<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>450 gr. mere</p>
<p>400 gr. rubarba</p>
<p>2 linguri de unt</p>
<p>75 gr. zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara</p>
<p>1 lingura cu varf de ghimbir razuit</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Pentru aluatul sfarmicios:</strong></p>
<p>150 gr. unt rece</p>
<p>350 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>60 gr. zahar</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata merele si taiele patrate de 2 cm, rubarba taie-o in felii tot asa groase de 2-3 cm. Razuieste ghimbirul.</p>

Unge un vas termorezistent cu unt (eu am folosit un vas teflonat de aceea am pus doar bucatile de unt din loc in loc). Toarna deasupra merele amestecate cu rubarba si cu ghimbirul razuit. Intr-un bol, amesteca zaharul cu scortisoara si presara-l deasupra umpluturii.</p>

Prepara aluatul: pune untul si faina intr-un bol si freaca-l bine intre palme, pana cand seamana cu pesmetul la consistenta.</p>

<p>4. Adauga zaharul si amesteca. Acum presara peste umplutura. Da la cuptorul incins la 180 grade timp de 45 minute.</p>
