Nu numai ca se face rapid, dar e bun si cald si rece. Merge bine ca aperitiv. Noi am inceput sa mancam destul de des creveti in felul asta. Orezul capata un gust incredibil de la sucul crevetilor, unt si usturoi. Incearca si tu crevetii cu orez si mazare, prepararea dureaza mai putin de 15 minute cu tot cu fiertul orezului <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Ai nevoie de:</strong></p>
<p>150 grame orez cu bob lung (eu folosesc basmati)</p>
<p>300 g creveti (gata curatati)</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>4-5 linguri de unt</p>
<p>1 lingura ulei de masline</p>
<p>un pumn de mazare (eu am folosit congelata)</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Mai inainte de toate, pune orezul la fiert in apa cu sare.</p>
<p>2. Pune untul si uleiul de masline in tigaie la foc mediu. Cand untul s-a topit adauga usturoiul pe care l-ai taiat marunt.</p>

<p>3. Usturoiul nu are nevoie de mai mult de un minut. Asa ca pe cand ai spalat crevetii deja e vremea sa-i adaugi in tigaie. Condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare si piper. Crevetii se fac destul de repede, iti dai seama ca sunt facuti cand devin rozalii. Toarna mazarea si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>4. Strecoara orezul si adauga-l in tigaie. E gata sa fie savurat. Pofta buna!</p>

<p>Eu sunt mereu in cautare de retete noi de salate, combin si combin pana imi place ce iese. Alteori ma inspir din carti de bucate (din care am o colectie intreaga <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ) sau modific retete vechi &#8216;modernizandu-le&#8217;. Salata asta nu pare cine stie ce grozavie, dar sa stii ca e fooooarte buna. Desi e cu maioneza, e usoara si se potriveste de minune cu pui sau carne de porc la gratar sau cu lipii prajite in cuptor.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>jumate de varza alba (nu foarte mare)</p>
<p>3 morcovi marisori</p>
<p>6 cepe verzi</p>
<p>1 ardei capia rosu</p>
<p>2 linguri de otet de vin alb</p>
<p>200 ml maioneza light</p>
<p>sare si piper</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Taie varza felii subtiri si lungi. Curata morcovii si da-i pe razatoarea mare. Adauga otetul si amesteca bine.</p>

<p>o lingura de zeama de lamaie</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie. Adauga usturoiul si ardeiul iute tocate marunt. Caleste 1 minut, ai grija sa nu se rumeneasca usturoiul.</p>

<p>2. Adauga nautul pe care l-ai scurs bine de zeama din conserva si l-ai spalat bine.</p>

<p>Poate stii ca iaurtul cu miere si nuci este specific grecesc, poate chiar l-ai gustat intr-un restaurant sau chiar in Grecia. De asemenea, poate ai uitat ca poti sa-l servesti si acasa, de aceea m-am hotarat sa-ti amintesc de el. Este extrem de simplu de facut, nu ai nevoie de cantitati specifice, ajustezi in functie de preferintele tale. Este sanatos, extrem de gustos si daca il servesti la micul dejun e chiar dietetic <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>Iaurt simplu cat mai cremos (iaurtul grecesc e ideal, eu am folosit Milii iaurt cremos)</p>
<p>Miez de nuca rupt in bucati mai mari sau mai mici, in functie de preferintele tale</p>
<p>Miere, din nou cate lingurite doresti.</p>

<p>1. Toarna iaurtul intr-un recipient in care doresti sa servesti.</p>

Am pregatit acest fel la un mic dejun pentru niste prieteni, incercand sa transformam putin clasicele ochiuri de ou in ceva mai interesant. De atunci le facem mereu cu mult entuziasm, in mod special in diminetile de weekend.</p>

<p>Daca vrei sa mananci mai light, daca incerci sa dai jos cateva kilograme, daca poate doresti sa te faci lacto-vegetarian/a sau doar iti place spanacul la fel de mult cum imi place mie <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> &#8230; oricare ar fi cazul tau, salata de mai jos ti se potriveste. Eu am servit-o la cina, langa peste facut la cuptor. Combinatia de frunze proaspete de spanac cu nuca si cu branza de capra e una foarte reusita.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>500 gr. spanac tanar (gasesti la metro ambalat in pungi)</p>
<p>150 gr. telemea de capra</p>
<p>100 gr. miez de nuca</p>
<p>zeama de lamaie</p>
<p>ulei de masline</p>
<p>sare/piper</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Spala bine salata si usuc-o in prosoape de hartie (sau daca ai o chestiune smechera de uscat salata foloseste-o pe aceea). Aseaza salata pe o farfurie mare intinsa.</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Toata operatiunea e super simpla si nu dureaza mai mult de 30 de minute&#8230; complexitate mica <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Se caleste ceapa taiata marunt (in unt), se adauga crevetele si crabul + 2-3 catei de usturoi si se rumeneste totul la foc potrivit&#8230; apoi se adauga porumbul si se stropeste totul cu citeva picaturi de lamaie. Cand este gata se amesteca cu pastele fierte in prealabil si cu sos Remoulade!<br />

<p>Tips &amp; tricks: crevetele merge f bine cu un sos facut din hrean si ketchup asa ca pentru cei care prefera mincarea mai spicy pot folosi ketchup si hrean  in loc de sosul Remoulade!</p>
<p>Se poate servi atit cald cat si rece (merge bine in meniul unui bufet suedez)</p>

<p>Uneori ai nevoie de un aperitiv care sa deschida masa intr-un mod simplu dar de efect. Sau de ce nu? Vrei sa mai shimbi sandwichul care ti-l duci la serviciu cu altceva. Aseaza-l intr-o cutie de plastic si pune-l cu tine la serviciu (asta daca ai frigider la locul de munca <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ). Eu am facut o portie mai mica de data asta, dar tu poti pune mai mult din fiecare ingredient daca doresti sa servesti mai mult de doua persoane. Mama mea a cumparat zilele trecute o sunca extrem de buna si extrem de scumpa, asta nu pentru ca asa a intentionat, ci din greseala, s-a uitat pe raft la alt produs care era muuult mai ieftin <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Cand a venit acasa de la magazin si a constatat cat a dat pe 200 de g s-a hotarat sa mi-o faca mie cadou, ca cica ei nu i-ar cadea bine stiind cat a costat. M-am tot gandit cum s-o servim s-o punem in valoare, asa ca am facut un platou cu mozzarelle si smochine. Dar stii ceva? Am gustat prosciuto mult mai bun si nu era asa de scump <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p>un pachetel de mozzarella cu 20 de mingiute de branza in el sau poti folosi bucati mai mari pe care sa le rupi bucati (va arata mai rustic)</p>
<p>3-4 smochine proaspete</p>
<p>2-3 linguri miere</p>
<p>daca doresti poti adauga si miez de nuca</p>

<p>2. Aseaza mingiutele de mozzarella pe care le-ai scurs de zeama.</p>

<p>Ce-ar fi o sarbatoare la noi la romani fara o salata de boeuf buna? E o reteta extrem de populara care nu mai are nimic de-a face cu reteta originala, bineinteles. Salata de boeuf, sau salata Oivier la origine, a fost prima dată preparată în 1860 de catre bucătarul italian Lucien Olivier la restaurantul Ermitaj (Эрмитаж) din Moscova. Originar, rețeta cuprindea delicatese scumpe, carne de vânat, raci etc. Am gustat multe variante de-a lungul timpului pe la unii pe la altii, eu insa tot la varianta mamei raman. Am insa mereu grija ca maioneza sa fie in cantitati cat mai mici si neaparat facuta in casa dupa reteta pe care o gasiti <a title="Maioneza" href="http://rozealb.com/meniu-principal/maioneza/" target="_blank">aici.</a></p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>600-700 g piept de pui</p>
<p>1 kg morcovi</p>
<p>400 g patrunjel radacina</p>
<p>(Daca vrei sa folosesti zeama in care vor fierbe legumele si carnea pentru a face supa vei avea nevoie si de: 1 ceapa mica, un patrat de vreo 5 cm de telina radacina si 1 lingura piper boabe)</p>
<p>200 g mazare</p>
<p>5 cartofi (medii ca marime)</p>
<p>7-8 castraveciori murati (daca sunt mari pune mai putini)</p>
<p>300 g maioneza</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Curata morcovii si patrunjelul (telina si ceapa daca ai optat sa faci supa, asa cum am procedat si eu). Spala bine carnea din 2-3 ape.</p>

<p>2. Pune intr-o oala morcovii, patrunjelul (telina, ceapa, piperul), 2 linguri de sare, carnea si apa cat sa acopere bine toate acestea. Fierbe la foc foarte mic pana cand e facuta carnea si legumele. Va dura probabil cam 1 h.</p>
<p>3. Strecoara totul, pune supa deoparte, o vei putea consuma mai tarziu si lasa carnea si legumele sa se raceasca. Arunca ceapa, si-a terminat &#8216;misiunea&#8217;. Fierbe cartofii, apoi lasa-i sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>4.Toaca cat de marunt doresti toate legumele si carnea.</p>

<p>2. inlocuieste castravetii murati cu gogonele.</p>
<p>3. foloseste carne de vita sau de porc in locul puiului.</p>

<p>5. pentru varianta de post inlocuieste carnea cu soia si adauga si ciuperci.</p>
<p>6. daca doresti o varianta vegetariana, scoate carnea si foloseste maioneza din soia.</p>

Ador nucile, castanele, strugurii si in egala masura ma bucur de un dovleac bun pe care il mananc cu sare cat e cald. Nu e neaparat o reteta, dar daca cumva nu ai vazut niciodata cum se face, iata mai jos cum procedezi. Simplu, rapid si foarte gustos.</p>

<p>Spala bine dovleacul. Taie-l in doua si cu ajutorul unei linguri curata interiorul de seminte. Taie in felii mai mari si pune-le intr-o tava.</p>

<p>Da &#8216;barcutele&#8217; la cuptorul incins la 180 grade pentru 35-40 minute sau pana cand se formeaza o crusta desupra, iar la interior e moale.</p>
