<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>300 g ciocolata 80-85 % cacao</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>50 g pudra de cacao</p>
<p>1,5 lingurita bicarbonat</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>150 g faina alba (inlocuitor de faina sau migdale zdrobite)</p>
<p>240 g zahar neprelucrat (sau brun sau alb pur si simplu)</p>
<p>100 g unt moale</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Da prin sita ingredientele uscate: faina, cacaua, bicarbonatul, sarea si pune deoparte intr-un bol.</p>

<p>2. Rupe ciocolata in bucati intr-un bol rezistent la caldura si aseaza desupra unei oale cu apa care fierbe (ai grija ca fundul vasului in care ai pus ciocolata sa nu atinga apa care fierbe). Lasa ciocolata sa se topeasca.</p>

<p>3. Bate untul cu zaharul pana devine mai pal la culoare. Adauga un ou, amesteca, cand acesta s-a incorporat bine adauga si pe cel de-al doilea si amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Acum amesteca toate ingredientele impreuna. Toarna amestecul uscat si ciocolata topita peste untul cu zahar. Amesteca bine si pune aluatul la frigider 5 minute sau pana cand se intareste putin ca sa poti modela bile din el.</p>

<p>5. Modeleaza bile de marimea unei mingi de golf sau mai mici. Aseaza pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, ai grija sa lasi distanta suficienta intre ele ca sa nu se lipeasca cand vor sta la cuptor. Ca sa modelezi mai usor, pudreaza-ti mainile cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>6. Introdu tavile la cuptorul incins la 160 grade C pentru 15 minute. Scoate de la cuptor si lasa sa se raceasca in tava, se vor intari pe masura ce se racesc.</p>

<p>240 ml lapte batut</p>
<p>1 lingurita otet</p>
<p><strong>Pentru crema:</strong></p>
<p>250 ml lapte</p>
<p>3 linguri faina alba</p>
<p>200 gr. unt moale</p>
<p>200 gr. zahar pudra</p>
<p>1 lingurita vanilie</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Lasa ouale si untul la temperatura camerei pentru 30 de minute inainte sa te apuci de treaba.</p>
<p>2. Porneste cuptorul la 180 grade si pregateste-ti 2 tavi rotunde de 28 cm diametru. Tapeteaza-le cu hartie de copt sau unge-le cu margarina si da-le cu faina.</p>

<p>3. Intr-un bol mare pune untul taiat cubulete. Mixeaza-l cateva secunde, apoi adauga zaharul amestecand pana se omogenizeaza. Adauga vanilia.</p>

<p>4. Batand cu mixerul toarna pe rand ouale. Adauga un ou, apoi mixeaza bine compozitia, adauga si cel de-al doilea ou si amesteca pana se inorporeaza bine.</p>

<p>6. E momentul sa adaugi laptele batut. Optional, poti adauga colorant rosu pentru a da o culoare mai interesanta tortului. Eu am adaugat cateva picaturi de colorant rosu in laptele batut.</p>

<p>7. Imparte aluatul in cele 2 tavi si niveleaza cat poti. Coace in cuptorul incins 30 minute.</p>

<p>8. Pregateste-ti crema. Reteta o gasesti <a title="Crema cu lapte si faina" href="http://rozealb.com/deserturi/crema-cu-lapte-si-faina/" target="_blank">aici</a>.</p>
<p>Asamblarea tortului e simpla. Aseaza o foaie de tort, unge cu crema, aseaza urmatoarea foaie. Daca vrei sa imbraci tortul cum am facut eu, incepe sa imbraci marginea si abia apoi acopera partea de sus a tortului.</p>
<p>Eu am folosit fulgi de migdale pe care le-am prajit putin. Dar poti orna cum doresti si cum iti place.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>250 g mascarpone</p>
<p>2 linguri lichior de ciocolata</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>1 albus batut spuma</p>
<p>100 ml frisca batuta</p>
<p>80-100 g zahar</p>
<p>30-40 de piscoturi (depinde de vasul folosit)</p>
<p>2-3 cani cafea neindulcita</p>
<p>cacao pentru servire</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Bate cu mixerul galbenusurile cu zaharul.</p>

<p>2. Adauga mascarponele si omogenizeaza tot cu ajutorul mixerului.</p>

<p>3. Adauga frisca batuta spuma si apoi albusul spuma. Toarna lichiorul si amesteca cu grija, crema trebuie sa ramana pufoasa.</p>

<p>4. Da fiecare piscot prin cafea. Nu tine piscotul in lichid, o simpla trecere pe o parte si cealalta e suficienta, se vor mai inmuia dupa ce vor sta putin.</p>

<p>5. Pune un rand de piscoturi inmuiate in cafea intr-un vas. Intinde un strat de crema. Pune un al doilea strat de piscoturi si incheie cu crema.</p>

<p>6. Da la rece, are nevoie de cateva ore sa se amestece bine aromele si sa se intareasca crema. Inainte de sevire presara deasupra cu multa pudra de cacao.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>500 gr. faina</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>150 gr. nuca macinata</p>
<p>200 gr. zahar pudra</p>
<p>250 gr. unt rece</p>
<p>3 linguri cacao</p>
<p>2 lingurite cafea</p>
<p>200 gr. nuca tocata bucati mai mari</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1.Separa galbenusurile de albusuri. Albusul pune-l deoparte deocamdata. Intr-un bol (sau direct pe blatul de lucru, cum doresti) pune zaharul pudra, nuca macinata, faina, untul taiat bucati si galbenusurile. Amesteca si framanta rapid intr-un aluat.</p>

Imparte aluatul in doua si in jumatate de aluat pune cacaua si cafeaua. Framanta din nou pana se formeaza un aluat maro.</p>

Acum ai doua feluri de aluat unul deschis la culoare si unul maro. Inveleste-le in folie sau in pungi si pune la frigider pentru cel putin jumatate de ora.</p>

Dupa 30 min intinde ambele aluaturi (cu cat vei intinde mai subtire, vei obtine biscuiti mai mici. Eu intind aluatul de aprox 3 mm). Bate un albus spuma si unge aluatul maro.</p>

Aduna aluatul deschis la culoare cu ajutorul sucitorului si aseaza-l peste cel maro. Acum unge-l si pe acesta cu albus spuma. Apoi ruleaza-le ca un sul.</p>

Rasfira pe masa de lucru, nuca tocata, unge ruloul cu spuma de albus si sa-l prin nuca. Taie rondele de 1 cm grosime si aseaza-le in (tava tapetata cu hartie de copt) si da-le la cuptorul incins la 180-200 grade C. Dupa 12 min, soate-le si lasa-le sa se raceasca, se vor intari pe masura ce se vor raci.</p>

<p>75 gr. zahar</p>
<p>1 lingura de vanilie</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>100 ml apa fierbinte</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>50 ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>frisca pt ornat</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Pune intr-o tigaie zaharul, vanilia si cacaua.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
250 gr.ciocolata topita<br />
125 gr.unt moale<br />
4 albusuri batute spuma moale<br />
100 gr.zahar adaugat treptat<br />
2 oua intregi<br />
4 galbenusuri<br />
75 gr.zahar<br />
coaja de portocala<br />
2 linguri de lichior de ciocolata, rom sau chiar vanilie</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Ciocolata rupta bucatele se topeste pe baie de aburi. Se incorporeaza untul, care se topeste de la caldura ciocolatei.</p>

<p>2. Albusurile de la 4 oua se bat cu mixerul intr-o spuma moale impreuna cu 100 gr zahar adaugat treptat.<br />

3. Intr-un bol, se pun galbenusurile ramase la care se mai adauga 2 oua intregi si 75 grame zahar. Se amesteca bine impreuna cu coaja de portocala si vanilia, romul sau lichiorul de ciocolata. Se incorporeaza de asemenea amestecul de ciocolata si unt iar apoi albusurile batute spuma (cu atentie pt ca aluatul sa ramana aerat si spumos).</p>
<p>4. Se toarna intr-o tava rotunda (diametrul de 28 cm) cu fundul detasabil. Important: nu unge tava cu nimic!!</p>
<p>Coacere: la 180 grade timp de 30-35 minute<br />
(se va lasa la mijloc cand se va raci dar asa este normal)</p>
<p>Ornare: frisca si cacao.</p>
