<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>200 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>piper dupa preferinta</p>
<p>1 lingura ulei</p>
<p>2 galbenusuri</p>
<p>200 ml bere</p>
<p>3 cepe mari de care doresti(eu am folosit 2 albe si una rosie)</p>
<p>ulei pentru prajit</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Amesteca cu ajutorul unui tel, intr-un bol faina, sarea, piperul, galbenusurile, uleiul si berea. Se va forma un aluat gros. Pune la frigider pentru 3-4 ore.</p>

<p>2. Curata ceapa si taie inele mai groase, desprinde-le undele de altele.</p>

<p>3. Da inelele prin aluat apoi prajeste-le in uleiul fierbinte pe ambele parti.</p>
