbe orezul conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj, adaugand foile de dafin. Strecoara si pune deoparte.</p>

<p>2. Pune uleiul la incins. Adauga condimentele si prajeste 1-2 min, nu mai mult.</p>

<p>3. Adauga orezul si amesteca bine, sareaza dupa gust. Adauga nucile si mazarea, amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Serveste. Eu am servit cu dovlecei si vinete pane si salata de rosii.</p>

<p>De cand am descoperit bucataria indiana, am inceput sa ma joc tot mai mut cu condimentele. Astfel a aparut si aceasta reteta de conopida cu curry. Noua ne-a placut foarte mult, incearc-o si tu.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>1 conopida medie</p>
<p>2 cepe galbene mari</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei</p>
<p>4 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>400 ml lapte de cocos</p>
<p>1 lingura de ghimbir proaspat razuit</p>
<p>250 ml apa</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>condimente:</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita pudra de chilli</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita tumeric (sau cucurma cum se gaseste la noi)</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita coriandru pudra</p>
<p>1 lingurita chimen pudra</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita piper negru proaspat macinat</p>
<p>1 lingurita seminte de mustar</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune condimentele intr-o tigaie incinsa si lasa-le 2 minute pana se incalzesc. Transfera-le intr-o farfurie.</p>

<p>2. In tigaia in care ai incins condimentele pune uleiul, incinge-l si apoi adauga ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt. Caleste 2-3 minute. Adauga condimentele, laptele de cocos, ghimbirul si sare.</p>

<p>3. Toarna conopida pe care ai desfacut-o buchetele mai mici si cele 250 ml de apa. Pune capacul si fierbe la foc mic 20 minute.</p>
