<p>150 gr faina</p>

<p>250 gr cascaval</p>
<p>un pic de smantana</p>
<p>1 ardei rosu</p>
<p>un pic patrunjel verde</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune laptele sa fiarba impreuna cu margarina si sarea. Cand fierbe adauga faina si amesteca pana se desprinde de pe vas. Lasa sa se raceasca putin si apoi adauga ouale pe rand si un pumn din cascaval ras.</p>

<p>2. Tapeteaza tava mare de aragaz cu harie de copt si pune compozitia in ea. Coace 30 minute la foc mediu.</p>

<p>3. Rastoarna aluatul copt pe un prosop de bucatarie umed si unge cu smantana. Presara cascavalul ras, ardeiul taiat cubulete si patrunjelul taiat marunt.</p>

<p>4. Ruleaza si pune din nou in tava si apoi la cuptor pentru inca 5-10 min.</p>

<p><strong>Pentru 4-6 portii ai nevoie de:</strong><br />
3 morcovi medii/mari<br />
2 ardei capia rosu mari (sau merge cu orice ardei ai la indemana)<br />
2 cepe mari (eu am folosit rosie, dar merge si cu alba)<br />
1 floreta de brocoli (optional, eu am folosit pt ca aveam acasa)<br />
1 piept de pui<br />
1 sos Uncle Ben&#8217;s Sweet&amp;Sour<br />
1 cutie de ananas mica sau jumatate dintr-una mare.<br />
2 cani de orez de 200 gr.<br />
2 linguri ulei<br />
sare si piper pentru gust<br />
sos de soia (optional, merge foarte bine si fara)</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>

1. Tai in fasii lungi toate legumele. Eu am dat morcovii prin robotul de bucatarie ca a fost mai simplu, dar ardeiul si ceapa le-am taiat fasii mari.</p>

2. Pieptul de pui il tai in bucati mici, il condimentezi bine cu sare si piper, si-l prajesti in putin ulei. Eu am avut pieptul de pui prajit deja, pentru ca l-am facut cu o zi inainte, dar ideal este sa prajesti puiul tot atunci, il scoti dupa ce e gata si calesti legumele in aceeasi cratita/ulei in care ai facut puiul ca sa ia din gust.<br />
3. Intr-o cratita cu capac pui putin ulei (merge de oricare, eu am folosit de samburi de struguri) si pui mai intai morcovul la calit la foc mediu-mare. Daca folosesti si brocolli, pune-l tot acum. Dupa 2-3 minute dupa ce ai pus morcovul, fierbe putina apa (100 grame)  si toarna peste morcov. Acopera. In acest fel legumele nu se vor praji  ci se vor face la abur. Dupa alte 2 minute, adauga ardeii si amesteca.</p>

<p>4. Dupa 3 minute, adauga si ceapa si condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Lasa totul cam 5 minute sa se caleasca impreuna, pana legumele s-au inmuiat.</p>

5. Adauga pieptul de pui preparat dinainte si amesteca bine. Apoi adauga sosul Uncle Bens si mai da-i un clocot.</p>

6. La sfarsit de tot adauga bucatile de ananas, amesteca si mai da-i un ultim clocot.</p>

Se serveste cu orez.</p>
<p>Observatii:<br />
1. poti pune sos de soia (1 lingura), dar aceasta continand sare multa trebuie redusa cantitatea de sare pusa in mancare.<br />
2. daca iti place carnea, poti sa dublezi cantitatea de piept de pui si sa pui 800 gr &#8211; 1 kg.<br />
3. pentru o varianta mai sanatoasa, poti folosi orez integral. Pregatirea lui dureaza mai mult pentru ca trebuie sa stea cateva ore la inmuiat.</p>

<p>1. Pune ouale intr-un bol. Adauga zaharul si zaharul vaniliat. Bate-le bine impreuna.</p>

<p>3. Tapeteaza cu paharele de hartie tava pentru muffins si toarna aluatul in ele. Incalzeste cuptorul la 175 grade C si coace pentru 20-25 minute.</p>

<p>4. Pentru glazura: amesteca zaharul pudra cu colorantul (atat cat vrei sa fie culoarea de tare) si cu o lingura suc lamaie. Cantitatea de zahar pudra difera in functie de cat colorant pui, dar consitenta glazurii trebuie sa fie una mai vascoasa ca sa nu curga (cam ca si pasta de dinti). Peste glazura presara bombonele colorate.</p>

<p>3 căţei de usturoi</p>
<p>½ lămâie</p>
<p>2 linguri sos de soia</p>
<p>2 linguri zahăr brun</p>
<p>Sare, piper (eu am pus atât piper alb cât şi negru), boia (eu am folosit mai multe tipuri de boia)</p>
<p>7 mandarine</p>
<p>5 linguri apă</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Într-un bol se pune uleiul, apa, sosul de soia, sarea, sucul de lămâie, zahărul, boiaua, ceapa şi usturoiul tăiate mărunt. Nu se pun piperul şi mandarinele!</p>

<p>2. Se adaugă carnea feliată şi se amestecă bine.</p>

<p>3. Se toarnă totul în tavă şi se dă la cuptor pentru 60 minute la 180°C.</p>

<p>4. Se adaugă piperul şi mandarinele şi se mai lasă 15 minute.</p>

<p>500g baby shrimps (tips: recomand cei impachetati in punga vidata pentru ca cei vrac sunt VARZA)</p>
<p>2 pachete Crab sticks</p>
<p>1 conserva porumb</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>

<p>2-3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 lingurita zeama de lamaie</p>
<p>sos Remoulade (de preferat facut de casa, mai jos gasesti si cum anume il faci)</p>
<p>putina sare dupa gust</p>

<strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>Toata operatiunea e super simpla si nu dureaza mai mult de 30 de minute&#8230; complexitate mica <img src='https://rozealb.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Se caleste ceapa taiata marunt (in unt), se adauga crevetele si crabul + 2-3 catei de usturoi si se rumeneste totul la foc potrivit&#8230; apoi se adauga porumbul si se stropeste totul cu citeva picaturi de lamaie. Cand este gata se amesteca cu pastele fierte in prealabil si cu sos Remoulade!<br />

<p>Tips: sosul Remoulade home made eu il fac in felul urmator: pun totul dupa gust&#8230; si anume &#8211; maioneza, putin mustar, piper, sare, castraveti murati si putin tarhon.</p>
<p>Tips &amp; tricks: crevetele merge f bine cu un sos facut din hrean si ketchup asa ca pentru cei care prefera mincarea mai spicy pot folosi ketchup si hrean  in loc de sosul Remoulade!</p>
<p>Se poate servi atit cald cat si rece (merge bine in meniul unui bufet suedez)</p>

<p>3 pumnuri de spanac proaspat</p>
<p>350 gr. rosii cherry</p>
<p>200 ml lapte de cocos</p>
<p>100 ml ulei vegetal</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>1,5 lingurite seminte de chimen</p>
<p>jum lingurita praf cardamom</p>
<p>3/4 lingurita nucsoara praf</p>
<p>5 frunze de dafin</p>
<p>6-7 cuisoare</p>
<p>1 lingurita piper boabe</p>
<p>1.5 lingurita tumerik (in magazinele romane se vinde sub numele de cucurma)</p>
<p>600 gr. pulpe de pui dezosate</p>
<p>Pentru servire: orez basmati</p>

<p><strong>Cum procedezi:</strong></p>
<p>1. Pune intr-o tigaie urmatoarele ingrediente: chiminul, cardamomul, nucsoara, dafin, tumerikul. Zdrobeste intr-un mojar, cuisoarele si piperul boabe si adauga la restul de condimente. Incalzeste 2-3 minute condimentele, apoi pune-le deoparte intr-un bol.</p>

<p>2. Pregateste-ti pasta de spanac, rosii si laptele de nuca de cocos punandu-le pe toate in blender. Mixeaza pana se formeaza un piure gros. Eu am pus mai intai rosiile, apoi spanacul pe rand si laptele de cocos.</p>

<p>3. In tigaia in care ai incalzit condimentele, pune uleiul si lasa-l sa se incinga bine. Taie usturoiul, ardeiul iute si ghimbirul bucati nu foarte marunt. Adauga la uleiul fierbinte si caleste 1 minut, adauga apoi ceapa tocata si caleste inca 2 minute.</p>

<p>4. Adauga pulpele pe care le-ai taiat bucati si condimentele prajite mai inainte. Tine pe foc (amestecand) pana cand puiul face crusta.</p>

<p>5. Adauga pasta de spanac peste pui, pune capacul, da focul la mic si si lasa-le sa fiarba 30 minute. Serveste cu orez fiert cu o frunza de dafin si sare.</p>

<p>300 gr biscuiti digestivi</p>
<p>100 gr unt (o jumatate de pachet)</p>
<p>Pt crema:</p>
<p>400 gr iaurt</p>
<p>100 gr zahar</p>
<p>300 gr smantana dulce (pentru frisca)</p>
<p>2 plicuri gelatina</p>
<p>fructe proaspete sau din compot</p>
<p>Pt decor:</p>

<p>1 plic Tort- Gelee</p>

<p>Blat:</p>
<p>Zdrobeste biscuitii si topeste untul. Toarna untul peste biscuiti, amesteca biscuitii cu untul intr-un vas de sticla sau melamina, nu de plastic, deoarece acesta absoabe grasimea. Apoi cu ajutorul unei linguri aseaza biscuitii in mod egal in forma de tort apasand bine.</p>

<p>Crema:</p>
<p>1. Inmoaie gelatina in sucul de la compot sau in apa, urmand pasii de pe plic. Atentie: gelatina nu trebuie sa fiarba, se incalzeste doar ca sa se dizolve complet.</p>

<p>2. Intr-un vas amesteca iaurtul cu zaharul. Peste acestea adauga gelatina dizolvata. Bate frisca. Intre timp mai amesteca in compozitia de iaurt si gelatina ca sa nu se intareasca. Adauga frisca batuta la iaurt apoi fructele. Compozitia obtinuta rastoarn-o peste blat. Pune la rece pana se intareste crema, aproximativ 3 ore.</p>

<p>3. Pentru decor: dupa ce s-a intarit crema, se dizolva plicul de Tort-Gelee si se fierbe un minut. Fructele pentru decor se aseaza peste crema apoi se toarna gelatina peste ele. Gelatina nu se toarna fierbinte dar nici nu trebuie lasata sa se raceasca de tot.</p>

<div>Ingrediente:</div>
<div>Un pachet foi de placinta (din acelea subtiri, NU foietaj!; eu folosesc foi de placinta Linco);</div>
<div>500-600 gr branza sarata (telemea, burduf, cas de oi sarat; e ideala  branza de oi si cat mai multa); Se pot amesteca mai multe tipuri de  branza sarata.</div>
<div>750 ml lapte batut (lapte batut la  punga, sau iaurt)</div>
<div>8 oua;</div>
<div>ulei;</div>
<div>sare;</div>

<div>Cum procedezi:</div>
<div>1. Decongeleaza foile de placinta &#8211; fie le lasi pana a doua zi in  frigider fie le scoti din congelator la temperatura camerei cu cateva ore  inainte de a le prepara. Nu e recomandata decongelarea lor rapida, in  cuptorul cu microunde sau pe calorifer, intrucat se deterioreaza si  devin foarte greu de manevrat.</div>
<div>Porneste cuptorul si fixeaza la temperatura de 180 grade C.</div>
<div>2. Framanta  branza cu 1 ou.</div>

<div>3. Unge tava cu ulei. Desfa cu grija pachetul de foi in prealabil decongelate. Aseaza foile pe latime (&#8220;landscape&#8221;)  pe masa de lucru. Desprinde prima foaie cu grija sa nu se rupa,  unge foaia cu ulei &#8211; toata suprafata foii trebuie sa fie unsa. Presara branza pe jumatatea dreapta a foii, acopera partea cu branza  cu jumatatea libera si increteste foaia astfel umpluta cu ajutorul  ambelor maini. Rezulta un sul incretit, care il tai in lat in trei  parti egale. Aseaza in  tava cele trei bucati, una langa cealalta cu grija sa nu ramana loc  intre ele. Procedeaza in acelasi mod cu toate celelalte foi pana se acopera toata  suprafata tavii. Bucatile de placinta pot fi aranjate si rearanjate  astfel incat sa nu ramana locuri neacoperite.</div>

<div>4. Bate bine restul de oua, adauga 1-2 lingurite de sare (compozitia  trebuie sa fie destul de sarata). Peste oua toarna laptele batut sau  iaurtul si amesteca bine.</div>

<div>5. Laptele batut cu oua se toarna peste bucatile de placinta, cu ajutorul  unui polonic, avand grija ca toate bucatile, chiar si cele care sunt mai  ridcate, sa fie atinse de compozitie ca sa se rumeneasca frumos.</div>

<div>6. Da tava la cuptor. Dupa un timp (cca. 10 min) placinta incepe sa  creasca. Dupa aprox 15 min se poate reduce temperatura cuptorului la 160  grade C), ca sa nu se rumeneasca prea repede si sa se patrunda bine.</div>
<div>Cand e rumenita placinta  (aproximativ 45 min), o scoti din cuptor si o acoperi cu un stergar.  Desi e crescuta cand e scoasa din cuptor, ea se mai lasa dupa ce se  raceste.</div>

<div>1. Cu cat e mai multa branza (branza de oi e cea mai potrivita pentru  placinta asta) si cu cat folosesti mai multe oua , cu atat e mai  buna. O poti face si cu 1 kg de branza si  cu 10 oua la tava, e foarte  buna si consistenta totodata.</div>
<div>2. Foile trebuie unse bine &#8211; nu trebuie sa balteasca, dar placinta trebuie  sa aiba grasime. In Dobrogea se foloseste untura de porc si e ffff  buna!</div>
<div>3. Placinta trebuie sa fie sarata, daca e doar neutra ca gust, nu are haz!  Prin urmare, daca branza nu e prea sarata, se mai poate adauga sare  cand se amesteca cu oul.</div>
<div>4. Eu  fac de regula din doua pachete de foi, 2 tavi, caz in care pun 1 litru  de lapte batut si 10 oua. Eventual, daca am, pun mai mult de 500 gr  branza. Daca nu, impart branza de la inceput in doua ca sa imi ajunga la  ambele tavi.</div>
<div>5. Desi  poate parea complicat, toata procedura de umplere a foilor dureaza max.  10 min, cu un pic de exercitiu 5 min pentru un pachet de foi:).</div>
