<p>Data viitoare cand aniversezi vreo zi de nastere sau vreun eveniment la care ai nevoie de o ghirlanda, n-o cumpara, fa-o chiar tu. Si fa-o comestibila, de ce nu? Copiii vor fi extrem de incantati sa-si manance ghirlanda de &#8220;La multi ani!&#8221;  Iar daca nu ai timp sa o faci si totusi iti place ideea, da-mi un email, poate dau o mana de ajutor <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>Pentru biscuiti:</p>
<p>100 gr. unt moale</p>
<p>90 gr. zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri zahar vaniliat</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>270 gr. faina alba</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>o cutie creioane pt decor (Dr. Oetker)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune unul moale intr-un bol si mizeaza, adauga zaharul si vanilia si mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza. Bate oul si adauga-l treptat la compozitie in timp mixand in continuu. Adauga faina in 2-3 transe. Se va forma un aluat moale.</p>

Incinge cuptorul la 190 grade C. Intinde aluatul pe o suprafata de lucru intr-o foaie de aprox 0.5 cm. Taie cu paharul sau cu forme diferite din aluat si aseaza pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Iti vor iesi aprox 24 de biscuiti, depinde cat de mari sunt formele. Eu, o parte le-am gaurit cu ajitorul unui pai, pentru ca mai apoi sa pot leaga biscuitii pe ata.</p>

<p>3. Coace in cuptorul incins 8 minute.</p>

<p>4. Foloseste-te de creioanele de ornat si scrie cate o litera pe fiecare biscuite. Tia-m pus poza cu ambalajul sa-ti fie mai usor sa recunosti produsul in magazin, de obicei se gaseste la raionul unde este si vanilia, praful de copt etc.</p>

Va trebui sa le lasi pana a doua zi sa se usuce bine decorul de zahar. Leaga literele pe ata si ai terminat. Nu stiu daca vor rezista pana la sfarsitul petrecerii fara sa fie mancate <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

Asa cum se instaleaza praful pe toate suprafetele din casa asa se aseaza si pe prajitorul de paine si mai ales in interiorul acestuia. M-am gandit la un capac provizoriu pentru prajitorul meu (o folie de aluminiu) si sunt foarte multumita. Sunt constienta ca nu e inchidere etansa, dar tot e mai bine decat fara capac.</p>

<p>Eu cand vad banane foarte coapte, care se vand la pret mai mic pentru ca nu arata prea apetisant, ma bucur de parca am dat peste o comoara. Bananele foarte coapte, alea lovite si innegrite sunt mult mai aromate si sunt perfecte de folosit la prajituri sau la coctailuri de fructe. Eu una pun bananele foarte coapte  pe care nu vreau sa le folosesc imediat, la congelator.</p>

<p>Nu spala ciupercile, vei pierde mult din aroma lor, nu vei face decat sa le umpli de apa. Curata-le cu o perie uscata, cu o carpa sau curata-le pur si simplu. Mai jos iti arat cum poti s-o faci.</p>
<p>Daca vrei ciuperci proaspete, cauta-le pe cele care nu au &#8216;palaria&#8217; deschisa inca.</p>
<p>Cum procedezi:</p>
<p>1. Rupe codita ciupercii cu grija.</p>

Prinde coaja ciupercii dinauntrul palarilei si trage inspre exterior. Repeta &#8216;procedura&#8217; de cate ori e nevoie.</p>

Nu vei mai plange cand o vei taia daca vei proceda astfel. Apoi asezi ceapa in asa fel incat sa poti face taieturi ca niste franjuri, avand grija insa ca partea unde se tine ceapa laolalta sa ramana netaiata. Taie ceapa pe  lungime dar nu chiar pana in capat (imaginea dreapta sus).</p>
<p>Tine cu degetele &#8216;franjurii&#8217; si taie perpendicular acestora (imaginea stanga jos), insa atentie, nu taia nici de data aceasta pana in capat. Ceapa trebuie totusi sa se tina laolalta. Acum taie invers (imaginea dreapta jos) cat de marunt doresti. Taind foarte subtire ies bucatele foarte mici.</p>

<p>1.     Petele de pe marmura pot fi sterse cu ajutorul unei carpe umede pe care pui putina sare.</p>
<p>2.     Ca sa te bucuri timp mai indelungat de florile din vaza, adauga putin otet in apa.</p>
<p>3.     Pentru a indeparta picaturile de lumanare de pe haine sau fete de masa, indeparteaza ceea ce poti cu mana, apoi pune o bucata de hartie peste pata si calca cu calcatorul incalzit mutand hartia pana toata ceara este absorbita de aceasta.</p>
<p>4.     Petele de ruj incapatanate pot fi indepartate daca le stropesti cu petrol inainte de a pune la spalat.</p>
<p>5.     Frunzele de curry tin mustele la distanta. Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa pui intr-un bol cateva frunze rupte in bucati.</p>
<p>6.     Daca vrei sa inmiresmezi o camera, cu ajutorul unui servetel inmuiat in parfum sterge becul veiozei inainte de a aprinde lumina.</p>
<p>7.     Daca tii biscuitii intr-un borcan, pune la fundul acestuia un servetel de bucatarie, biscuitii se vor pastra proaspeti mai multa vreme.</p>
<p>8.     Daca iti ramane jumatate de mar sau de avocado sau orice alt fruct/leguma care oxideaza, unge partea taiata cu lamaie si imbraca in folie transparenta.</p>
<p>9.     Daca ai legume sau fructe care nu sunt tocmai coapte, pune-le alaturi de banane, vor fi bune de mancat in numai cateva zile.</p>
<p>10.  Pentru a mentine telina proaspata, inveleste-o in folie de aluminiu si tine-o la frigider.</p>
<p>11. Poti curata mai usor usturoiul daca il zdrobesti putin cu lama cutitului.</p>
<p>12. Pentru a decoji rosii sau piersici fa-le o taietura in x (nu adanca, ci doar cat sa se taie coaja) si pun-le in apa fiarta 3-5 min apoi scoate-le si cufunda-le in apa rece ca gheata 2-3 secunde. Pielita va veni jos extrem de usor.</p>
<p>13. Daca ai sarat prea tare mancarea, curata un cartof crud si pune-l in mancare, va absorbi sarea in exces.</p>
<p>14. Daca ti s-a infundat chiuveta de la bucatarie si nu poti merge la magazin sa-ti cumperi un produs special, poti face un amestec de otet (1 cana) cu bicarbonat (jumatate de cana). Toarna amestecul in canalizare si toarna cam 1 cana de apa. Lasa sa actioneze pana la o ora.</p>
<p>15. Daca vrei ca orezul gatit sa fie extreme de alb, pune cateva picaturi de zeama de lamaie in apa in care fierbi orezul.</p>
<p>16. Cand fierbi legume verzi, broccoli sau spanac, fierbe sub capac, culoarea se va pastra mai bine.</p>
<p>17. Daca ai un congelator pe a caror pereti se formeaza gheata, poti evita acest lucru ungand peretii cu sare.</p>
<p>18. Pune cateva boabe de orez in solnita, va preveni intarirea sarii.</p>
<p>19.  Pentru a-ti face popcorn, tine boabele de porumb la congelator si da-le direct congelate la microunde sau pe foc. Vei obtine un rezultat mai bun.</p>
<p>20. Atunci cand coci ceva la cuptor, incearca sa deschizi usa cat mai rar, de fiecare data cand faci acest lucru temperatura cuptorului scade cu aproximativ 3-5 grade.</p>
<p>21. Pentru a evita plansul cand tai ceapa, taie ceapa in doua si pune-o in apa pentru 15 minute inainte de a incepe sa o tai.</p>
<p>22. Pentru ca laptele sa nu se prinda de fundul oalei , tine o lingura in oala in timp ce laptele fierbe la foc mic.</p>
<p>23. Daca nu poti tine laptele la frigider, pune jumatate de lingurita de bicarbonat in lapte atunci cand acesta fierbe. Va impiedica laptele sa se strice, chiar daca nu va sta la rece.</p>
<p>24. Mirosul de tigara este absorbit de otet, asa ca pune intr-un bol cateva linguri de otet pana cand tot mirosul va fi absorbit total.</p>
<p>25. Daca ai pete de marker pe un material, pune peste pata pasta de dinti, lasa sa actioneze 1-2 min, apoi freaca cu o carpa umeda si sapunita.</p>
<p>26. Daca vrei sa indepartezi de pe diferite suprafete lipiciul care ramane de la pret sau alte etichete, poti incerca sa indepartezi cu: acetona, petrol, pasta de dinti, fixativ, spirt, aftershave sau chiar unt de arahide.</p>
<p>27. Pentru a scapa de musculitele care stau pe langa cosul cu fructe, pune intr-un borcan fara capac un amestec din: 1 cana de apa, 1 cana otet, 2 linguri lichid de spalat vase. Plaseaza capacul in apropierea cosului cu fructe.</p>

Din cand in cand cumpar mai multe kilograme de morcovi, ii curat, ii spal si ii tai in diferite forme (patratele, rondele, julienne, bucati mai mari). Ii impart pe portii si ii pun in pungi la congelator. Cand gatesc peste saptamana (sau cand apar musafiri surpriza) mi-e foarte usor sa scot de la congelator ingredientele si sa le arunc direct in tigaie. La fel fac cu multe legume si fruncte: congelez de asemenea fructe de padure, strugurasi, capsuni; fasole, mazare si brocolli (pe acestea le oparesc cateva minute in apa fiarta dupa care le dau prin apa cu gheata) si multe altele. Pe masura ce vor aparea in retete, am sa va mai spun despre ele.</p>
<p>Congelez mai mereu deserturi: muffins, pancakes (clatite americane), tort de ciocolata, etc.</p>
<p>Nu congela niciodata: maioneaza, oua gatite, branza de vaci sau ricotta, smantana, oua intregi sau supe si tocanite facute cu ingroseli.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt post am sa va spun cum pastra bunica fructele peste iarna, ea nu avea congelator sau frigider <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

Cand de sarbatori pun oala cu sarmale in frigider, chiar daca are capacul pus si am mai imbracat si orice orificiu in folie, tot mi se pare ca miroase. Ideea e ca uneori frigiderul se umple de un anume miros. Nu stii cum sa scapi de el?</p>
<p>E foarte simplu. Pune intr-un servetel de hartie 2 linguri de cafea macinata (ideal ar fi sa fie proaspat macinata) si aseaz-o intr-un colt in frigider. Cafea va absorbi mirosurile puternice si va mentine aerul proapat cel putin 2 saptamani.</p>
