Tarta de lamaie &#8216;Simeon II&#8217; a fost botezata astfel de Principele Radu, dupa Regele Simion II al bulgarilor. Este o tarta acrisoara, delicioasa si care pur si simplu ti se topeste in gura.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Pentru blat</strong></p>
<p>250 g biscuiti Petit Beurre (sau biscuiti simpli)</p>
<p>125 g unt</p>
<p><strong>Umplutura:</strong></p>
<p>4 galbenusuri de ou</p>
<p>400 ml lapte condensat (eu am pus o conserva de 375 ml)</p>
<p>200 ml zeama de lamaie</p>
<p><strong>Bezeaua:</strong></p>
<p>4 albusuri de ou</p>
<p>200 g zahar tos</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Sfarama biscuitii si amesteca-i cu unt. Ai nevoie de o tava cu fundul detasabil. Toarna aluatul in aceasta si niveleaza inclusiv pe margini.</p>

<p>2. Separa albusurile de galbenusuri, pune albusurile deoparte. Mixeaza galbenusurile sau amesteca cu telul. Adauga laptele condensat si apoi zeama de lamaie. Amesteca pana cand obtii o crema omogena. Toarna crema in blatul de biscuiti si niveleaza.</p>

<p>3. Bate albusurile spuma, cand obtii varfuri de spuma, adauga treptat zaharul amestecand in continuu, astfel vei obtine un aluat de bezea.</p>

<p>4. Pune bezeaua peste tarta. Eu am turnat-o pur si simplu si apoi am facut valuri cu ajutorul unei linguri, ca sa arate bine.</p>

<p>5. Introdu tava la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 30-35 minute sau pana cand bezeaua prinde o culoare aurie.</p>

<p><strong>Note:</strong></p>
<p>1. Albusurile la temperatura camerei se bat mult mai repede si mai frumos decat cele proaspat scoase de la frigider.</p>
<p>2. Poti adauga un varf de cutit de sare in albusurile care le doresti spuma, iti vor iesi garantat.</p>
<p>3. Daca vrei ca aluatul sa fie mai tare, umezeste o lingura sau palmele si apasa mai tare aluatul in tava, altfel aluatul de biscuiti va fi destul de sfarmicios.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>300 g ciocolata 80-85 % cacao</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>50 g pudra de cacao</p>
<p>1,5 lingurita bicarbonat</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>150 g faina alba (inlocuitor de faina sau migdale zdrobite)</p>
<p>240 g zahar neprelucrat (sau brun sau alb pur si simplu)</p>
<p>100 g unt moale</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Da prin sita ingredientele uscate: faina, cacaua, bicarbonatul, sarea si pune deoparte intr-un bol.</p>

<p>2. Rupe ciocolata in bucati intr-un bol rezistent la caldura si aseaza desupra unei oale cu apa care fierbe (ai grija ca fundul vasului in care ai pus ciocolata sa nu atinga apa care fierbe). Lasa ciocolata sa se topeasca.</p>

<p>3. Bate untul cu zaharul pana devine mai pal la culoare. Adauga un ou, amesteca, cand acesta s-a incorporat bine adauga si pe cel de-al doilea si amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Acum amesteca toate ingredientele impreuna. Toarna amestecul uscat si ciocolata topita peste untul cu zahar. Amesteca bine si pune aluatul la frigider 5 minute sau pana cand se intareste putin ca sa poti modela bile din el.</p>

<p>5. Modeleaza bile de marimea unei mingi de golf sau mai mici. Aseaza pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, ai grija sa lasi distanta suficienta intre ele ca sa nu se lipeasca cand vor sta la cuptor. Ca sa modelezi mai usor, pudreaza-ti mainile cu zahar pudra.</p>

<p>6. Introdu tavile la cuptorul incins la 160 grade C pentru 15 minute. Scoate de la cuptor si lasa sa se raceasca in tava, se vor intari pe masura ce se racesc.</p>

Am patit-o si eu, a doua zi insa m-am revansat. Am impachetat niste muffinuri de ciocolata facute de mine, dar poti pune biscuiti sau orice alta prajitura. Le-am pus in servetel, l-am adunat capsandu-l la capat impreuna cu o nota simpatica cu scuzele pentru neplacerea cauzata. Am adaugat niste panglica ca sa fie mai vesel si m-am prezentat la usa vecinilor. Pachetelul mesager a functionat. Daca vei actiona astfel, se va mai putea supara pe tine vreun vecin? <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>E o idee foarte buna si cand mergi in vizita sau cand vrei sa faci o surpriza cuiva.</p>

<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 grade C. Zdrobeste biscuitii si amesteca-i cu untul topit.</p>

<p>2. Tapeteaza o forma rotunda (cu fundul detasabil) cu hartie de copt. Unge marginile tavii cu ulei.</p>
<p>3. Aseaza biscuitii amestecati cu unt in tava si taseaza bine. Da la cuptorul incins pentru 5 minute. Scoate de la cuptor si lasa sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>4. Intr-un bol mare amesteca branza si smantana cu faina si zaharul, inclusiv zaharul vaniliat. Mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza, adauga ouale si mixeaza din nou.</p>

<p>5. Pune jumatate din fructe in compozitie si amesteca cu grija sa nu zdrobesti fructele.</p>

<p>6. Toarna aluatul peste biscuiti si da la cuptor pentru 40 minute. Cand e gata e ferma la atingere dar destul de moale la interior, daca misti tava aluatul inca se &#8216;clatina&#8217;. Pe masura ce se raceste se va intari.</p>

<p>Data viitoare cand aniversezi vreo zi de nastere sau vreun eveniment la care ai nevoie de o ghirlanda, n-o cumpara, fa-o chiar tu. Si fa-o comestibila, de ce nu? Copiii vor fi extrem de incantati sa-si manance ghirlanda de &#8220;La multi ani!&#8221;  Iar daca nu ai timp sa o faci si totusi iti place ideea, da-mi un email, poate dau o mana de ajutor <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>Pentru biscuiti:</p>
<p>100 gr. unt moale</p>
<p>90 gr. zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri zahar vaniliat</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>270 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>o cutie creioane pt decor (Dr. Oetker)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune unul moale intr-un bol si mizeaza, adauga zaharul si vanilia si mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza. Bate oul si adauga-l treptat la compozitie in timp mixand in continuu. Adauga faina in 2-3 transe. Se va forma un aluat moale.</p>

Incinge cuptorul la 190 grade C. Intinde aluatul pe o suprafata de lucru intr-o foaie de aprox 0.5 cm. Taie cu paharul sau cu forme diferite din aluat si aseaza pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Iti vor iesi aprox 24 de biscuiti, depinde cat de mari sunt formele. Eu, o parte le-am gaurit cu ajitorul unui pai, pentru ca mai apoi sa pot leaga biscuitii pe ata.</p>

<p>3. Coace in cuptorul incins 8 minute.</p>

<p>4. Foloseste-te de creioanele de ornat si scrie cate o litera pe fiecare biscuite. Tia-m pus poza cu ambalajul sa-ti fie mai usor sa recunosti produsul in magazin, de obicei se gaseste la raionul unde este si vanilia, praful de copt etc.</p>

Acesti biscuiti m-au insotit in multe calatorii.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>500 gr. faina</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>150 gr. nuca macinata</p>
<p>200 gr. zahar pudra</p>
<p>250 gr. unt rece</p>
<p>3 linguri cacao</p>
<p>2 lingurite cafea</p>
<p>200 gr. nuca tocata bucati mai mari</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1.Separa galbenusurile de albusuri. Albusul pune-l deoparte deocamdata. Intr-un bol (sau direct pe blatul de lucru, cum doresti) pune zaharul pudra, nuca macinata, faina, untul taiat bucati si galbenusurile. Amesteca si framanta rapid intr-un aluat.</p>

Imparte aluatul in doua si in jumatate de aluat pune cacaua si cafeaua. Framanta din nou pana se formeaza un aluat maro.</p>

Acum ai doua feluri de aluat unul deschis la culoare si unul maro. Inveleste-le in folie sau in pungi si pune la frigider pentru cel putin jumatate de ora.</p>

Dupa 30 min intinde ambele aluaturi (cu cat vei intinde mai subtire, vei obtine biscuiti mai mici. Eu intind aluatul de aprox 3 mm). Bate un albus spuma si unge aluatul maro.</p>

Aduna aluatul deschis la culoare cu ajutorul sucitorului si aseaza-l peste cel maro. Acum unge-l si pe acesta cu albus spuma. Apoi ruleaza-le ca un sul.</p>

Taie rondele de 1 cm grosime si aseaza-le in (tava tapetata cu hartie de copt) si da-le la cuptorul incins la 180-200 grade C. Dupa 12 min, soate-le si lasa-le sa se raceasca, se vor intari pe masura ce se vor raci.</p>

<p>Noi mancam des cereale cu lapte. Intr-o zi eram la cumparaturi la raionul de cereale cand am dat peste fulgii de ovaz. Mi-am zis ca trebuie sa ii inlocuim celor super prelucrati aratosi si dulci. Dar se pare ca nu intotdeauna ce trebuie sa se intample se si intampla. Asa ca, in timp ce laptele din frigider si celelalte cereale se tot immputinau, ovazul ramanea neatins. Azi i-am gasit insa intrebuintare. Incearca si tu biscuitii acestia, sunt absolut deliciosi, chiar daca au ovaz in compozitie.</p>

<p>120 gr. zahar alb + 120 gr. zahar brun</p>
<p>300 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>300 gr. fulgi de ovaz</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar vaniliat</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>150 gr. fulgi de ciocolata (eu maruntesc pur si simplu bucati de ciocolata)</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Amesteca untul moale impreuna cu zaharul pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>3. Adauga faina, amestecand cu o paleta de patiserie sau cu o lingura de lemn. Nu insista prea mult.</p>

<p>4. Adauga ovazul si ciocolata. Nu amesteca prea mult, doar cat sa se omogenizeze cat de cat.</p>

<p>5. Pune cu o lingura din aluat pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si coace la 180 grade pentru 8-10 minute. Iti vor iesi aproximativ 35 de biscuiti.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>500 gr. biscuiti<br />
80 gr. fulgi de migdale (sau bucati de nuca)<br />
1 cana de zahar<br />
1 unt sau margarina<br />
2 linguri de vanilie, 2 linguri esenta de rom<br />
100 ml lapte<br />
4 linguri cacao<br />
folie transparenta</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1.Topesti zaharul, vanilia si untul impreuna. Adaugi laptele si romul. Lasa sa se raceasca pana te ocupi de restul retetei.</p>

2.Zdrobeste biscuitii cu ajutorul unui sucitor si o punga si apoi pune-i intr-un bol mai mare.</p>

<p>3.Amesteca-i impreuna cu migdalele si cacaua.</p>

<p>4.Apoi adauga ingredientele lichide.</p>
<p>5.Taie-ti 2 bucati de folie mai mari si imparte aluatul pe ambele folii. Acum ruleaza-le, incercand sa indesi cat mai bine compozitia.</p>

<p>1. biscuitii pe care eu ii folosesc sunt petite beurre, am incercat si cu altii dar a iesit prea uscat.</p>
<p>2. cu unt mie mi se pare ca e mai gustos.</p>
<p>3. cand rulezi ca sa dai forma de salam umezeste-ti putin mainile, astfel nu ti se va lipi tot de maini.</p>
<p>4. daca ai un mixer de bucatarie, poti zdrobi biscuitii cu ajutorul acestuia, ai grija doar sa nu-i faci faina.</p>
<p>5. daca vrei sa te joci impreuna cu copiii tai, dupa ce a stat la frigider pana s-a intarit, poti taia feliile de salam in tot felul de forme. Din aluatul care ramane puteti forma impreuna bilute pe care sa le dati prin migdale maruntite sau prin nuca de cocos sau prin nuca pur si simplu, sau prin ciocolata&#8230; sau&#8230; prin ce vreti voi, chiar si prin cacao. Pentru ca vin Pastele puteti forma chiar oua pe care sa le serviti copiilor care vor veni la udat.</p>
