<p>E crocanta la exterior, iar la interior moale si gumoasa. O poti servi cu frisca si fructe sau ciocolata taiata bucati.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>6 albusuri de ou la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita otet</p>
<p>3 linguri cu varf de cacao</p>
<p>50 g ciocolata taiata bucatele</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Pune albusurile intr-un bol mare curat si mixeaza-le (sau bate-le cu telul) pana cand formeaza piscuri slabe. Adauga treptat zaharul, cate o lingura odata, batand dupa fiecare adaugare pana incorporezi tot zaharul.</p>
<p>Adauga ciocolata, otetul, cacaua si amesteca cu grija cat sa se incorporeze toate.</p>

<p>Pregateste-ti o tava cu hartie de copt. Ca sa-ti fie mai usor sa formezi forma de tort, iti poti desena cu creionul un cerc pe hartia de copt.</p>
<p>Toarna albusurile, aranjeaza dupa cum iti place si introdu in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius. Dupa 2 minute redu temperatura la 150 de grade. Lasa 1 ora la cuptor. Cand timpul s-a scurs, opreste cuptorul, deschide usa dar lasa pavlova in cuptor sa se raceasca treptat. Ah, si nu-ti fa griji ca va fi crapata, asa trebuie sa fie.</p>

<p>Orneaza cu frisca batuta si bucati de ciocolata sau fructe (capsuni, zmeura, mure, fructul pasiunii, strugurasi, sau din toate cate putin).</p>

<p>Mi-a fost greu sa-i dau un nume acestei prajituri, pentru ca nu e nici Pavlova, nici Piscot. Important e ca e usoara, delicata si mai ales delicioasa. E un desert elegant obtinut cu putin efort si cu doar cateva ingrediente. Se potriveste si in zilele calde de vara si iarna langa semineu. Nu contine faina, ceea ce o face potrivita si  pentru cei care nu consuma gluten. O poti orna cu ce fructe doresti, eu am optat pentru capsuni, zmeura si cateva alune in zahar ars ca sa amintesc de aroma din prajitura.</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>6 oua la temperatura camerei</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>230 g alune de padure</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>Pentru ornat:</p>
<p>300 ml frisca</p>
<p>300 g capsuni</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius. Ai nevoie de o tava rotunda de 23 de cm (cu fund detasabil). Unge bine cu unt si pune pe fundul acesteia o hartie de copt.</p>

<p>2.Prajeste alunele de padure intr-o tigaie pe foc sau in cuptor, cum doresti. Daca te deranjeaza coaja lor, dupa ce le-ai copt, aseaza-le intr-un prosop de bucatarie si freaca-le cu mainile prin prosop. Eu am lasat si cojile. Marunteste prin ce metoda doresti <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> , eu am folosit robotul de bucatarie (am lasat si bucatele mai mari pentru textura).</p>

<p>3. Separa ouale. Pune galbenusurile intr-un bol mare impreuna cu zaharul. Bate cu mixerul 3-5 minute pana cand compozitia se umfla si devine palida.</p>

<p>4. Pune alunele maruntite in aluat si amesteca.</p>

<p>5. Bate albusurile spuma tare. Daca pui un varf de cutit de sare se vor bate mai usor.</p>

<p>6. Pune mai intai o lingura mare de spuma la aluat si amesteca bine. Adauga si restul de spuma, amesteca cu grija pana cand se incorporeaza.</p>

<p>7. Toarna aluatul in tava si coace in cuptorul incins pentru 35-40 minute sau pana cand o scobitoare introdusa in aluat iese curata.</p>

<p>Desi pare foarte complicat din pricina multor fotografii si a nesfarsitelor ingrediente, e un tort/tarta foarte usor de facut, are doar cateva mici secrete esentiale pe care daca le respecti intocmai vei savura un tort cu fructe absolut decilios si racoritor. Eu am invatat sa-l fac de la mama, ei ii place foarte mult acest tort cu fructe.</p>
<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Pentru tarta:</strong></p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>6 linguri zahar</p>
<p>4 linguri apa calduta</p>
<p>6 linguri faina alba</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingura de esenta de vanilie (naturala)</p>
<p><strong>Pentru budinca:</strong></p>
<p>jumate pachet pentru budinca de vanilie (eu am folosit de la Dr. Oetker)</p>
<p>250 ml lapte</p>
<p>2 linguri zahar</p>
<p><strong>Pentru gelatina:</strong></p>
<p>1 pachet de Tort-Gelee de la Dr.Oetker</p>
<p>240 ml apa rece</p>
<p>2 linguri rase de zahar</p>
<p><strong>Pentru decorul cu fructe:</strong></p>
<p>Ce fructe doresti tu, feliate cum doresti si dupa imaginatia ta.</p>
<p>Eu am folosit:</p>
<p>1 conserva de ananas feliat</p>
<p>1 kiwi</p>
<p>cateva visine din compot la care le-am scos samburii</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 grade C.</p>
<p>2. Pune galbenusurile si zaharul intr-un bol si amesteca cu mixerul 2 minute la viteza medie. Adauga lingurile de apa pe rand amestecand in continuu.</p>

<p>3. Amesteca faina cu praful de copt. Adauga la aluatul de mai sus si mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>4. Toarna si vanilia si omogenizeaza compozitita.</p>

<p>5. Bate albusurile spuma tare. Pentru a se bate bine adauga un varf de cutit de sare.</p>

<p>6. Adauga albusurile la compozitia de ou, amestecand cu grija prin invaluire de sus in jos. Nu amesteca decat cat este nevoie ca alubusurile sa fie incorporate, altfel aluatul nu va mai iesi atat de pufos ci se va intari si va fi mai indesat.</p>

<p>5. Unge cu unt o tava de tarta cu diamentrul de 26-28 cm si tapeteaza cu faina.</p>

<p>6. Toarna aluatul in tava si introdu in cuptorul incins pentru 15-20 minute sau pana cand se rumeste usor deasupra si o scobitoare introdusa in aluat iese curata.</p>

<p>7. Scoate blatul din tava si lasa putin sa se raceasca. Insiropeaza blatul cu sucul de la compotul de ananas.</p>

<p>8. Pregateste-ti budinca. Pune praful de budinca, zaharul si putin lapte intr-o oala mica si amesteca bine cu telul pana dispar cocoloasele. Toarna restul de lapte si pune la foc mediu amestecand in continuu pana se ingroasa.Toarna budinca peste aluat si niveleaza.</p>

<p>9. Decoreaza cu fructe cat mai repede, inainte sa se intareasca budinca.</p>

<p>10. Intr-o oala aseaza gelatina, zaharul si apa si amesteca bine. Pune oala pe foc mediu, la inceput lichidul va avea aspectul din poza de mai jos, destul de tulbure. Amesteca pana cand lichidul se limpezeste. Ia de pe foc si lasa sa se raceasca 2 minute apoi toarna peste tortul de fructe, asigurandu-te ca totul este acoperit cu gelatina. Aceasta pas e important deoarece va pastra aspectul proaspat al tartei si in special al fructelor.</p>

Tarta de lamaie &#8216;Simeon II&#8217; a fost botezata astfel de Principele Radu, dupa Regele Simion II al bulgarilor. Este o tarta acrisoara, delicioasa si care pur si simplu ti se topeste in gura.</p>

<p><strong>Pentru blat</strong></p>
<p>250 g biscuiti Petit Beurre (sau biscuiti simpli)</p>
<p>125 g unt</p>
<p><strong>Umplutura:</strong></p>
<p>4 galbenusuri de ou</p>
<p>400 ml lapte condensat (eu am pus o conserva de 375 ml)</p>
<p>200 ml zeama de lamaie</p>
<p><strong>Bezeaua:</strong></p>
<p>4 albusuri de ou</p>
<p>200 g zahar tos</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Sfarama biscuitii si amesteca-i cu unt. Ai nevoie de o tava cu fundul detasabil. Toarna aluatul in aceasta si niveleaza inclusiv pe margini.</p>

<p>2. Separa albusurile de galbenusuri, pune albusurile deoparte. Mixeaza galbenusurile sau amesteca cu telul. Adauga laptele condensat si apoi zeama de lamaie. Amesteca pana cand obtii o crema omogena. Toarna crema in blatul de biscuiti si niveleaza.</p>

<p>3. Bate albusurile spuma, cand obtii varfuri de spuma, adauga treptat zaharul amestecand in continuu, astfel vei obtine un aluat de bezea.</p>

<p>4. Pune bezeaua peste tarta. Eu am turnat-o pur si simplu si apoi am facut valuri cu ajutorul unei linguri, ca sa arate bine.</p>

<p>5. Introdu tava la cuptorul incins la 180 grade C pentru 30-35 minute sau pana cand bezeaua prinde o culoare aurie.</p>

<p><strong>Note:</strong></p>
<p>1. Albusurile la temperatura camerei se bat mult mai repede si mai frumos decat cele proaspat scoase de la frigider.</p>
<p>2. Poti adauga un varf de cutit de sare in albusurile care le doresti spuma, iti vor iesi garantat.</p>
<p>3. Daca vrei ca aluatul sa fie mai tare, umezeste o lingura sau palmele si apasa mai tare aluatul in tava, altfel aluatul de biscuiti va fi destul de sfarmicios.</p>

<p>Dragilor si dragelor, azi va propun un desert delicios, fin, pufos si pasional pentru o celebrare a dragostei voastre intr-un stil regal. Reteta este din Cartea Regala de bucate a Pricipesei Margareta a Romaniei.</p>
<p>Am modificat putin cantitatile de zahar si de unt fata de reteta din carte.</p>

<p>2 linguri zahar pudra</p>
<p>100 g unt topit</p>
<p>In carte zicea ca daca doresti poti pune si scortiosara, eu nu am folosit de data aceasta.</p>
<p><strong>Pentru umplutura:</strong></p>
<p>1 plic de gelatina</p>
<p>60 ml apa rece</p>
<p>450 g branza cremoasa Philadelphia</p>
<p>100-150 g zahar (eu am pus 130 g)</p>
<p>1 praf de sare</p>
<p>200 ml smantana grasa</p>
<p>200 g smantana dulce pentru frisca</p>
<p><strong>Pentru sosul de afine:</strong></p>
<p>200 g afine</p>
<p>2 linguri apa</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Faramiteaza blatul. Eu am folosit robotul de bucatarie, dar ii poti pune intr-o punga, ii lovesti cu sucitorul si rezultatul e acelasi. Pune biscuitii intr-un bol, adauga untul topit si zaharul, amesteca bine.</p>

<p>2. Inveleste o tava rotunda cu fundul detasabil in folie de aluminiu. Toarna biscuitii in tava si preseaza cu o lingura umezita ca sa nivelezi.</p>

<p>3. Pune apa rece intr-o oala mica. Toarna praful de gelatina deasupra si lasa 5-6 minute la inmuiat. Apoi porneste focul la mic si dizolva gelatina.</p>

<p>4. Bate branza cu mixerul sau telul pana devine o crema moale.</p>

<p>5. Adauga incet gelatina, amestecand pana compozitia devine omogena. Adauga zaharul si sarea si amesteca bine pana ce aluatul devine usor si pufos.</p>

<p>6. Bate frisca pana se intareste. Toarna smantana peste frisca, apoi toarna aluatul peste blatul de biscuiti. Uniformizeaza suprafata cremei. Acopera cu folie si da la frigider peste noapte sau cel putin 4-5 ore.</p>

<p>7. Pentru sirop, pune intr-o tigaie la foc mediu o treime din afine, cu doua linguri de apa si zaharul pana cand acesta se topeste si afinele se sfarama. Fierbe cateva minute, 5-6 minute. Strecoara siropul si adauga afinele crude puse deoparte. Aseaza siropul la frigider.</p>

<p>Ieri au venit fetele la o poveste. Rar ajungem sa fim in formatie completa sau macar aproape completa. T. a facut in toamna un bebe care-i mananca toata energia si tot timpul, B. e in tara o data pe an, C. pleaca si ea in state.   Astfel incat, o adunare laolalta e foarte mare lucru, credeti-ma. In consecinta, zi speciala = tort in mintea mea. Nici bine n-am dat drumul gandului ca pe fb Giovana anunta mare concurs mare. Premiul: un tort <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Am sarit rapid la participare. Dupa multa agitatie bineinteles, a castigat altcineva. Noroc ca aveam eu un plan b, nu la fel de sofisticat, nici la fel de aratos, dar foarte gustos: tort rustic cu mere. L-am servit cu frisca si ne-am bucurat de prietenia dintre noi.</p>

<p>4. Aseaza merele in tava si pune cate o lingura de gem cu nuca in fiecare jumatate de mar.</p>

<p>5. Pune ouale si zaharul intr-un bol si pune mixerul la lucru. Bate pana cand se dubleaza in volum. Adauga tot mixand si lingurile de apa pe rand. La final adauga faina amestecand de data asta cu o lingura de lemn si cu mare grija sa nu pierzi prea mult din volumul aluatului.</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Lasa ouale si untul la temperatura camerei pentru 30 de minute inainte sa te apuci de treaba.</p>
<p>2. Porneste cuptorul la 180 grade si pregateste-ti 2 tavi rotunde de 28 cm diametru. Tapeteaza-le cu hartie de copt sau unge-le cu margarina si da-le cu faina.</p>

<p>3. Intr-un bol mare pune untul taiat cubulete. Mixeaza-l cateva secunde, apoi adauga zaharul amestecand pana se omogenizeaza. Adauga vanilia.</p>

<p>4. Batand cu mixerul toarna pe rand ouale. Adauga un ou, apoi mixeaza bine compozitia, adauga si cel de-al doilea ou si amesteca pana se inorporeaza bine.</p>

<p>5. Adauga praful de cacao si amesteca bine. Amesteca faina cu praful de copt si sarea si adauga la compozitie. Toarna si otetul.</p>

<p>6. E momentul sa adaugi laptele batut. Optional, poti adauga colorant rosu pentru a da o culoare mai interesanta tortului. Eu am adaugat cateva picaturi de colorant rosu in laptele batut.</p>

<p>7. Imparte aluatul in cele 2 tavi si niveleaza cat poti. Coace in cuptorul incins 30 minute.</p>

<p>8. Pregateste-ti crema. Reteta o gasesti <a title="Crema cu lapte si faina" href="http://rozealb.com/deserturi/crema-cu-lapte-si-faina/" target="_blank">aici</a>.</p>
<p>Asamblarea tortului e simpla. Aseaza o foaie de tort, unge cu crema, aseaza urmatoarea foaie. Daca vrei sa imbraci tortul cum am facut eu, incepe sa imbraci marginea si abia apoi acopera partea de sus a tortului.</p>
<p>Eu am folosit fulgi de migdale pe care le-am prajit putin. Dar poti orna cum doresti si cum iti place.</p>

Cand avem invitati la masa cel mai greu imi este sa decid desertul. Am cateva prajituri rapide si delicioase care ma scot intotdeauna din bucluc. Una din ele este tortul cu cocos si nuca. E cu lapte batut, din cauza aceasta aluatul nu e deloc uscat, are in compozitie nuca de cocos si nuca tocata fin, e imbracat intr-o crema de branza si unt&#8230;. dar mai bine mai jos reteta <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Lasa ouale si untul la temperatura camerei cel putin 30 minute inainte de a le folosi.</p>
<p>2. Porneste cuptorul sa se incinga la 180 grade C. Separa ouale, albusurile intr-un bol si galbenusurile in altul. Pune faina si praful de copt intr-un bol.</p>

<p>3. Bate untul cu mixerul 30 de secunde apoi adauga zaharul treptat mixand in continuu. Bate bine pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>5. Tot folosind mixerul incorporeaza faina si laptele batut. Adauga alternativ cate o lingura mare de faina si cate una de lapte batut.</p>

<p>6. Toarna fulgii de cocos si nuca macinata si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>7. Bate albusurile spuma tare. Asigura-te ca bolul si ustensilele sunt foarte curate si pune un varf de cutit de sare in albusuri. Pune o lingura din spuma in aluat si amesteca bine, adauga apoi si restul de albusuri amestecand cu grija ca aluatul sa ramana cat mai aerat posibil. Nu amesteca mult, cu cat mai putin cu atat mai bine.</p>

<p>8. Toarna aluatul in 2 forme rotunde de 28 cm pe care le-ai uns cu grasime si le-ai tapetat cu faina (sau le-ai tapetat cu hartie de copt). Da-le la cuptorul incins sa se coaca 25 minute.  Cand sunt gata, taie fiecare tort in jumatate. Vei obtine astfel 4 foi destul de grosute. Pune una din foi pe platou unge-o cu crema (ai mai jos reteta), aseaz-o pe urmatoarea si tot asa. Apoi imbraca si exteriorul tortului cu crema ramasa si decoreaza cum doresti. <p>250 gr. branza mascarpone</p>

<p>Eu folosesc mixerul pentru a face crema. E foarte important ca untul sa fie foarte moale iar branza mascarpone sa stea 30 min cel putin la temeratura camerei ca sa nu fie tare.</p>
<p>Bate untul cu zaharul pudra pana se formeaza o spuma.  Adauga mascarponele si mai mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>200 gr. biscuiti digestivi</p>
<p>80 gr. unt</p>
<p>3 linguri faina alba</p>
<p>200 gr. zahar</p>
<p>500 gr. fructe: mure si zmeura</p>
<p>3 oua + 1 galbenus</p>
<p>1 pachetel vanilie</p>
<p>200 ml smantana</p>
<p>650 gr. branza de vaci</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 grade C. Zdrobeste biscuitii si amesteca-i cu untul topit.</p>

<p>2. Tapeteaza o forma rotunda (cu fundul detasabil) cu hartie de copt. Unge marginile tavii cu ulei.</p>
<p>3. Aseaza biscuitii amestecati cu unt in tava si taseaza bine. Da la cuptorul incins pentru 5 minute. Scoate de la cuptor si lasa sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>4. Intr-un bol mare amesteca branza si smantana cu faina si zaharul, inclusiv zaharul vaniliat. Mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza, adauga ouale si mixeaza din nou.</p>

<p>5. Pune jumatate din fructe in compozitie si amesteca cu grija sa nu zdrobesti fructele.</p>

<p>6. Toarna aluatul peste biscuiti si da la cuptor pentru 40 minute. Cand e gata e ferma la atingere dar destul de moale la interior, daca misti tava aluatul inca se &#8216;clatina&#8217;. Pe masura ce se raceste se va intari.</p>

<p>7. Aseaza deasupra ca decor restul fructelor.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>6 albusuri</p>
<p>200 gr. zahar</p>
<p>1 lingura plina de amidon de porumb</p>
<p>jumatate lingurita de otet</p>
<p>200 ml frisca</p>
<p>300 gr. capsuni</p>
<p>optional: colorant rosu</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune albusurile intr-un bol curat.</p>

<p>2. Bate cu mixerul pana se formeaza spuma, dar nu foarte tare. Incepe sa adaugi zaharul cate o lingura o data, amestecand bine dupa fiecare adaugare.</p>

<p>3. Adauga otetul si amidonul tot amestecand cu mixerul. Cu o lingura de inox amesteca colorantul, daca ai optat pentru el.</p>

<p>4. Aseaza hartia de copt pe o tava si deseneaza-ti cu un pix forma care ti-o doresti. Eu am facut un cerc.</p>

<p>5. Toarna spuma obtinuta si niveleaza cu ajutorul unei linguri sau spatule.</p>

<p>6. Da la cuptorul incins la 140 grade C pentru 40 minute. Opreste focul (daca vrei poti deschide putin usa de la cuptor, dar nu de tot). Lasa tava in cuptor pentru inca o ora.</p>
<p>7. Bate frisca si aseaz-o peste aluat si apoi capsuni din belsug.</p>
